One of the best sea views of Albufeira!!!
Located in the old town of Albufeira, this wonderful and comfortable Apartment has the seafront of the town's main beach. It is the ideal place for a romantic, friends or family holidays. The house has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) the access to one bedroom is through the other, 1 complete bathroom, an equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, etc.), clothes washing and dryer machine, air-condition (hot /cold 10 euros/day), and a comfortable living with a fantastic sea view.
No car is needed. The beach is only 2 min walking distance and the nightspots are only a 5 min walking.
In Albufeira (centre/downtown) you can find restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, churches, coffee shops, pharmacies, post office, hospital, etc.
The Albufeira harbour is 10 minutes walking.
During summer the city provides different cultural events (concerts, fireworks, etc).
If you are a golf player you have a course set on the flat lands behind the sandy beach of Praia de Galé (about 5 minutes by car).

Excellent rental

A fab apartment, close to the shops, restaurants, beach and marina. The appliances were all in good condition and worked very well and the bedroom had a lovely comfortable large bed. We particularly liked that we didn't have to start from scratch buying things in, as there was already items left for us to use, such as tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, bin bags, shopping bags, toilet rolls and cleaning products. We enjoyed the feeling of being at home here whilst away on holiday with a relaxing atmosphere where we could watch TV when we got home in the evenings as we took our amazon firestick with us.

Stunning Apartment

Review based on one week stay late February 2022. The apartment was easy to find and parking was no problem at all. The place was clean and tidy, well equipped and in a brilliant location. Large windows give a spectacular view from east to west. There are many restaurants nearby but we sometimes just used one of the many food delivery services and ate at the beautiful apartment. Special thanks to Veronica and José for being so helpful.

Just got back from a lovely week in Albufeira, the apartment was amazing and with truly beautiful views. José the owner was always at the end of the phone if you had questions and was always happy to answer any. Would also recommend booking airport transfer through him too, it felt like we were travelling with an old friend. Overall a fantastic time and felt like home from home. Thank you José for everything

A little slice of heaven

From the moment I booked the property, Jose always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions. The view on the website really doesn’t do the full justice the apartment commands. Out of every window you get to see the azure blue of the sea, we were lucky to see dolphins out on the bedroom balcony a couple of times, bring some binoculars, they are special to watch. Our check in was swift, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean and safe to stay in. Albufeira old town has a chilled vibe, although we packed light, we still bought too many clothes. There are loads of lovely restaurants to choose from, we loved Ricardo’s, a lovely little Italian, be aware that a few of the restaurants don’t have menus, they just let you choose your fish /meat from a counter, it works out very very expensive. Lots of hills and steps, so it will keep you fit after the lovely food eaten. We will absolutely come again, I am missing it already, as I’m looking out of the window with our bags packed ready to fly home to a cold england. Happy holidays!! Thank you Jose , Mel and cliff Xx

Room with a view

This apartment is all about the view. Make sure you take your binoculars to get a close view of the dolphins leaping in the bay, stunning! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The panoramic views from the living area were stunning. Jose, the owner, was very quick to respond to our questions as was the local agent, Mrs Deborah. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on outside the apartment which caused us some issues during our stay but this would not put us off going there again. Great location for beach, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful break away in Albufeira.

Hi Jose, We really enjoyed our short stay in your lovely apartment. It's in a great location - just a short walk from the beach which has a lovely cafe and we enjoyed a drink in the evenings in the bar close by. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

Fantastic ocean, beach and town views

I fell in love with Jose's flat as soon as I entered it. It has large windows to meet the sunrise over Algarve, watch the dolphins in the blue ocean and majestic boats floating along Albufeira coast in front of you. We spent 7 romantic days in this cosy flat which had everything we needed during our stay - starting from a complement of water and wine to some salt and pepper and spices to begin our first meal with. Beach parasols and fold-out table and chairs for the balcony were of special use for us. We enjoyed the fact that the flat is on the third floor, since this helped us stay fit through our vacation. The flat has two levels: first is the entrance level with a large living-room, dining room, kitchen in one space with all the marvellous views, TV, sofa and also a bathroom; then a couple of steps up lead to the second level with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a TV, a comfortable wardrobe and a large window with a balcony. Our morning ocean views from the bed and listening to the seagulls made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect - 1 minute to the beach, with a lift at your disposal, 5 minutes to the old town with plenty of restaurants and shops and 12 minutes to Albufeira Marina, which we visited several times - for the fishing and cave visiting trips that start from Marina. We didn't have a chance to meet Jose, but he was very helpful and replied to all our questions really fast. We would definitely return to the flat during our next stay in Abufeira and recommend it to our friends.

The apartment is amazing! The view is beautiful and within close proximity of the beach. The location is also great, old town is perfect for a more relaxed vibe holiday as to the new town which is just 10minutes away. Recommended

A lovely if slightly querky apartment in a quiet part of town.

The transport arrangements by Jose were excellent and the apartment really does have those great views. Jose's hospitality (though we never met) could not be faulted. Thankfully the air conditioning works well as the first of or two weeks was really hot. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and the town is only a 8 minute walk away to give even more choice. We were a little unlucky as the apartment next door was being renovated while we were there, but they only worked during the day and were clean, tidy and friendly so can't complain. The WiFi worked well and had a reasonably fast connection.

Lovely location and wonderful views

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment but balcony sliding doors wouldn't lock once opened which wasn't good. We weren't warned about the three flights of steps up to apartment as should be advised as not suitable for people with mobility problems. Also not really suitable for 4 adults as no wardrobe in second bedroom.

Spectacular views and spacious apartment

This spacious, bright apartment is exactly as advertised. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed for two months and cooked many meals in the very well equipped kitchen....large fridge, great oven and cooktop, dishwasher and all small appliances you would need. The shower is great and you never run out of hot water. Beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the the terrace. The apartment is very close to the old town but the area is very quiet. You never hear any noise from the town. Jose is very kind and helpful with any questions and responds very quickly to emails. He even arranged our transportation from the airport. There is a small desk/ office area in the living room that was a great place for my husband to write. There are lots of electrical outlets and a very good washer and drier. The apartment is larger than most and the view cannot be better. I'm missing it now. I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment. There are a lot of steps up to the door if you have mobility issues but it will strengthen your quad muscles. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores very close. We did not have a car but there is parking on the street.

Amazing views and nice clean modern apartment

What can I say about this flat other than wow! From the very beginning communication was great. No questions went unanswered and felt very confident before travelling to Albufeira. When we arrived we were promptly met and let into this beautiful apartment. We were shown all the basics and given the usual directions to the local food stores etc. The flat itself is very spacious and has everything you need. Flat screen TV, WiFi, air conditioning, coffee machine, iron, kettle, etc. Even an orange juicer which we took advantage of and made amazing fresh oj every morning. The beds were very comfortable and with the electric shutters the rooms were easily darkened to allow a lay in. The sofa corner unit is also very comfortable as well which was good for an afternoon nap with all the windows open. Location is perfect! 2 minutes walk to the lift that takes you down to the beach. There are also loads, maybe a hundred restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk as well. We ate very well, and the restaurants that were recommended by Jose were all extremely good. I can also highly recommend castelo do Mar just a short walk away and overlooking the marina. They took very good care of us. We really liked this part of Albufeira as it's close to so many nice restaurants and is far enough away that there is no noise from them all. Free parking right outside was also a good bonus, as we rented a car to do some exploring. Only thing I thought would be a good addition is a safe for passports etc, but that's just a small thing. The flat was very safe and the front door is like Fort knox. I would very highly recommend this flat and it's owner.

Fantastic Apartment

Great Find

We have just returned from a 1 week stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location - a few minutes walk to the beach and old town with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The view of the beach and sea is breathtaking. We got to see some amazing sunrises. The apartment was clean and well furnished and the WIFI was definitely a bonus. The complimentary bottle of wine and fruit on arrival was a nice touch. Thank you Jose for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the apartment to our family and friends.

We have just returned from our wonderful holiday in Albufeira and highly recommend both the resort and this stunning appartment. Communication with the owner has been excellent, even organising our efficient airport transfer for us. Vania the local rep was so helpful and made us feel at home thank you both. Albufeira offers something for everyone fabulous beaches, lots of shops, restaurants, bustling nightlife and this apartment is within a couple of minutes stroll of everything and really does have the wow factor!

Apartamento fantástico.

Apartamento fantástico não só pela vista deslumbrante, quer de dia quer de noite, como extremamente bem situado, a dois passos da praia, supermercados e lojas. Aluguei um carro e só usei para vir do aeroporto e para voltar. Decorado com gosto, muito limpo e bem equipado. Deixo aqui um agradecimento pela gentileza de me terem deixado uma garrafa de vinho e fruta. Vou voltar, ainda este ano, por um período maior. Aconselho vivamente a quem queira um apartamento "romantico".

Excellent find!

The apartment was in a perfect location within a short walk to Old Town and you cannot beat the price. The view was the best part, it is amazing and overlooks the beach. Check-in was on time and flexible. It was spacious and updated, very clean, and we were even given a free bottle of Portugese wine upon arrival. One bedroom is very large with a super king bed and the other with a regular queen or king. The description is correct in that you can only access one room through the other but this did not bother us given everything else was really great. The only small wish I had was wireless Internet. Jose did provide a USB Internet stick so it would have been fine with a laptop but we needed wifi on our phones. Not a big deal but would have been nice. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area as well that has free wifi. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend for Albufeira!

Truly a home away from home

Jose was a great contact from the beginning. Emails were kind and packed full of helpful information. The apartment it self was perfect. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen had every utensil and amenity we needed to cook meals and the living room area was so welcoming and relaxing with stunning views of the beach. Everything you'd like to see or do was so close, the beach is actually 3 min walk from the place. We would highly recommend this apartment, it was such great value overall.

Ideal appartment in the Algarve

The ideal location for a holiday in the Algarve. Friendly appartment, with astonishing view on the sea and the village. 100 metres from the beach, parking place in front of the house. The listing desription is afcurate. Clean property, well-maintained simple fourniture. Good customer service, very friendly. We would certainly recommend this property to friends.
