Majorcan villa

The property was very well maintained and well equipped. It was very comfortable and the type of villa we like. Our only criticisms were there was no toilet in the downstairs shower room having been taken out to make room for a sauna, meaning anybody used the down stairs bedroom had no toilet nearby, and no mirrors in the two twin bedrooms. Other than these points, it was a great villa.

Lovely house

The house was spotless, swimming pool was lovely. It was about 10 minutes direct walk to beach. There was an Eroski approx 7 mins walk away. We had a lovely family stay and the house had everything needed. We would love to return so would highly recommend.

Decent Villa for stay. A lot of stairs, need to be carefull with kids, very slipery beside the pool on white tiles, need wear rubber nonslip shoes. Couple times kids cut toe fingers in the pool, but didnt find where. Villa manager show up couple times, to restart wifi router, but didnt understand for what reason, because we didnt asked. And next time to change somekind of part for washing machine. Barbecue was very bad, tried cook on it but its very bad condition. Overall 3 out 10 if traveling with kids.

Can picafort villa with pool

Amazing villa in perfect location. Spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and the pool in Picafort 1 is in the sun most of the day. Enjoyed the table football on the lower floor, walking to the beach (10 mins away on foot) to swim in the sea and the many local restaurants all within walking distance. We would recommend 'restaurant Monaco' for paella and steak and 'L'Incanto' for very reasonably priced pizzas and seafood tagliatelli. Alcudia well worth a visit as is Formentor. The host responds quickly (not that we had any problems) and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend this villa and hope to return.

Family holiday

We have just returned from an 11 day holiday at this property. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well kitted out. The property was spotless and the welcome from Jeroni was excellent. There was a TV on 2 floors but access to English TV channels was limited. The pool and outdoor space was also really great. We stayed in property 1 which had the sun on the pool area for most of the day and evening.

Lovely family holiday

Modern property, everything you need for a family holiday. 10 min walk to sea front with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy bus service L352 into Alcudia/Pollensa. Jeroni is a great host. Responds very quickly. Will go again thank you

Great villa and location

Great villa, spotlessly clean upon arrival. We arrived on early flight but leaving suitcases was no problem at all. Short walk to supermarket and 10 Min stroll to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families or adults in groups.

Beautiful accommodation. Fab location. Definitely recommend for groups and families!

Just come back from a weeks stay in the Picafort 1 villa (pool picture as above). This villa is ideal for families, all rooms have air conditioning which is a must when staying in August however the villa is spacious and airy so didn’t need the air conditioning on all the time. Kitchen is fitted out beautifully and has all you require. Couldn’t get any English channels on the TV but not a problem for us as wasn’t on holiday to watch TV. The pool gets the sunshine most of the day which was awesome (not sure the other villa does so something to be aware of if that’s what you are looking for). I would only say we maybe could have done with another parasol around the pool (there is one which is fitted to the floor) as at times we were fighting for a piece of some shade! But we managed. Eating area outside and bbq was great. The supermarket is only a 5/10 minute walk away and the beach and resort of Can Picafort is approx 15 minutes walk. You soon find your way around! There is a slight up hill trek on the return walk however my dad came with us (he is 76) and coped ok with it. Jeroni Moll is on hand all the time should you need anything - we struggled to get one of the showers to work but he was great and responded almost immediately. Google translate is required unless you are able to converse in Spanish. All in all would totally recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future. Fabulous week holiday in the beautiful Majorca sunshine.

An Amazing villa with superb facilities

Our stay at Jeroni’s villa was amazing. The quality of the accommodation, fixtures,fittings and pool were second to none. Immaculately clean. The location was just perfect. Out of the way at the back of the town in a very quiet and peaceful location yet close enough to walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is well supplied with beach towels, sun loungers and a great pool. Would highly recommend this accommodation & host. Jeroni was the perfect host. He would always reply very quickly to any questions via e mail or WhatsApp. He was on hand when needed to show us the workings of the facilities in the villa. Gracias Jeroni

Fantastic place’ great location just enough out of the way from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful clean and well presented Villa. We highly recommend. We actually had a couple of issues one minor one major but the owner came quickly on both occasions to fix. Plenty of beach towels, crockery, bath towels everything you need. Great pool area with sun on both sides of the villa good barbecue and they even have a washer. A perfectly relaxing family break

My family stayed here at the end of August and we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is modern, spacious and comfortable and was well suited to 3 young boys, my husband and I and my mother. It is well equipped and conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from the nearest Eroski supermarket. It is not in the heart of the tourist hustle and bustle but the tourist shops, bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk and this was perfect for us. The pool is a really good size with loungers, umbrellas and towels provided. We spent most of our time in the pool which was really clean - the boys didn't want to do anything else! The kitchen has everything you need (we couldn't find a kettle but boiling a pan of water wasn't a problem!) and everything was clean and in good working order. Either Jeronimo or previous occupants had left basics like teabags, salt and pepper, oil for cooking and cleaning materials (dishwasher tablets, cloths etc). The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels provided and there is lots of space for suitcases and clothes storage. There was a sauna in the basement however we didn't use it so can't comment on it. There was a games room downstairs which the boys enjoyed. There are 2 TVs however be aware that they do not have many English channels. Again, this wasn't a problem as we didn't want to use it that much and had tablets etc which the boys could use once connected to the broadband which was fast and reliable. Outside there is a BBQ, dining table and chairs and this with the pool is contained in a gated and high walled boundary which gives loads of privacy and feels secure. Jeronimo came to the house quickly on arrival and promptly when we were leaving. He is very friendly and efficient although be prepared to communicate through sign language and google translate if, like us, you don't know much Spanish. He had also left a bowl of fruit, cakes and sangria and water for us on arrival which we were grateful for. We arrived late on a Sunday evening and this saved us having to go straight to the shops. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and can't wait to go back. Thank you Jeronimo!

Beautiful villa

We (family 2 adults; 2 teens) have recently returned from spending a week at this lovely villa. It is beautifully presented, very spacious and spotlessly clean. It has a lovely pool and ample outdoor space - my daughter and I particularly enjoyed the huge terrace outside the master bedroom! The location is good - just a short walk to shops, bars, beach etc. The neighbourhood felt very safe and residential. Good supermarkets are nearby. Geronimo was very pleasant and arrived promptly at the villa to welcome us on our arrival. Highly recommended.

Great holiday!

what a fantastic week! The house was really nice - perfect for 8 girls! Spread over 3 floors, you go in on the middle level where you have the kitchen, dining area, living room and a toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin and bathroom and downstairs is the sofabed (which was surprisingly large!), twin and another bathroom. The house was clean and well presented. Outside was the pool (really ace!) and another dining area. We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the centre, and only 5 minutes from Eroski (a large supermarket). The only issue we really had was lots of ants if we ever left anything out but we quickly stopped doing that! I would also like to point out that Can Picafort had a much much better than expected nightlife but you've got to remember the earliest you can go out is 12.30! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! Thanks for a great week!!!

Great stay in this lovely villa!!

Just returned from a weeks stay in this lovely villa. Villa is of a very high standard with all the facilities anyone could look for on holiday. It is also very handy for shops and seafront. About 5 to 10 mins walk takes you to nearest supermarket and another 5 to 10 mins takes you to the seafront with all it has to offer. Although owners English and our Spanish was very limited this did not in any way detract from our needs being met and Jeronimo could not have been any more helpful or friendly. Would have no hesitation in returning to this villa or recommending it to family and friends.

Tolles Haus, super Lage!!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist wirklich tiptop...sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen..der Strand, Supermarkt und Shoppingmeile war super zu Fuss erreichbar. Da ich kein spanisch spreche hat die Kommunikation aber mit dem Besitzer super mit Google Translation geklappt! Er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lieben Dank nochmal für alles Jeroni, wir kommen wieder!

Sauberkeit Top. Leider deutliche "Schwächen".

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die Anzahl an Handtüchern war hervorragend. Leider ist das Objekt schon ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen". Ärgerlich ist, dass die Sauna erst ab November genutzt werden kann. Der Whirlpool, der laut Beschreibung da sein soll, existiert nicht. Die Mikrowelle bedarf einiger Experimente, die Temperatureinstellung und Programme vom Backofen sind dünn mit Edding nachgemalt. Die Duschen funktionieren zum einen nicht mit allen Funktionen, zum anderen sind sie unansehnlich. Die Fenster/Schiebetüren im oberen Schlafzimmer schließen nicht dicht. Die Treppen und das Bad aus dem Nachbarhaus (Doppelhaus) sind bei Benutzung immer zu hören. Das ist nachts besonders unangenehm. Der Kescher für den Pool war ein "Kinderspielzeug" vom Strand (beim Nachbarhaus gab es einen richtigen Kescher). Der Schlüsseltresor für den Hausschlüssel ist vollkommen ausgeleiert. Die in der Homepage hinterlegte Adresse ist falsch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter beschränkt sich auf das Wesentliche. Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Ordner mit Hinweisen oder Anleitungen. Es gibt nur ein Blatt mit einem Hinweis, dass es deutsches Fernsehen gibt (haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden), Amazon Prime funktioniert nur mit extra Schlüssel (man sollte erwarten, dass dieser vor einer Anreise vom Eigentümer eingegeben oder mitgeteilt wird. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Die Bewertungen mit 10/10 sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Bellissimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è molto bello, e tenuto molto bene. Pulito ed ordinato abbiamo adorato i giorni passati a Maiorca. La piscina ed il terrazzo sono il punto forte. Letti molto comodi e c'erano asciugamani in abbondanza. Ringraziamo il proprietario per la bella esperienza.

Casa fantástica!

Una casa que tiene de todo y desde el primer día se empieza a disfrutar las vacaciones, el propietario excelente que está disponible con rapidez si llega a pasar algo. Seguramente vamos a volver alquilar esta casa ya que somos una familia que venimos a esta zona ya desde más de 20 años y esta vivienda es una de las mejores.
