DREAM HOUSE ORNOS BEACH

THE IDEAL PLACE TO STAY. Family-friendly luxury Mykonian style house, just a short walk from Ornos Beach and Korfos beach, the market of Ornos, bus stop restaurants, and bars. No need to hire a car. This ground-floor house is the only house in the complex which has its own deck with sunbeds and an umbrella.

Choice of two beaches within walking distance.
Everything is within walking distance. No need to hire a car.

Our Dream house combines the traditional Mykonian style with modern facilities and gives our guests the ultimate luxurious ambiance.  The house is on the ground floor with immediate access to its own patio and the swimming pool.  Perfect for families because is close to everything and is a quiet place.
The house has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and the other one with two twin beds and next to the second bathroom. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends. The living room has two sofa beds. The living room leads to a large covered balcony with a large sofa dining table and armchairs for up to 10 people which overlooks the swimming pool,
FREE WI-FI internet connection, Satellite TV with international channels DVD player, sound system are some of the standard features. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances like a fridge, electric ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle,  Bosch coffee maker for espresso, blender, juice machine,  all types of saucepans and dishes.
We can provide a baby cot and a baby high chair for families with infants.
Everything is within 3-4 minutes walking distance, the Ornos beach, Korfos beach, supermarket, bakery shop, pharmacy, butcher shop. Also in our area, there are a lot of restaurants.
Ornos beach is a family-oriented beach. The Korfos beach is ideal for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The house is between the two beaches.
Mykonos town is about 5 minutes drive. There is a bus from Ornos to Mykonos town. The bus stop is very close to the house (walking distance).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Ornos Village is the ideal area full of restaurants, bars, shopping area (supermarket, bakery shop, pharmacy, butcher shop, hair, and nail salon, ATM), bus stop, and two beaches. Everything is within 3-4 minutes of walking distance, from the house.
Ornos beach is a family-oriented beach. The Korfos beach is ideal for kitesurfing and windsurfing there is also a Kite school for those who would like to make a try.
The house is between the two beaches.
Ornos Village is one of the nearest areas to Mykonos town.
Mykonos town is just 2 km away about 4 minutes drive. There is a bus from Ornos to Mykonos town. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the house.
From Ornos you can easily explore the rest of the island.
During the summer period (June to September) there is a water taxi which helps you to explore the other beaches of the island.
From Ornos beach boats leave for the beaches of Platis Gialos, Paranga, Paradise, Super Paradise, Agrari, and Elia. Boats leave from Ornos at 10:00 AM and every hour till 16:00 PM.

Gorgeous stay

We loved Dream House. Lovely property - pictures don’t do it justice. Also really well located. 10 mins from Airport, 5 mins from beach, restaurants, bars shops and bakery, large athletics ground next door you can use. 10 mins on bus to Mykonos town. Highly recommended.

Dream Stay!

The Dream house is a lovely property, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms are separated by the kitchen area and little noise could be heard in the evenings. The outside area is lovely, overlooking the shared pool but we never felt overlooked. Our Host, Nono was lovely and was available whenever we needed, advice and planning plus arranged taxi transfers and hospital appointments after I hurt my back. Overall 10/10! The various restaurants, bars and main beach a short stroll from the Dream house, which is ideally situated.

Perfect Family Holiday

We have just returned from the most amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Location was perfect for our family of 4: our 8 year old and 5 year old boys loves every second of time around the pool. Brilliant to have our own terrace right by the pool as we could keep our eye on them all the time. House was spotless and beautifully furnished. The location was fantastic: so close to Ornos beach and so many restaurants which were all very family friendly. There was no need to hire a car, we used the water taxi to visit other beaches and the bus to visit Mykonos town. Noni was a perfect host and helped us arrange transfers from the airport. All the information she sent about the area was really useful. We came here for my wife's 40th birthday and it really was the ideal place to celebrate. Would come back in a heartbeat and would fully recommend to anyone but especially to families.

Dream House Ornos really was a dream. The property served our family of 4 excellently - a beautiful place with a lovely pool (if a little deep for the children but manageable with some inflatables!) The property has everything you could need for a stay and is truly lovely - a home away from home Noni (the owner) was extremely helpful in arranging transfers and advising on the local area There are shops and good value restaurants extremely close to the property, meaning whether you choose to eat in the place or eat out you have what you need If we're back in Ornos we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful property close to the beach in Ornos with use of a shared pool. It looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The property owner also helped with organising transfers to and from the airport.

September stay in Mykonos

We had an initial disappointment that even though we arrived at 4.30pm the property was still unclean from the previous guests. We had to ring the owner, she apologised & said that a cleaning team would be there soon. We returned an hour & a half later, the cleaner had just finished. The property looked a lot better. Our only observation was that there was no mosquito blind in the main bedroom. Other than this we enjoyed staying at the property.

Lovely spot in Oros 🌞

Such a lovely apartment, perfect for me and my two daughters. The pool was a great size and was lovely to cool down in. So close to the shops and beach and bus that takes you up to Mykonos old town

Comfortable family home near Ornos beach

House was well equipped, about 10min walk from Ornos Beach. The property overlooks a shared swimming pool which was rarely used by others. Kids loved it, including exploring the grounds and making friends with other children there. As the listing says this is a family resort so it was perfect for us and our 2 girls 3&6

Beautiful 2 bed apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which was a haven of tranquility away from hustle and bustle of Mykonos. It was well appointed with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Our girls loved playing around the pool with some of girls from other families staying in the complex who were very friendly. We loved dining and relaxing in the outdoor area. Car parking was straight forward. The location was fantastic, with so many restaurants in walking distance and Ormos beach was perfect for young children. Our favourite restaurants were Scorpios, Konstantis at Ormos, Familia in Hora and Hippie Fish. Solymar at Kala Lavidi and Elia Beach Club were also great.

A Gem!

We absolutely loved staying in Noni's townhouse! It is an adorably decorated fully equipped home with a gorgeous outdoor space, and is literally steps from the pool. A short walk to a supermarket and bus stop, it is also easily walkable to Ornos Beach where there are plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. We were very happy being away from the busier Mykonos Town, but it is a ten minute bus ride away if you feel like exploring further. Highly recommended.

Lovely Home - Excellent Location!

We had a fantastic time in Mykonos. The house is comfortable, well looked after and has everything you could need. We stayed with our two daughters (18 and 11) and it was great to have plenty of internal and external space. The house is 5 minutes from Ornos Beach with its choice of restaurants. We also love Platis Gialos which is a short drive. Mykonos Town is less than 5 minutes by car and car hire is very easy, although the bus also runs from close by. The group of homes around the pool are well looked after and everyone very friendly. Noni, the owner, is very organised and made everything very easy. We had a great time - thank you!

Magnifique location à Ornos

Location très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très propre avec de nombreux équipements pour la cuisine. La terrasse et la piscine sont également fort agréable. Delightful house, perfect for families.

Mykonos house is delightful. It is furnished and decorated with love and very thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. It is well located to Ornos beach and shops and the pool and outside veranda make for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic appartment with all amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The appartment was clean, and kept clean during our stay. All equipment that you would want in your own home was present. And even on our request a baby bed was present. The location is close to the beach and local stores. A car or scooter/quad is recommended to visit the town of Mykonos and other beaches. Since most homes around the appartment are privately owned, this creates a homely atmosphere. The adjacent hotel has a staff that is very helpful. We recommend this to families, or couples . We stayed for 3 weeks with a 11 month baby and time flew by!

Clean, convenient and cozy!

Beautiful property with all the amenities! Noni was great and although we were not able to meet, she was available for calls at all times. A car is necessary, but parking is good. I'd suggest the $25 taxi from the port to the property and then having a car delivered. We got there at night, and it would have been very hard to navigate in the dark. The neighborhood was safe with a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The entire property was very well maintained and clean. I hope you enjoy cats...because there are plenty of them on the island!!

Fantastic stay in Ornos

This place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and well kept. The outdoor spaces were private and very relaxing. We could walk 5 minutes to a local bus stop or to Ornos beach. There were plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants all within a five minute walk. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The Dream House

The Dream house was magnificent! We had a great time in Mykanos. Our hostess provide everything plus . Communication with her was easy. The location is good. Far enough away that it wasn’t too crowded with stores, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance but close enough for a short drive to the town for shopping and more good and fun. We paid 20 euros

Lovely stay at the Dream House

This ground level 2 bed, 2 bath apartment worked really well for us while visiting Mykonos We were a family of four (all adults) It was comfortable and equipped with all the amenities that we could need including games and all the needed kitchen supplies The complex has a saltwater pool that is easily accessible just steps from ourpatio The apartment complex was quiet and we never had any issues with noise or unruly neighbors The apartment included AC which we used in the heat of the day and TVs with cable which we didn’t use Noni did a great job with communication and included a document with recommendations for local restaurants which was very helpful. She responded quickly to my questions There are two bus stops within 5-8 minutes walk. The bus runs to old town every 30 minutes and we used that every day There are multiple restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance It was a relaxing experience at the apartment and we would certainly stay here again

Very nice place!

The house was big enough for our family. Confortable beds. Clean, spacious, nice outdoor space. Few minutes walk to 2 beaches, and restaurants, grocery store. 10 minutes from the airport.(by car) The owner Noni was always available to answer all our questions quickly and helped us with everything we needed. A little hard to find the house when we arrived, because there is no address in Mykonos island; the owner gave us all the informations we needed to find it though. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer rack outside. We would be happy to stay there again!
