Beautiful south-facing 2 bed penthouse apartment located next to the Parador de Turismo, just 2 minutes from the beach and the center of town.

The other bedroom consists of one double bed, AC, built-in wardrobes and views of the urbanization. In between both bedrooms are two good sized shower rooms, both with heated floors.
A spiral staircase takes you up to the stunning roof terrace with sun most of the day and sea views. Furnished with a dining table and chairs for eating al fresco, two sunbeds and an outdoor shower to cool off. Here is also a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and drying rack.
