Palmvillas 39A is a 4-bedroom spacious villa, located in a calm residential area of Vilamoura, a well know resort to have all the amenities you expect for a relaxing memorable holiday, whether you prefer to spend your time in the villa premises or take advantage of the exiting adventures offered at the marina. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, a second twin on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms both on the 1st floor, one of which is an en-suit with a corner bath. The kitchen is also very spacious, furnished and fully equipped in a typical Portuguese style. The town center of Quarteira and its beaches as well as the Marina of Vilamoura are 2.5kms away, 5 min drive or 20/30 min walk. There is a private pool 4 by 8 mts (13 by 26 ft) and a BBQ set in a tropical garden rich in palms and well-kept plants. The large living room (600 sq ft) has a dining table set for 10 people and a French door that opens out onto the garden. There are also 2 large supermarkets 1,5 kms away which meet all your needs during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times. In the town of Quarteira you can easily find many family run restaurants for local food at very economical prices. The villa situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This villa is semi-detached to Palmvillas39B, but each have their private grounds, pool and BBQ. Includes mid-week cleaning with change of towels.

Extended family stay

We were a family of 8, the villa was huge, great for those with accessibility needs. Plenty of room, we didnt feel crowded or on top of each other. The area was good, around a 20 min walk to restaurants and to bars etc. Carlos was a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic villa

Absolutely brilliant stay, villa contained everything we needed and was very clean. Carlos was always on hand for queries and really welcoming. The kids loved the pool and having barbecues. Would definately recommend to anyone, families or groups.

Family Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa which is situated in a quiet residential street. Although we had a car we could easily walk into the marina (about a mile) The owner Carlos was extremely charming and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and garden areas are well maintained, we had bbq one evening and Carlos kindly gave us some charcoal! A great family break.

This villa is superb, exceeded our expectations and coupled with Carlos's attention to detail made it a fabulous choice. Unfortunate to experience wildfires very close but that could not be helped, and Carlos and his family did all they could to help make the remainder of our stay as good as possible. Beautiful location, great for family and friends together.

The villa was lovely but the information with regards to the walking distance to bars and the supermarkets was misleading and it was at least a 35 minute walk to vilamoura marina not 15 minutes as stated But we had a fantastic holiday and the host could not have done anymore for us

Spent a wonderful week at this villa Carlos was a gracious host always available to answer any queries. perfect villa for family of 6

I would like to thank Carlos - who was perfect host - for a wonderful week at his lovely villa. Villa was immaculate and the location - on outskirts of Vilamoura - was quiet but within easy distance to either walk (30 mins) or uber (5 mins) to either Vilamoura Marina or Quarteria beach-front. Kids and I had a great time playing in pool every day of our stay. There were also two medium/large supermarkets within 10 minute walk...

A Superb Villa

We arrived at the Villa to be met by Carlos who greeted us like long lost friends. He proceeded to open the main front door and "WOW" what a first impression, showing us around we were amazed just how big the rooms were. The pictures advertising the Villa do not do it justice. The swimming pool is just the right size for families and kept very clean with the odd ball thrown in for fun!!. The shops and restaurants are within easy reach plus the local gypsy market each week. Carlos was always available should we need to contact him - nothing was too much trouble. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this Villa as a first choice. P.s. it is very handy for the golf courses as well.

Amazing family holiday

We cant thank Carlos enough so easy to deal with and so helpful, really beautiful villa nice and quite area but still not to far from local harbor and beaches, Taxi ride if you have young kids. Pool area was great and kept all of us happy for the entire week. We are looking into staying again in the near future.

Beautiful Villa

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying in 39A Palmvillas. It was everything we hoped it would be, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Carlos was very welcoming and friendly and we would definitely stay there again. There are 2 very good supermarkets near by and it is a pleasant walk down to the marina and very easy to get a taxi back for around €6. Would not hesitate booking again!

Beautifully finished spacious Villa

Carlos was very courteous and helpful on our arrival. Ideal location for us attending a family wedding in Vilamoura. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms beautifully finished. Very well equipped with good quality appliances. It was lovely to have a large pool but unfortunately being early on in the season we only used once. Our only complaint, again as it was early in the season and quite rainy during our stay was the fact that there was no heating that we were aware of and was chilly during the evening and at night in bed. A few basic cleaning materials would also have been appreciated. But on the whole excellent and good value. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa in the best location

We absolutely loved our stay here. Carlos was amazing. We had a really late arrival so he arranged for some food and drink to be at the villa for when we arrived. He was also very helpful when it came to getting out and about of the villa. Vilamoura itself is a beautiful place and the Marina was a brilliant place to visit during the day and of an evening, with some lovely restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to visit again.

Great villa

Villa was excellent , Carlos was amazing, nothing too much trouble, we had a fix needed on a lock , he was there within 15 minutes and a new lock fitted, garden was always tidy , pool was clean and internet was great, also the downstairs bedroom/bathroom was great for my disabled son,and very child friendly, I would definitely stay again in 39a, my party all enjoyed the villa and said it was the best villa they have stayed in during the last five years visiting vilamoura and staying in villas, well done and thank you Carlos.

perfect villa for a family/friends holiday

We have just returned from 10 days in this beautiful villa. When we arrived we were met by Carlos, the owner of the villa who was very friendly and helpful. We found the villa immaculate. The villa had everything we needed. Outside pool area was stunning, with plenty of trees if you needed shade and the pool was spotless. We were a family of 8 adults with 2 being in there 80s. the downstairs bathroom and bedroom were ideal for them. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely go again. Thank you Carlos

A most enjoyable stay

This was our second stay at Carlos’ villa and once again it did not disappoint. The villa contains everything a family requires for their stay. We spent most of our visit outside in the beautiful garden where the kids had an amazing time in the pool. Carlos’ hospitality is unrivaled – accommodating all of our many requests. The villa is situated on a lovely quiet street and only a very short drive to Vilamoura Marina and the lovely beaches in Quarteria. You couldn’t expect more from the Villa and host - we would highly recommend. A most enjoyable stay – we will be back. Aoife & Will Wilson

Why they chose this property

This property was designed and buit for my family use. And it provided many years of pleasure. However the children grew up and when on with their own lives, and it just became too big for 2. So we decided to give it a try and manage it as a holiday rental. Its been a success for the last 20 years.
