» Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a form with identity/passport information following the legal obligations stipulated by authorities in Portugal.

» Please note that city tax will be charged according to local rules.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals from 21:00 to 9:00 a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» We provide the basic amenities for the first use: toilet paper, bin bag, coffee, sugar and tea. Please let us know if you need extra linen we will gladly arrange it with our cleaning team. Please note that additional charges will apply.

» Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or leaves the key on the inside of the door a fee of 60 euros will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of 80 euros will apply.

» There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €100 smoking fee (minimum).
