This modern built villa offers total privacy, luxury and relaxation in one of the most secret and beautiful beaches of Greece.

Inside benefits from:

The ground floor you have the fascinating living room that offers beautiful sea views from every corner, due to wall sized glass sliding doors.
The room is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas from where you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you or just watch your favorite TV programs. A dining area is set on the other side of the room with a modern 7 seat dining table. An open-plan kitchen is perfectly integrated in the living room . The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances so you’ll enjoy preparing your favorite dishes with a view.

A spacious twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. It is fitted with two single beds, has large wardrobes and glass sliding doors which drive to the terrace and let the light invade the room. There is an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi column.
Going a few stairs up, next to main entrance, you have the second bedroom, fitted with a double bed, large wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Also with sliding glass doors and a big balcony which faces the fantastic beach and the sea below.

The third bedroom has a king size bed and is located on first floor, has large wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with two armchairs and a coffee table placed near the glass door that opens to a lovely terrace from where you can admire an amazing sea view. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom , fitted with Jacuzzi bath and high quality accessories.

Outside benefits from:

A west facing terrace which is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. The terrace is furnished with comfortable rattan sofa, armchairs, a 8 seat dining table and sun lounges where you can really enjoy your holiday and the best Mediterranean Sunsets.
The 9 x 6 cutting edge pool is right in front of the terrace and is also surrounded by a thick layer of green grass.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal).If bookings allow it, we can be flexible

Flights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.
ATHENS TO LEFKADA by CAR is approximately 385 Km. You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland .
By BUS they are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 4/5 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times the week and travel time is 5 hours. There are daily flights from Athens International Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport and also from Corfu Airport.
We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza airport to the villa and give any advice on travel.

30% deposit (non -refundable). Final payment 6 weeks before arrival.

Our reply can come some hours after your request as we are based in Greece. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit.

All services, air conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price. No extra cost
Our concierge can meet you at Lefkas town or at Agios Nikitas village and escort you to the villa and help with your luggage. Luggage storage is not a problem.

Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival
Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure.

Our stay at Milos Bay Villa was wonderful- the villa, pool and views were all superb. The nearby town of Ag Nikitas is lovely with plenty of tavernas, bars and cafes and the local beach beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

A holiday we will never forget

The title says is all. me and my family of 5 spent a week here at Milos in the modern villa. It was just devine. The place is great. The villa is spacious and clean. lovley big windows to admire the beautiful view. We visited in October which was a lovely temperate for me and our children. The sea was still warm! and the island peaceful.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Its a wonderful place to spend your vacations. The modern villa we had, has lovely big glass windows, which leave you with a fantastic view. air-con, wifi. good staff, beach access, clean. The owner came by to see us also, you dont find this in many places. Simone was full of useful information and Jimmy is always ready help. High recommended.

Amazing house, Amazing area!!

Such an amazing house, big enough for my family. so much space to enjoy. Very clean the house itself and the pool. Great for people who enjoy peace and quiet but the town is also not far away. This house is one opf the best i have stayed in. and the best view on the island.

Villa in heavenly Milos Bay

Spacious villa kept immaculately clean with the most magnificent views over Milos Bay. We had a wonderful two weeks here helped along with the team who run the villas and who are first class. Nearby is the little village of Agios Nikitas which has plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Lefkada Town is 20 min drive away with lots of restaurants and bars. Milos Bay is one of the most beautiful locations we have ever stayed in and as we loved it so much we will be returning next year. Thank you to Tasos,Simone,Jimmy and the 4 ladies who looked after the villa for looking after us so well.

Milos Bay is the most beautiful place to stay

Milos beach is the most beautiful place to stay and spend your holiday on Lefkada, over looking the beach and those flawless sunsets , it really is a 10 out of 10 destination. There are a few steps down to the beach itself, but it is defintiely worth it! and the beach is also sand,where as the majority on the island are stone and shingle! A big thank you to Tasos, Simone and the team for the communications during our stay, and great help from Jimmy and Olga, the pool and villa were spotlessly clean during our stay. We stayed during the end of the season. alot of places were closed, but there was still a supermarket open in Agios Nikitas village itself and a few tavernas, so we didnt even have to go to Lefkada if we didnt want to. Though it is worth a visit there as well. A car hire is a good idea, there is so many places to explore, by the sea and up in the mountains! hidden villages and the local people are so nice. We would love to return to Milos Bay villas, and will recommend to any friend or family member

Flawless

It was our first time in Lefkada and defintely will not be our last. We had the best time, staying at Milos Bay Villas. We chose a modern villa, middle level with the L shaped pool, which was just devine and very very private. The house was very clean, and fully equipped, even down to washing powder and toilet rolls! Also a lovely treat to find wine a snacks waiting for us on our arrival. such a lovely extra. The villa was very cosy though full of light and airy.... i seriously can not complain. We were met in the village before and shown up to the villas. We spent most nights away from the hussel and bussel in our own little paradise overlooking Milos Beach. The bbq outside was very useful! We also eat in Agios Nikitas village and lefkada town and lots of other amazing places around the island! so much food!!! I have never had a steak like it! not to mention the sea food! Hospitality was top class. villas were top class. the beach below is to die for! We are so happy we came to Lefkada and especially to Milos Bay Villas A big thank you to Tasos and his team for making our holiday extra special.

What a view!

Amazing villa, on top of a cliff overlooking a beach and the Ionian sea! Facing west so you get the sunset from the pool and terrace! The villa was furnished well and Tasos, Simone and team looked after anything we wanted. A beautiful modern villa, with own private pool. it really was luxury. Also take a day trip on the yacht! Would recommend to anyone! 5 star

The best view on the island

We have been back to Milos Bay Villas a few times now. it is becoming our second home. Everything is up to scratch every visit. This time we were a group of 7 and stayed in a Modern villa, which really was spectacular! Comfortable, luxurious... a touch of class. Each time Tasos organises a taxi from the airport for us from the villa. The following day we take a stroll to Agios Nikitas and pick up a hire car. A smooth operation from start to finish. Lefkada is a must see island. You can find some amazing fresh fish, and different meats to try. Eating out is always a favourite option but this time we couldnt resist a home cooked meal on the terrace whilst the sun was setting over the enchanting ocean! We never get tired of the view, and will return again and again. Thanks for yet another great holiday!

Pure Bliss!!!

There were 10 of us and we booked 2 villas. One Modern and one Traditional stone. They were both on the same level as we requested. Which was perfect. far enough away for privacy but a short stroll and we could all be together. the villas are maintained to the highest standard, and the pools are crystal! Tasos and his team could not do enough for us. We requested some extra seating for outside and the next morning they were there ready for us. We hired a car from Preveza airport and were met in the village by Simone who showed us to the villa and gave us some helpful tips. there is ample secure parking at the villa, and we enjoyed plenty of day trips out around the island. We ventured down to the beach most days, definitely one of the more exclusive beaches on the island. Pure bliss! We will definitely be back for another visit in the future.

Spectacular 5 star!

This holiday certainly exceeded our expectations. A week of luxury in a modern villa. Run by a small friendly team of people. The staff were top class, always happy to lend a helping hand or give advice on things to do and what to see. We were that impressed we have already booked for next year! Milos really is the best view on the island. The villas are well maintained and the pool attended to everyday! Next year cant come quick enough.

Stunning vista, be part of it for a week..

Incredible place, awesome. We decided on the villa based on the reviews of and the pictures/descrpion offered by this Owners Direct website. What is impossible to describe is just how stunning the vista is from the balcony and infinity pool, which is simply impossible to represent accureatky in a scoring chart. We never tired of the view. The villa is the lowest of the few villas built so is closest to the beach when it comes to venturing down to part of that amazing view. I'd say the positioning of the villa helps make it the best placed for many reasons, reaching the beach amongst them but probably increasing the sensation of exclusivity. To enjoy this feeling you need to be prepared for the steps down to the beach and of course the steps back up to the parking area at the top of the hillside your villa is build into. My 18 year old daughter trained on the steps during our stay, explaining the 191 steps up were excellent for "cardio",' which is definitely true. Please build this into your decision making as whilst it is a small price to pay, it is the investment you make personally in being part of the view. Young families and folks who have some physical restrictions would have difficulty in enjoying the villa and its positioning. Carrying shopping down the stairs for a family isn't what you're used to at home. The staff are on hand to help you with your luggage at either of your holiday which is very welcome. In fact the staff onsite running the Mylos Villas venue are excellent, Petya regularly checking you're happy, Jimmy popping down each day to clean the pool and do.a few chores. It's a really well run professional operation. We went out for dinner into Agias Nikitas each night after watching the sunset from the balcony. If you enjoy quaint traditional Greek island villages, it doesn't disappoint. The food served in each of the restaurants we visited was fresh, beautifully cooked and fairly consistent in each eaterie visited. So no need to spend too much thinking deciding which place to eat if you plan to eat out every night, just try them all.. I'd recommend a hire car, you'll get value from it. Even if you end up walking back to the villa from the village, about 20-25 mins, you will have arrived for dinner on a hot evening how you would prefer to do so. The walk back to the village over the headland the following morning is worth it to get a different perspective of the view and also to take pictures of your villa.

Ein Platz zur Erholung

Das ist ein einziger Platz. Es ist schwer einen schöneren Strand, einen schöneren Blick und ein freundlicheres Hotelpersonal zu finden… Das Wichtigste aber ist, wenn man die Villa begegnet und hineintritt, fühlt man sich trotz der starken Menschenansammlung während des Augusts (Lefkada steht als ein beliebtes Reiseziel für Sommerferien) ganz allein auf der ganzen Insel. Die Villa liegt entfernt von Krach und Straßenlärm. Wie ruhig und friedlich gelegen. Der ideale und beste Platz zur Erholung und zum Wohlbefinden. Das Dorf war sehr nah zu Fuß. Aber wir haben das Dorf nicht mehrmals besucht, weil wir bevorzugt haben, in der Villa grillen bleiben und unser Abendessen während Sonnenuntergangs am Nachmittag zu genießen. Das gelegene an der Spitze des Bergabgrunds Pool ist toll, aber trotzdem war das Meer, das darunter liegt, etwas Besseres für mich. Dort haben wir die schönsten Erholungsferien verbracht.

Prachtig uitzicht.

Drie moderne villas op verschillende hoogtes. Wij hadden de middelste. De villa is mooi gebouwd, in moderne stijl met grote glazen schuifpuien en een heel mooi zwembad aan de voorkant. Fantastische zonsondergang en een groot strand beneden. Airco in alle kamers en een goeie zitkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer. Goed en aardig personeel van Julia de gastvrouw tot de jongen die het zwembad verzorgt. Lefkas is een mooi eiland met prachtige stranden aan de westkust en de oostkust geeft een ander beeld: kleinere strandjes en drukkere dorpjes. Lekker traditioneel Grieks eten en een rustig nachtleven. Agios Nikitas, het dorpje dicht bij de villas, is een vissersdorpje met restaurantjes en wat winkeltjes. Lekker genoten van alles. Heerlijke vakantie. Ik zou deze villas iedereen aanraden!

MAGNIFIQUE

Nous sommes une famille francaise avec deux enfants et nous sommes passes des vacances inoubliables dans ce lieu adorable , dans cette villa unique! La maison comporte toutes les facilites modernes, c'est a dire une cuisine avec toutes les equipes ou on pouvait faire la cuisine avec aise, deux chambres a coucher larges avec des salles de bain en suite, un salon tres comfortable et la piscine. La piscine etait assez grande et les enfants avaient une place de divertissement vraiment inoubliable. Le personnel etait tres poli et de soutien remarquable, l'entourage etait tres bien garde et tres propre. La maison, actuellement la villa, se situe tres pres de la ville de Lefkada, laquelle est le capital de l'ile. La distance est 10 km en voiture. En plus, le petit village de Agios Nikitas est cinq minutes loin de la villa. La, on pouvait trouver des cafeterias , des restaurants traditionnels et des lieux de divertissement pendant le soir. La tranquillite de la place, ou se trouve la maison, et la purete de la nature nous aide a realiser le circle de la vie et on a conscience de notre role dans la chaine de la vie. C'est le plus grand profit qu'on obtient de ces vacances. On pense qu'il y a peu de lieux encore sur la terre ou on peut relaxer et se sentir un tel bonheur loin de bruit de grandes villes. On a vogage dans tout l'ile parce que c'est tres facile de le faire. c,a prend une heure et demie de faire le tour. Alors, on recommende trop ces vacances dans une de ces villas. C'est qqch unuque et inoubliable.

i had to write about it

It was our vacation last year. I have to say that this property is famous in Lefkas island because of its location. We understood this because when we were saying to the locals that we stay there ,all they said "A..you are in the best spot of the island" Its true that the view is unique.In the morning ,in the afternoon,in the sunsets, any time. But and the villa is amazing.Its a modern style villa with glasses around as walls,designed with a very nice style,absolutelly comfortable for 6 people and why not for two children more( we were 6 adults and 2 children). There is a parking area on the top.The villa has three ensuite bathrooms inside three very comfortable bedrooms.Huge living room and big balconies.The outer space has pool,sunbeds,umbrellas and the best view. Below is the best beach of the island. Agios Nikitas village,at 2 km away is a small but a little crowded fishing village.Good restaurants with fresh fish. Family and kids were absolutelly satisfied. We will be back ,for sure

Worth every euro

What a place.!!!Unique. The view is unbeleavable and the beach below fantastic. The villa is top quality.Designed with a very modern luxury style,big comfortable rooms,big bathrooms with jacuzzes and glasses around as walls...you can see the sea and the horizon when you are on the bed. The staff is proffesional.The protected parking area very helpful. .I was staying in the terrace in the evening and i was looking the sea below,more than two hours every day.Nothing else,just looking ,drinking a glass of wine. It relaxed me from the work of the whole year.The bad thing was that I spent only one week there. It was end September and it was 27 deggrees C .!! You can imagine my shock when next day driving back home I found a snow storm on the Alpes….

Perfect choice for a family holiday

I am from Switzerland and my wife is Greek .We are living between Greece and Switzerland and the last 15 year we spend our summer holidays in Greek islands. The last 6 years in this same property!! Tasos,the owner is a close friend now. The staff,the same the last 5 years ,they are also friends of us. As I am now a Greek experienced traveler, I can say that this place is one of the top 5 places,if you vote based on the natural beauty,in Greece.A place that someone must visit before leave this country. There are two modern style villas,exactly the same like the photos. 3 bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms.All bathrooms with jacuzi and a fully equiped kitchen.All the rooms are huge ,(we were 7 with an extra bed for the younger child in our bedroom).The space out of the villa is big enough to stay around the pool all day ,under the umrellas on the sunbeds.The parking area on the top of the hill is very helpful. . But the location…..i can bet that it’s the best place in Lefkas,the best in the Ionian islands and one of the best in Greece. I think that nobody can refuse on it.

Unique Place

It was a good choice finally. Magnificent view,unbelievable sunsets,late afternoon,barbeque faced the sea and the sunset,very nice people around,helpful staff and some gifts from the owner the day of departure. This property stands on a unique place. Me and my wife were 20 hours per day out of the house,around the pool,or on the sunbeds ,or in that fantastic beach below,searching and enjoy this magnificent place,a place that luckily is still unspoiled from the rapidly growing tourist industry in Greek islands. What a view!!! The villa was brand new,glasses all around,so you can see this unbeleavable view any time and from all the rooms,and the interior is designed with a very elegant modern style. Three bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi and jacuzzi columns.It was enough for me... All the west part of the island is very beautiful,I have never seen so many beautiful beaches in the same place. Agios Nikitas a small village with a lot fishing boats just 3 km away is good to be visited.

Geweldig uitzicht

Een mooie bungalow (middelste) op een geweldig plek. De bungalow behoeft wat interne aandacht. Keukeninventaris niet erg overvloedig (wij hebben hier niet gekookt, beperkte uitrusting. Bij alle douches liep het water niet goed weg. Stevig aantal treden naar zowel de bungalow als naar het strand en dan ook niet geschikt voor mensen met een slechte conditie of slecht ter been. Wij maakten gebruik van onze auto's om naar het dorpje te gaan. Een aanrader qua locatie/ dorpje. De communicatie met Eva verliep heel goed, snelle feedback. Met de nodige updates, een aanrader

Stunning views from wonderful beachside villa

We are a family of 6 adults. The villa was a perfect size and beautifully located above Milos Bay Beach. We were warmly welcomed by our host Eva who assisted us with lots of information about the island etc The view is magnificent with outstanding sunsets. The beach is equally spectacular with turquoise blue water and relatively few people. Be warned there are around 300 steps to the beach ⛱️ but the villa has a terrific wet edge pool to cool off in after the climb back up. The villa is a 12 to 15 min walk into the local village, Agios Nikitos. It has at least a dozen restaurants to choose from and has a protected beach for families with small children. We drove to the village a few nights - 3 or4 mins but parking is at a premium. Over the course of a week we drove to a number of different beaches and restaurants in the southern part of the island. We would recommend a car if you are staying here. You can rent cars and motor scooters in the village. The local supermarket will also do deliveries if you need it. Overall a great place for a family holiday.

Great stay Excellent Location

Staying at Milos beach was amazing the Villa views are perfect .. Simone was a great help all through the stay, nothing was too much.. I would only highlight there are a lot of stairs to and from the villa, not a issue unless your not so ft😁 Viilla is well equipped for the 8 of us, aircon in every room , great cooking facilities, pool is perfect if you don’t feel like a beach swim.. over all 9/10 highly recommended👍👍😢

Great location and villa

Experience was mostly very good. Beautiful villa, fantastic views, clean and nice location. The washing machine broke the 2nd day but not a big deal. The beds and pillows could be a bit more comfy especially the room with the single beds.
