Located in a perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The apartment has been totally refurbished to a high standard. There is a sleeping area with double bed 1m40 wide, living/dining area with sofa ,TV (local and free view channels) Wifi available in building main reception area, kitchen area equipped with 4 hobs, microwave kettle, fridge. The apartment is south facing and has a beautiful sea view from the sleeping area and living area. .The apartment is approx 40m2. There is a balcony with small table and chairs with an excellent sea view, perfect for breakfast and evening drinks!

Lift in building. The floors are highly polished and interior doors are glass. The bathroom is modern with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There are a total of 68 apartments in this private condominium which are mainly British owners. There is a private adult and children's pool, car space for the apartment is available on request in underground car park which is great if you want to hire a car for a few days. The location of the apartment is great as amenities all on doorstep yet quiet . Check in 16h00 Check out 10 am.

Highly recommended!!

In spite of the very unseasonable weather in Albufeira (most rainfall in this period for over 40 years!?) we absolutely loved our little break here in Bayview 503. The apartment was perfectly located on the edge of the Old Town, a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 mins from the Marina. Far enough away from the bar and club area to not be disturbed by late night revelry but close enough to join in if we were in the mood!! We were on quite a tight budget so the small but well equipped kitchen was ideal for making simple breakfasts and evening meals so we could splash out on a few restaurant treats! The weather was chilly so we didn’t spend a whole lot of time sitting on the balcony but the sea view was lovely. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room in the built in wardrobe to unpack all our clothes. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was great but it did get a bit steamy as there wasn’t any extractor fan and no window….We had some fabulous walks along the beaches in Albufeira and along the coast either side of the town. We took a day trip to Lagos (bus ride there and train back) to check out somewhere else we considered basing ourselves, and although we enjoyed it, we were happy to come back ‘home’ to out little apartment in Albufeira!! Helen was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had on local supermarkets, airport transfers etc etc etc and hopefully we will have the opportunity to make a return trip in the autumn.

Perfectly clean, great communication from Helen, more than enough space and goods for our needs, best location we've stayed in Albufeira, good bathroom with great shower. Didn't use anything kitchen related so can't comment there.

Wonderful apartment

We had the most lovely stay in Helens apartment. It was immaculate, modern and very comfortable with a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. Fantastic location with it being only a couple minutes walk from the old town square and stunning beach. Helen, thank you for all your help on the lead up to our stay and also whilst we were there. We will definitely be back !!! X

The Apartment was spotless. Beautiful bathroom everything you need was in the kitchen and would like to thank Helen it was so kind of her to leave Milk Water Fruit and buns as we had a late flight so was able to have a hot drink with the tea and coffee also left for us. Beautiful Sea view from the Apartment very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely clean and warm. Thank you Helen for letting us have the Apartment on our last day till 1oclock nothing was to much trouble thank you so much will be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes walk to the old town restaurants and bars yet far enough away where you don’t hear the noise during the night. The apartment itself is in great condition and has a lovely sea view from the balcony.

The property was modern, clean and perfectly located.

Helen (property owner) met us as we arrived. She showed us the pool area and underground carpark before taking us to our room. The room had everything that we could possibly need. It was modern and comfortable and was just as described on HomeAway page. We were pleasantly surprised when we found our fridge had been stocked with milk, water and a small bottle of wine. A very nice touch 😁. The property is located in a quiet location, but is within a 5 minute walk of the Old Town main square and the beach....just perfect. We hope to return in the very near future.

Wonderful apartment in Albufeira

The apartment was great with lovely views of the sea. It was modern and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the old town square, although Albuferia has lots of hills. The pool area was lovely and always had available sunbeds. Helen was fantastic and always so helpful. We will definitely book this apartment again next time we visit Albufeira.

The apartment was beautiful, modern & well layed out with everything you need in an apartment. It’s in a quite location but close to all the action. Almost perfect, pity the balcony isn’t a little bit bigger. A slight problem with the key on arrival, I callen Helen & she had it sorted in less than five minutes. She was very helpfull and always available. Albuferia is not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Will definitely be back.

A great place!

What a great find this was! The apartment was perfect for us for the week, it was immaculate and had everything we needed. Helen, the owner was brilliant, she arranged the transfers for us, which was a great help, the booking process was smooth and efficient and Helen always communicated promptly with us. The apartment is located just on the edge of the old town in a quiet but perfect location to be able to explore everything you want to and is extremely well managed and secure. There is a lovely pool and sunbathing area which never got overcrowded, there was a really relaxed atmosphere and we met some lovely people. The only downside was that we had to leave and come home! We will definitely book again and would highly recommend this apartment and Helen. We really had a fabulous time!

Our stay in Old Albufeira Town

We had a very pleasant holiday in Albifuera. The apartment was ideally placed close to the centre of the old town but far enough away that we were not disturbed by the late night activity in town. A short walk to the marina provided an ideal opportunity to have a drink and food while relaxing and watching the activities on the various boats. Helen was the ideal hostess with lots of useful local knowledge regarding the best ways to get around and she was attentive to our needs. It was a pleasure to meet her and have use of her apartment. We would definitely consider returning to the area and to its excellent restaurants and eating places which were in idyllic settings and maximised the views over the bay.
