Open plan living and dining room opening up to the shady terrace overlooking the pool and the Tramuntana mountains.

Beautiful villa close to Alcudia

The villa was fantastic. Really nice accommodation in very good condition and very well equipped. The owner popped in once or twice to check the water levels in the wells etc and couldn't have been nicer. Joanna, the letting agent, also very helpful but a little difficult to get hold of prior to our trip when we needed arrival details and address - not really a complaint but just be aware she's very helpful and will get back to you eventually. Only other thing is VRBO has this villa 2.5km from Pollensa. It's more like 7km so that needs amended. It's in a nice quiet location but closer to Alcudia than Pollensa. Overall very much recommended

Schöne Finca mit tollem Ausblick

Die Finca hat alles was man braucht - in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Alcudia . Die Lage ist in FeWo direkt leider falsch angegeben also auf die angegebenen Daten der Verwaltung in der email achten . Ein Kinderspielbereich war nicht da ( außer einer Schaukel für große Kinder ) und der angegebene Trockner ist auch nicht vorhanden -was aber nicht schlimm war .Der Check - in war nicht so gut ! Es wurde wenig erklärt nur gefragt ob wir noch etwas wissen möchten - aber viele Sachen kommen ja erst später ( z.Bsp. Wohin mit dem Müll, wie macht man den Herd an wenn man nicht weiß wie man mit Gas umgeht usw. ) hier wäre mehr sehr schön gewesen . Als wir Probleme hatten wurde der Besitzer informiert und er kam sehr schnell um zu helfen - der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen die Aussicht von der wunderschönen Terrasse ein Traum !

Villa Florida is very special. There are many villas in Mallorca for holiday rental however, Villa Florida has been built as a large home, with lots of space, a large kitchen lovely gardens and a great pool for children and adults.
The interior has lots of style, like the glass steps with the stone light. Hard to describe really. Check out our lion Alex who is sat on the stairs!
Villa Florida was recently used to film a BBC documentary, thats how unique it is!
