EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!

You can't get much closer to Barton beach than this! My luxury ground floor self contained apartment has recently been completely refurbished to the highest of standards. Style. Comfort. Peace of mind. Have a nose around my website www.4thedome.co.uk to find out more.

You will have full use of the entire apartment that can accommodate up to four guests to enjoy all year round. If you have a child that requires a cot I can provide a Graco with a mattress and sheet. Just need to bring your own bedding and cuddly toys. Please help yourself but do give it a wipe over when you put it back. :)

I am dog friendly! You will find two dog bowls in one of the kitchen cupboards along with a jar of Scooby snacks for your Furries. I do ask for an extra £10 per stay to cover the extra cleaning costs that is sometimes not listed on some travel sites when you book online. If this is so, would you kindly leave it on the table when you leave. It goes to your hardworking cleaner as a thank you for the extra care needed for my next guests.

Lastly, please let me know your preferred bed arrangements before you come. Mainly whether you want the sofa bed (single or double duvets) and/or cot made up or just the bedding left out for you to do.

* I am dog friendly. There are two stainless steel woofy bowls and a jar of scooby snacks in one of the kitchen base units. If you haven't paid on booking your stay for your doggy, please leave £10 when you leave. (This just covers my housekeepers extra work to make things perfect for the next guests.)
*If you are two guests but who need separate sleeping arrangements please let me know as I will need to get the sofa bed ready. In this sort of situation I charge a £15 supplement per visit to cover the extra laundry costs for my house manager. You have a choice of a double duvet or two singles for the sofa bed

Perfect place by the sea
The apartment is perfect for staying close to the sea and all the wonderful amenities of beautiful Barton on Sea. Very friendly and approachable host who promptly answered all my questions. The apartment is immaculate and equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to the sea with fabulous bars and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

First rate in every way. Very clean and very comfortable. High quality fittings, kitchen and bathroom lovely. Best bed we have ever slept in! Host very friendly and helpful and kindly left all sorts of stuff for us including, bread, milk, butter and eggs! Oh! and wine. We we will most definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Compact modern apartment close to the sea. Easy to find. Parking outside the apartment. Lovely facilities nearby - beachcomber pub restaurant, icecream parlour and pebbles restaurant to name a few. Lovely small beach to take the dog for a walk.

Fabulous apartment
My partner, my little yorkie and I had the most amazing time here, the apartment was beautiful with all top notch appliances! Linda was a great host, really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, literally across the road to the beech. Great walks with the dog and such a friendly town. Even Ollie the neighbour next door was really kind. Really quiet at night so slept really well. Definately be back.

A good stay
We were informed of the key safe number before arrival, just after we got into the property Linda arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. The flat was very well presented, clean and warm, which was nice as it was a bit chilly outside! There was a comfortable sofa bed as well as a double bed. Very well equipped kitchenette. The flat was 1 minute walk from a lovely, dog friendly beach. We would have liked to stay longer.

Beautiful oceanside views and very close walk to water. Accomodations were great and owner was gracious about having a last minute extra person stay...thank you! At this time of the year there is not much to do in the area but we drove to some amazing spaces nearby!
