In a quiet area, middle in the centre of Pattaya we build our 'dream'. The Villa has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area.

The well maintained villa in 'Thai-Bali style', is build to European standards with double walls, quality hardware in 2010 and have an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, safe, Internet, luxurious bathroom(s), air conditioning, living room, terrace, king size beds and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a beautiful private swimming pool and for the Penthouse a Jacuzzi, the water temperature is always comfortable.

All the rooms are well decorated in a modern Asian style. There is a lot of space to relax.
When you decide to cook by yourself, there is a modern kitchen with a big design refrigerator.

Guests of the penthouse can not use the pool downstairs

It is not in a very good location roads very dangerous if venturing out on foot.

Was a lovely property would have been better if the outside area was cleaned as all the time we were there we hadto clean the tables and when we moved the chairs outside there was broken glass and loads of dirt underneath and chair covers could definitely do with a wash very stained and smelly swim towels could definitely do with replacing.

Quiet and peaceful.

Villa looks exactly like the pictures. The pool is great and we loved our stay. It is in an area away from the main hotels which means it is relaxing and quiet. There's a 7-11 and Tesco Lotus within a 5 minute walk as well as a local market. A 20 minute walk gets you to the baht buses, however this is along very busy roads. Grab taxis had no problems finding us.

We had the upstairs villa for 2 nights then downstairs with the pool for 6 nights..bliss

My first time in Thailand,but this place is so underrated our villa was amazing just what you need for a week of chilling,The people are so nice a polite and it all started with Joy she really had time for us any questions she was more then happy to answer of find out what the answer was the villa had everything we could of asked for. Set back of the main road but within walking distance from a very nice bar which the food was great and the atmosphere was so laid back,our maid was very nice and pleasant..my only wish was I could of stayed longer but iam already going to return with my wife whom was never one for this side of the world but for her this area and villa has sold it. ....thank you very much Joy and Lou we will retun and no doubt have another great holiday ..😀😀

The Villa and location where both Excellent Jan 2109

We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely villa all the amenities where superb and to have the pool was a great bonus, our villa was serviced every date (except Sunday)and our maid carried out a wonderful job. The location for us was fantastic a quite area, but only a 5 minute walk from a main road which had a few bars and restaurants a must try alternatively hop on one of the local buses or taxis and a few minuets later you can be on the main beech strip and walking street Many Thanks to Joy and the team for looking after us, We really hope to return Keith, Karen and Victoria

I love this place

This is I think my 6th time I have stayed in this property and everything about it is first class. Great location, great villa and absolutely nothing can be faulted. The maid that cleans the rooms is an absolute star, always smiling and cheering you up. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Pattaya. Loved every minute of it 👍

Hard to put in words how nice this place is 😁

My wife and myself went to thailand for her 50th, spent months looking for somewhere to stay. When we seen this place it was a must and boy am I glad we choose here. Maid Lou was such a nice woman very helpful doing a small washing for us and cleaned house everyday 😁. We spent many a day just sitting my POOL enjoying the sun. When we return to thailand we will definitely be coming back here 😁

Absolutely fantastic

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in this property, the owner was on hand to greet us and show us around the property and how "it all worked". We exchanged details so we could contact each other if we needed anything. The property is luxurious, very comfortable and everything you will need for a very relaxing holiday. it is set just off the road so it is very quiet and the only thing we got woken by was the cockerel. We were travelling to see family and friends with our 13 year old son who absolutely loved Thailand. We walked everywhere, into Pattaya and upto the main road where we caught the Baht taxi to Jomtien. Fantastic property, great host and daily cleaner Los was always happy & smiling and apologies I forgot to leave you a little something so I will be back to see you in 2018.

Brilliant location and villa

Excellent villa within walking distance of all the main attractions yet quiet enough to rest. Beautifully furnished with modern equipment. Martien the manager was really helpful and the maid superb. Will definitely return if availability allows.

Beautiful place 💗

We stayed in this villa for a week, 2 families with kids. The property manager Martien was very helpful, the communication between us from the time of booking to the leaving was always quick and professional. The place is charming, the pool nice and warm. The house is cleaned daily, the maid comes every morning. We planned our trip in advance, had some tickets booked online, but even if not, we knew exactly where we wanted to go. In this way we did not waste time and spent it actively in this amazing country. Definitely recommend this property. Thailand - we will be back!

Just lovely

We came to this property as a family with two young children 1 years and 4 years. The villa was wonderful it had everything you could possibly want. No it doesn't have an oven but you do not need one. The villa is set back in a quiet road but you can get where you need to from here. Martien was very helpful throughout our whole trip nothing was too much trouble. We are already planning our next trip here. We absolutely loved it could go on forever about how wonderful it was.

A beautiful oasis in a crazy city

I have to completely agree with all the previous great reviews. My friends and I rented both villas for 6 nights. The accommodation is spectacular! by far the best and most beautiful place I have stayed at in my numerous trips to Thailand and at such an amazing price. You will not get any better than this, I guarantee it! Martien is a very cool guy, laid back and is happy to help you with any little questions or hints you need for a perfect stay. Thanks for your help Martien! Initially it's a little bit tricky to find the place, but as someone mentioned in a previous review, if you say to the taxi or motorbike drivers to go to Bongkai Soi 6, they should get you there. When you get to Bongkai, turn right at the sign for Cozy Resort, which is just before Tigglebitties bar (a good place to go for breakfast! good food), go about 150metres then turn left at the motorbike taxis (there's normally 2 or 3 guys sitting on the corner). The road will swing round to your right and then it is you first left again. You will see the villas when you turn in. I will not book anywhere else when I come to Thailand now, as long as there are vacancies!

Lovely stay in beautiful villa with pool

My wife and I spend 5 days in this lovely villa with a nice pool in March 2017. The villa was large, clean and cool. Do not aspect many kitchenutensils for cooking warm meals. But normally you eat out in Pattaya considering the many cheap restaurants. Outside the villa you have nice sittingareas with fans to keep it cool. Specially in the evening this area is great. Every day (except on Sunday) the villa is cleaned and you get fresh towels. It is a 1,5 km walk to the beach. Even a shorter walk to many restaurants in 3rd and 2nd street. Martien the caretaker helps you out with anything. In summary: if you are looking for a nice, clean villa near the center of Pattaya do not hesitate to rent this place especially considering the rental price!

Martien, we spent a lovely two wks in your home, it was home away from home

The property was kept immaculate by your staff, Sol our cleaner was very discreet when she was cleaning, central to evertything really. The only thing I can fault you on was the bed linen, the fitted sheet was stained on both occasions & also the duvet cover had several holes in it

Fantastic

I have just returned from what was my 4th stay at this villa and the best compliment I can make is to tell you I have already reserved my next stay here. Has everything you could want or need. When visiting pattaya I would arrange my holiday around the dates the villa is available as staying anywhere else now would be a disappointment!!
