This lovely private villa is located on a private plot within the Stella Maris holiday resort, very close to Cala Gracio beach on the outskirts of San Antonio and is furnished to a very high standard with solid wooden floors giving it a light & airy feel. It has 4 good sized double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) & comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults. It has a large lounge area with sea views That leads to a dining room that seats 8. The fully fitted modern kitchen has all mod-cons. The villa is air conditioned throughout and offers complimentary wifi. The outside area has a large kidney shaped private pool and extended sun terrace with sea & sunset views. There is also a rooftop terrace with shaded seating which is the perfect place for relaxing as the sun goes down. The location is fantastic as it only 400 metres from the Cala Gracio & Cala Gracioneta beaches and as this private house is situated within the Stella Maris complex there is a fun atmosphere throughout. This villa is ideal for couples, families and groups.

Fantastic- much nicer than a hotel.

Car is necessary but other than that, a much nicer alternative to a hotel. Great facilities and just a couple of minutes outside of San Antonio for a busier scene if needed. Pool was lovely, views great and the kitchen gave us freedom to stay in if we felt lazy. All round very highly recommended 👍

Amazing house and great location

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and we really enjoyed the pool. The location is great. 5 minute drive to the town for restaurants and shopping. 5 minute walk to a small beach with a restaurant. Go early as it fills up and make reservations for the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay

Jesus was a very welcoming and communicative host who let us check in early. The villa was spotless and nicer than the photos. It's private but having the resort right next to it makes it much easier to get supplies and taxis. Great sized rooms, lovely outdoor area, very secure, 10/10.

Family Holiday

The property was as described, easy access and had everything you would need. The location was great close to San Antonio and getting a taxi was easy via local hotel. We were unable to use the roof terrace as had not been repaired following storm which was a shame. Host was great woudl recommend an improvement in check out process if you have an early check out.

Family Holiday

Fantastic stay. Great location, short walk to beach. About 30 minute walk into town but uphill on way back! Plenty of space for group of 7 to relax. Taxis can be ordered from hotel reception if you don’t hire a car (but taxi shortage in peak season so expect a wait). The Villa was so nice and the weather so hot we didn’t explore much and we couldn’t drag the kids out of the pool! Great communication with Jesus during our stay.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

Jesus (the owner) was fantastic, he met us on arrival and check out and couldn’t be more helpful. 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minutes drive to supermarket, lovely restaurants around the villa. Plenty of places to sit day and night around the villa. Pictures don’t do the Villa justice. A welcome book/pack would be helpful. Would recommend.

Great stay in lovely villa

The villa was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and sun loungers. Excellent communication from the management and owner when we needed some assistance. 45 min walk to San Antonio, 10 minute walk to local beaches. We had lunch at Cala Gracio, and dinner at Cala Gracioneta which was fantastic. We had 2 BBQs at the villa. The aquarium has a bar right on the sea which is great for a quick drink to beak up the walk to San Antonio.

Holiday week with teenagers

The villa is located nicely, quiet and with a view, yet relatively close to Sant Anthony and particularly the beach. The quality of the villas equipment and rooms is high. Including the pool area. The kitchen is maybe a bit lower standard compared to the rest of the house, it’s relatively small and we missed out on some kitchen towels.

Amazing trip to celebrate special birthday

Amazing villa, with everything that we needed for our stay. The villa is well kitted out and the pool is amazing. It's in a great location away from the hussle and bussle but near enough to walk and a few euros in a taxi back. A trip to ibiza old town is a must and the hotel on the complex will book taxis for you. Now the owner Jesus, is just super. He will do anything to ensure that your holiday is great. Heaven brought us could for the bbq as we couldn't get them at the nearest Lidal. Thank you for having us Jesus.

The best villa we have stayed in a few tweaks could make it better

The property was clean and a good location of you have a car. The area around the pool kids concerning for those who have small children as there is an 8ft drop off the patio area and only rope to guard it. The roof terrace was out of action which was disappointing and there were only 4 cups for a villa that sleeps 8. We loved our two weeks here though and the location, views over the bay and pool were really excellent.

Nice villa but had a few issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa but did have a few issues. The boiler which was on the roof was broken when we arrived. It was leaking water and was obvious to us so the owner must have known about it. We reported it when it caused a leak through the kitchen ceiling and downstairs bedroom. We then had no hot water for 6 days! The 3 bedrooms in the villa were nice but we were disappointed with the downstairs bedroom. It is not shown in the photos and is in need of some TLC! The dishwasher was also broken when we arrived but was replaced very quickly. We were also concerned about the cleanliness of the swimming pool because all 4 children came home with ear infections and all the swimwear turned green!

Fast alles sehr gut

Hübsche kleine Villa mit Pool. Die Zimmer genügend gross und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Villa ist in einem Ressort eingebettet - leider sind die schreinenden Kinder vom Pool eher nervig, wenn man mal zu Hause bleibt. Die Umgebung selbst ist nicht wirklich ruhig, dafür mit einer Top-Aussicht. Leider funktionierten 2 Klimaanlagen nicht, wodurch ein Zimmer fast nicht bewohnbar war. Der Eigentümer hat uns erklärt, dass er leider in der Hauptsaison keinen Ersatz kriegt. Dafür hat er einen Ventilator hingestellt. Er gab sich sehr Mühe diesem Umstand gerecht zu werden. Der Stand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und geht einen steilen Weg hinunter (und nachher wieder hinauf). Der Strand wäre an und für sich hübsch, aber voller Quallen und die mietbaren Liegen eher heruntergkommen. Des Weiteren wollten sie noch zusätzlich €70 als Mindestkonsumation pro Person - völliger Blödsinn. Wir waren denn auch nur 1 x da. Alles in allem eine gute Location und ein netter Vermieter.

Fab Location - Lovely villa

Very nice compact Villa - Pool and setting is awesome. Jesus welcomed us on the first day and provided all the information we needed. Very secure area - felt very safe. Didn't actually walk anywhere but the hotel reception is a a 2 min walk where calling a cab is easy. Villa was very clean and everything was in working order - Air conditioning worked in every room - something you don't always get in Ibiza! Thanks for a fab holiday - will look to book this property again.

Alles prima und auch sehr sauber. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir hatten kein Auto, sind aber gut mit Taxi und Bus zurecht gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausinhaber war super und völlig unkompliziert

My 50th celebrations with the girls( ages 21-60yrs old)

Surpassed my expectations due to recent renovations internally. Villa Recomended by a friend, had luxury of a video tour from friend before booking. So I had done lots research before booking. Needed a place for space for 8 ladies, within walking distance of beach and San Antonia. The Villa information was true to its words as were photo’s. Location fantastic sea view, gorgeous outside area with loads room and all beautifully decorated especially with recent renovations inside was gorgeous. Yes there was a steep hill to walk up to Villa exactly as described which didn’t phase me at all ( for me the walk to beach & back is all part of it)but for those less fit it did mean they went to beach a lot less. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to beach or 15 min for those less fit. I would definitely recommend it and come again it’s away from the noise but a nice 30 minute walk into San Antonia for all the life. It sleeps 8 so the only thing I would say is there should be 8 not 7 sunbeds( such a minor thing as loads chairs / hammock day bed etc , but would make sence. And the only other things would definitely be to have a mirror in the 2 other bedrooms by a socket to dry / do hair and a wardrobe in the 3rd bedroom as nowhere to hang clothes ( as there is plenty room to put one in). There is a great sound system out by swim pool so you do not need to bring any speakers. There is no food shop nearby so we did a big shop from supermarket and caught a taxi back, it’s only 10 mins in a taxi & the food shop was really cheap. Well done Jesus your place did not dissapoint the 3 year wait was well worth it. We all had a ball. No problems checking in or out deposit back all as good as gold. Excellent stay

Great experience - a fantastic time away, well equipped villa and a great owner :-) Nice pool, aircon rooms and close enough to San Antonio for a night out! Cabs very good also, would recommend trying the bus too, which stops just outside the hotel. Thanks for the great stay! Would love to come back again!

Perfect

Just back from a perfect 5 days at Casa Alegre. The owner jesus is so friendly and always at hand if you need anything. He recommended a friend who does private sail boat hire for a really reasonable price and i couldn't recommend him enough. The photos really do not do the villa justice, it's lovely, with plenty of room for 8 people. The view is just beautiful, perfectly enjoyed from the roof terrace. The location is also what is great about this villa, only €8 in a taxi to San Antonio or about a 30 minute walk. There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you into town. Hopefully we will back again to enjoy this wonderful villa. Laura

Typisch ibizenkischer Stil, "familienfreundlich" , fantastischer Blick, sympatischer Vermieter

Wir waren Mitte April mit zwei Pärchen um die 50 in diesem Objekt. Hier könnten auch 8 Personen übernachten, aber ich würde mit maximal 6 Personen hier wohnen. ( Jeweils Erwachsene) Das Objekt ist wohnlich, und noch nicht verwohnt. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympatisch, und ist bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Er wohnt ganz in der Nähe, und ist per WhatsApp prima zu erreichen. Ich empfehle den Kauf von Bettwäsche im "Hyper Centro" (auf der Straße nach Eivissa ) , liegt um 25,- für für Spannbettlaken, Kopfkissenbezüge und Oberbettlaken. Oder im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter abklären. Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht besonders warm war, waren wir auch nicht so viel im Aussenbereich. Die Terrasse ist in Sichtweite zum Fussballplatz der angrenzenden Ferienanlage, der Pool der Ferienanlage ist nur zu hören aber nicht zu sehen. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, wir hier nicht glücklich. Der Geräuschpegel ist tagsüber duchgängig laut, abends wird es etwas ruhiger ; aber richtig ruhig wird es nie. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren. Nochmals vielen Dank an Jesus für seine Bemühungen, und seine sympatische Art.
