Magnificent villa with breathtaking sea view, panoramic swimming pool, garden and WI-FI

ATTENTION - BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - In January 2016 the property underwent a renovation with expansion. All electrical, plumbing and flooring systems have been changed. The new kitchen has been expanded and the bathroom has been moved to another area of the house, creating a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. A bathroom with shower was made in the cottage. A new area for the external shower with hot water was created at the entrance. The property is located in the most panoramic point of Villasimius and has a private swimming pool with sea view, large private garden, porch with table and barbecue and breakfast corner on the golf course, where you can admire sunrise and sunset. The interiors are finely furnished and have every comfort. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Outside the main house just above the porch there is a small cottage with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the villa you can walk in 10 minutes, to the beautiful Campulongu beach.

Amazing views, gardens and close to the beach

The villa is a lovely size for a small family and the additional annex with en suite bathroom would be ideal for other family members joining parents with younger children. There is a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor grill (with fridge). The infinity pool is beautiful and the terrace and outdoor table are perfect for long relaxing evenings enjoying the view and the stars. There is also an outdoor shower which is a nice touch for returning from the beach. The villa is in a gated estate just across the road from the local beach and the stop for the shuttle bus to Villasimius and Porto Giunco beaches. It would be ideal if the check in lady could speak English but she was very nice and helpful and we got by fine! All in all a fantastic place to stay, that was perfect for us.

A unique villa with a spectacular view

The villa is situated on a beautiful hillside and has an amazing view of the whole of the peninsular of Villasimius. On one side is the port of Villasimius and the beach of Campulongu which is generally calm with beautiful azure transparent waters while the other side is Simius beach with the surf. You need to be quite fit to walk up from the beach. The villa consists of the main house with a double and twin bedroom ( bunk beds). The third bedroom which is a double is in a little outhouse inside the villa grounds. This was quite compact but clean and had a great modern shower. The main house itself is beautifully set out with beautiful furnishings telling the story of the sea. It was also very clean and comfortable and spacious. Even though we visited in October, the weather was good and we had dinner on the patio every evening. We also had a dip in the swimming pool on the warmest days.

The property was as described on the website Booking and check in process was straightforward as was checkout The property is on a private estate accessed via a security barrier There are lovely views and the location is very good, with Campulongu beach just at the bottom of the road and Villasimius supermarket and beach about 15 minutes drive A nice peaceful place to stay, furnished and maintained to a high standard

Stunning villa with beautiful outdoor space

We loved this villa! Very clear how much care and detail has gone into its design and especially the outdoor living area. The infinity pool is stunning and was such a welcome treat after a day at the beach! The interior was so adorable and well appointed. This villa feels like instant home and provided lovely privacy. Highly recommend it!

Clean House, Perfect View

The house is located on top of a steep hill,so having a car is definitely recommended. From the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view. There are various pleasant spots in the garden to relax and unwind. Inside, the house is spacious and well-equipped. The annex with a separate bedroom and bathroom is ideal for giving older children their own space. Perhaps the only minor downside is that the swimming pool is not heated. During the peak of summer, this wouldn't be an issue, but if you, like us, stay in the house during the spring, it will indeed be a "cool dip." Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place near Villasimius.

Great family vacation

The view from the house was amazing. We loved going to the beaches and exploring the area around Villasimius, but enjoying the evening at the house was the best part. We cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and watched the sun set over the water. Our younger kids got the bunk beds in one room and the teenager stayed in the separate house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sardinia.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Für Selbstversorger fehlt es an nichts. Noch nie eine solche Küchenausstattung gehabt und die Grillabende mit dem Blick auf die Bucht bleiben für immer in Erinnerung. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Paradiso!

Siamo stati in questa proprieta' per una settimana con due bambini di 9 e 13 anni e ci e' piaciuta moltissimo. La posizione e' strategica vicino alle spiagge piu' belle di Villasimius e la vista incredibile. La mattina presto e la sera il silenzio e' meraviglioso e magico. Dentra la casa e' piccolina ma con tutto l'occorrente. Fuori il giardino perfettamente curato e il barbecue sono bellissimi. Unica nota la spiaggia non e' raggiungibile a piedi (almeno in agosto) per la ripida salita, fa troppo caldo. E il costo extra per lenzuola e strofinacci, che secondo me in questo price range di affitto potrebbe essere incluso. Soggiorno nel complesso perfetto, peccato andare via.
