    Tino communication, prior and during was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and he had left a bottle of wine and a litre bottle of water in the fridge which a lovely touch.Our two boys (men!), both stated they would stay there again, great location for everything.

    Brilliant Apartment in Central Location

    Just returned from a wonderful stay at Las Caracolas in Puerto Mogán. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. Communication from the owner, Tino was great. We hired a car for the week and parked in the underground car park for the week on Tino’s suggestion @ €45 for the week. Bear in mind if you have an early flight back the car park doesn’t open till 8am. We just found a free overnight space on the street for our last night. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering break, oven, hob, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, washer etc. The double bed was super comfy! Towels and beach towels were provided.

    Very clean . Tinos mum checked us in although she didn’t speak much English and our Spanish is very poor she had an app on her phone which made it very easy to communicate with her such a lovely lady. The property had everything we needed & all the restaurants we close as was the beach. We caught the bus number 91 direct to & from the airport very easy & much cheaper than a taxi only 6.80 euros per person. We would definitely stay here again thankyou

    Great apartment

    Really great spacious super clean apartment. Very close to everything - beach, restaurants, bus station, supermarket. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Mogan is beautiful. Apartment terrace gets full sun until 13h00 or so. Umbrella or a sunshade/canopy on the terrace would be a good addition as sun is powerful even in December. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Salunna restaurant just opposite is fabulous. Mr India restaurant also opposite was also very good. Restaurants on the main beach drag were mostly mediocre and overpriced.

    Great base for a stay at Puerto de Mogan

    Lovely spacious apartment, very bright and clean and well equipped. Nice large balcony. Very convenient location, 3 minute walk to the beach and marina. We went in the sea every day! Puerto de Mogan is a lovely place to stay, very pretty and not over-developed like some resorts. The apartment has no sea view and is next to a road with a bit of daytime traffic noise, however there are views to the hills, we enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony most days and we loved how convenient the location was to everything we needed. Would happily recommend this property!

    The Apartment was immaculate, very spacious, large patio. I will definitely stay there again soon and would highly recommend it. Tino, s mum met us at the Apartment and explained everything, she is a lovely lady. At all times Tino was just a phone call away if need. Overall a wonderful experience. Regards Ronald and Lorraine.

    Great location and helpful owner

    Stayed in Puerto de Mogan for a week in April 22. Great flat with very easy walk to all facilities: supermarket, beach, restaurants at beach or in marina all 5 mins away. Lovely wide balcony to relax on. Owner was really responsive to all messaging and was so helpful when we had to change our dates because of Covid. All you could ask in terms of communication and flexibility. Great place for a relaxing break.

    Very nice flat,very clean,near to the beach and transport,nice big balcony,had everything you would need.just a pity the television didn't have any English programs.Would highly recommend this property.

    Wonderful apartment in a wonderful resort

    Cleanest property we have stayed in. Lovely and spacious. Right near everything. No parking so used underground car park and didn't use car once! Mogan has it all and we will just get a taxi next time. The emptying and disposal of the toilet bins would have been appreciated during our stay of 10 days, we had to buy bin liners and do it ourselves, otherwise perfect.

    Superb Apartment in a Perfect Location

    A sparkling clean and well equipped apartment. Our hosts left wine, fruit and water to welcome us which was a lovely touch after our journey. This is an ideal place to stay with easy access to a very clean beach, the harbour and many restaurants. Can't recommend this apartment and Puerto de Mogan highly enough. One of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays I've enjoyed in recent years.

    Great flat and wonderful owners

    I have been to Gran Canaria and the Mogan area many times, and this time I took my mum on holiday. Before arriving Tino gave me all the information I needed and some very helpful suggestions. His mum met us at the flat and showed us around, even leaving some fruit and a bottle of wine for us. The flat is spacious with a big balcony that is perfect for breakfast and evening night caps. It is also very comfortable, we had a bedroom and a bathroom each, and we felt we had everything we needed. Tino's mum even brought us home made cookies for our last night there. The location is perfect, easy for parking if you have a hire car, 3 min walk to the beach, shops 2 min away, and some hills for those who want to do some exercise right outside your door. I took my bicycle and had plenty of good routes to chose from. The road to Taurito is currently closed, but the bus still runs and there is also a boat from the pier to Puerto Rico or Arguineguin. We had a great holiday and I will definitely be back again and stay in the same flat.

    Fabulous apartment in a great location

    We had a wonderful 6 days in Tino’s apartment. His parents met us and were very helpful throughout our stay in Puerto de Mogan. The apartment is very spacious with a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed many meals. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this apartment and hope maybe sometime to return.

    Ideal place to stay

    We loved the apartment and really appreciated being met by Tino’s parents who had brought us wine, water, mangoes from their garden and a big bunch of bananas. The apartment was well equipped, sparkling clean, the beds were very comfy and there were plenty of towels. The weather was so good that we spent most of the time on the large balcony (sunny in the morning and welcomingly shady in the afternoon) when we weren’t on the beach. Although we ate out every night it was great to sit out on the balcony for breakfast and lunch or have a post-dinner nightcap in the balmy evening air. The apartment is ideally positioned for the beach, the marina and all the seafront restaurants and yet we never heard a sound at night which is often a problem if you are close to the hub of things. We will definitely be back!

    Excellent choice

    We stayed here for the week before Easter. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. Very big balcony which got excellent sun all morning. We weren't being collected for the airport till 3.30pm and the owner kindly left us stay in the apartment till collection time even though checkout time was 12 o clock. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday two minutes from the beach

    Wonderful centrally located property !

    This attractive newly built property has been finished to a high standard with quality fittings and furnishings. We stayed in the middle apartment ( 1B ) which was very spacious with 3 bedrooms ( very comfortable bed) and 2 bathrooms, and a lovely balcony with sun from 9am till 4pm. Everything was new and beautifully clean, and well maintained with regular towels and bedlinen, two comfy sofas and table and chairs both inside and out, most handy. For our two month stay, the apartment was perfect and very homely ; the location is very central to everything - very near both beach and marina, shops, bars, restaurants and especially the superbly stocked Spar. The bus station is also 2 mins. walk away. Communications with the owners were quick and responsive, they were a lovely family, friendly and attentive. Thank you to Carmen, Tino & Tino ( jnr.), we look forward to returning next year ! Puerto Mogan is a lovely place and I highly recommend Las Caracolas for a stay here.

    Lovely spacious apartment in a handy location for beach, harbour and shops

    Modern property with large balcony and living area. We loved being near the the centre of town and Puerto de Mogan is such a beautiful resort with a wonderful choice of cafes and restaurants. The owners are helpful and charming.

    Apartments Conches - Las Caracola 1A

    We stayed in the first floor apartment, 1A. The apartment is fantastic. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan area comprising of a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living area with TV leading onto a large balcony. It was spotlessly clean. Tino the owner is very quick to respond to emails or texts. It was a lovely gesture to leave us a welcome bottle of wine, which was very enjoyable! The apartment is in an ideal location and close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this apartment.

    Excellent stay!

    We have stayed at the apartment on the 2nd floor for two weeks in November 2016 - with two small kids (5 and 2) and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is big enough (although it feels like nothing is ever really big enough for highly active kids, doesn't it? :) ), has a lovely big terrace with an automatic retractable awning to keep you off sun in heat and warmer during colder nights. It packs a small, fully functional kitchen that we used a lot during our stay - the restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity, although the quality leaves a lot to be desired, while the prices are eye-rolling. The restaurants we enjoyed most (we haven't tried that many, to be honest) were Mr. India (right next to the apartment) and fairly authentic Italian pizza at La Cicala (at the beach). There are a couple of convenience stores around with the neighborhood Spar becoming our go-to place due to convenience and array of offer. A sandy beach is literally a couple of steps/minutes away - sheltered from the waves, it provides a great place for small kids to dip in the water. The wonderful beaches of Amadores and Anfi and only 10-15 minutes drive away and well worth checking out if this is your first visit of the island. Overall, we have had a great time at the lovely Gran Canaria and will look to come back again. Tino and his mom are lovely, kind people and we thoroughly appreciated our exchanges with both. Once, we have somehow managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment in the evening, but Tino's mother came to the rescue in no time with the spare key. Thank you for that! Having said that, there are a couple of things that didn't sit with us that well: - STENCH - every now and then, a sewage stench would hit the town and stink it up. At first, it happened more on days when there was rain, but towards the end of our stay, it was present more. - MUDDY WATERS - while the local beach is a lovely, sandy experience with fairly clear water, if you arrive early in the morning, it becomes very swamp/muddy like when the beach gets more populated.

    Lovely apartment

    We have just returned from a months stay at this very large and very lovely apartment. After a few teething problems which between Tino and his lovely mum sorted out we have had a great time.the apartment is spotless, spacious and well decorated and is in a lovely spot. The balcony is big and gets the sun in a morning. Everything is brand new. Tino was always at the end of an email and his mum lives close by, she is such a lovely lady. The only one thing that would be good would be full sat tv channels. When you are there for a month it is nice to have the choice of channels, as when due to health problems you cannot always go out. More information about how things work would help also. All in all i would highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to Tino and his mum, wish I new her name!

    Lovely apartment in centre of Puerto de Mogan

    Beautiful apartment - with a double bed and twin bedroom and two shower-rooms. Lovely big terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun and a good size kitchen / lounge / diner. More than 2 of us we needed for the week! The apartment is right in the middle of town - maximum 2 mins from the beach, port and local shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants so very convenient but not noisy. Tino was very friendly and helpful with our queries in advance - we hired a car and were able to park for free on the road, a couple of minutes from the apartment (heading out of the town). It was our first time in Gran Canaria but we loved Puerto de Mogan - lovely resort for a lazy week and lots of good food! Look forward to returning.

    Just Perfect!

    We stayed on the 1st Floor, although only the 2 of us, and were delighted to find such a spacious and well quipped 2 bedroom apartment. As described on the website, everything is virtually brand new, with all the fittings you could possibly need. We have stayed in Puerto de Mogan on 3 previous occasions, in Marina/Harbour apartments, but none were as spacious as this. The location is excellent, very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, and will definitely be coming back again.

    Clean, spacious, well furnished and situated.

    The apartment was as described, beautifully clean and presented and very spacious for a two bed flat, with a lovely balcony. One minute's walk from the very pleasant beach, Spar supermarket, shops and restaurants yet quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here if you choose Puerto de Mogan.
