Situated walking distance from the Wellingborough train station and town centre, Talbot houses a refurbishment house ideal for contractors, families and groups coming to visit or working in the area. Sleeps 7 guests comfortable in the 4 bedrooms available. The house is spacious and comes fully furnished to make meals with free wifi, smart tv with Netflix and two allocated parking spaces in front of the house. The house also has a spacious garden with furniture and barbecue stand.
The space
As you enter the front door, on the right is the downstairs toilet with sink and on the left is the kitchen with small dining area. Straight ahead is the spacious lounge leading onto the garden area. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a total of 5 single beds (the single beds in the double rooms are zip-link and can be joined to king size beds for couples). Also available on this level is a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite with bath and shower.

There is double allocated parking space directly in front of the house.
