Bentinck Residence is a pet-friendly modern 4 bedroom house sleeping up to 10 guests. Based in Lytham St Annes, this property is in the perfect location to explore St Annes, as well as Blackpool with only being a short drive into Blackpool Town Centre.
On the ground floor, you'll find your own private, walled garden with conservatory. A large fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room, a separate toilet, a spacious living room, a cosy TV area with 55’’ Smart TV & a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with toilet, sink & shower cubicle). This property has a washing machine, free to the guests for use, however, we do not provide washing detergent for this.
On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms: 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 1 x bedroom with 2 x double beds. There is also a main bathroom & a work space area with desk & chair. The property is perfect for families due to the large space throughout & the kitchen area provides all equipment & crockery. Bentinck Residence blends elegance with comfort and includes everything you would need for a comfortable home away from home. High speed wi-fi is available throughout the property.
There is free parking at the rear of the property for 1 car, there is also on street parking. However, this cannot be reserved.
There is a cleaning fee of £128 and a fully refundable damage deposit of £300 per apartment.
There is a pet charge of £40 per pet. This will be charged by the property before arrival.
Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit. You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
