Short stay - issues

Our friends were staying in another caravan very near to ours and the comparison/standards between the 2 was very very different. It was pouring with rain when arrived and needed to unload the car and the area at the bottom of the outdoor stairs was wet and muddy - it looked as if a mat used to be there - this made the stairs extremely slippery/dangerous as we had no choice to walk through the mud. The shower in the ensuite wasnt working it was either scorching hot or very cold. The floors were dirty- my white socks were virtually black just walking through. The sofa's were unacceptably dirty and stained.which we didn't want to sit on and relax. The mattress was too big for the base of the bed and was not a double- we had taken bedding for a double. It spoilt our stay to be honest. I would like a response to my comments and some % of refund please Regards
