Mold Castle and numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars, such as The Fat Boar and the Queens Head Inn, can be found in the nearby town of Mold, which is easily accessible by car from the village. Wrexham is also worth visiting because it is home to the National Trust's Erddig, a vast 18th-century manor with a tourable, ornamental 12,000-acre garden; the Ty Pawb art gallery; and the Eagles Meadow shopping centre, which features many well-known retailers.
