Quiet location on a mountain hill near a beautiful beach (500 m) with a promenade, beach bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Many sights in the vicinity (information folder present in the apartment).
Easy accessibility (Almeria, Murcia, Alicante, Malaga).

A lovely area in which to spend time

This apartment unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. Although we were happy with the cost of the accommodation & its location, the apartment itself is rather dated and certain items were either not present (extra bedding, extra towels, bedside lamps, instructions for the washing machine & TV) or are overdue for replacement (the shower (especially the shower head), some crockery, cutlery, bed sheets, pillows etc). We appreciate that February is early in the year for a stay but the apartment was cold and slightly damp, especially the main bedroom & although it was quite warm outside, the apartment doesn’t get the benefit of the winter sun due to its position. We really enjoyed the area though & sampled a number of the local restaurants & welcomed the proximity to the sea & the lovely seaside walks. With a little bit of investment & TLC, this could be a lovely apartment.

Good location

Clear instructions for the keys. Property is a 6 minute walk from the beach using staircase 3. There are a lot of steps but once you get used to that it is fine. We chose to walk most days but could have used the car. Well appointed apartment, with nice outdoor space. Bedrooms are a good size, as is the lounge/kitchen area. Dishwasher and washing machine we're a bonus. Pool is a couple of minutes walk away. Very good size. We would definitely try to rent this apartment again if possible. One minor issue. Bedside lamps in the main bedroom would have been helpful

Mojacar

The location of the property is excellent. A short walk down to CAFE/BAR at the bottom of the hill and the beautiful Mojacar playa. Living area , bedrooms , bathroom and kitchen have everything you need.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet with a lovely balcony and pool. Booking, check in and out was really easy with great communication from the host and the property manager.

Nearly perfect..

This property is in a fabulous location. Sea out front and mountains out the back. We found near.y everything perfect apart from it could do with a couple more mirrors in the bedrooms and a airier to hang washing on outside. The steps down from the car parking are not for anybody wth disabilities but good for working off the Sangria! 😂 All in all we loved it and will be back next year. Thank you.

The air conditioning units are a bit off putting in the outside seating area While it may be a 5/10 minute walk to beach it’s more of a 15/20 walk back up a very steep hill Definitely need a car to stay here Overall we enjoyed our stay but that is probably down to that Mojaca playa and Mojaca pueblo gets a 10 out of 10 from us and if it’s just a place to put your head down then yes VISTAMAR51 is very suitable

Lovely views. Well equipped kitchen

Enjoyed our first visit to Mojacar. The apartment built to a very good standard with quality floor tiles and an excellent bathroom and kitchen. Mattresses were comfortable but pillows very uncomfortable The great view from the spacious balcony needs some kind of shade as it was too hot in early July to sit out for breakfast as no parasol. The lovely seating is in need of some comfortable cushions as those there are very thin and shabby. There are 2 comfortable loungers. Apartment very convenient for everything in Mojácar and situated at the quieter end which we preferred. Older clients and people with buggies need to note 56 steps up/down to appt. We had car so was great to travel round the area and visit areas perhaps more typically Spanish. Overall we really enjoyed this pretty town with its lovely beach good restaurants and great walk along the newly built promanade

Best place in 20 years of visiting Mojacar

Bart we loved your appartment.  I have been travelling to Mojacar for nearly 20yrs and your place is honestly the best position, facilities and price for our needs. It was easily accessible with a five minute stroll to the beach and restaurants(several steps but kept us fit),  was peaceful, clean, we had the pool to ourselves for the week , wonderful weather and fantastic views. We love our coffee so the machine was a great little touch and the shower with excellent water pressure was great. Comfy beds, good sized kitchen and great veranda. I can understand why you bought it! I have recommended it to our cousin who is planning to visit soon. Thankyou for your contribution to my most relaxing visit to Mojacar in 20years. Sue.

Lovely clean peaceful apartment

The apartment was very clean & had every thing we needed. It was peaceful with beautiful views & a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The pool is in a lovely setting & very quiet. Would defiantly visit again. The only downside would be the walk up hill to the apartment which may not suit everyone

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wohnung hat prima Größe und gute Ausstattung. Weg vom Strand zu Wohnung ( bergauf) und von der Wohnung zum Parkplatz ( Treppen) " leicht anspruchsvoll". Terrasse liegt an Herbst- Nachmittagen im Schatten. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Acogedor con vistas estupendas

El apartamento está genial, muy espacioso, las camas muy cómodas y la terraza es grande con unas vistas perfectas al mar y al atardecer. Si bien la limpieza podria haber sido mejorable, pero nada que no se solucionara barriendo un poco. Encantados con todo en general, sin duda volveríamos otra vez

Overwinteren

Integenstelling tot wat de eigenaar heeft gezegd, is er in januari /februari totaal geen zon op het terras. Ook moet men rekening houden dat er 54 treden beklommen moet worden. Niet geschikt voor overwinteraars. Zelf nieuwe pannen gekocht. Goed bed.

Vacances calmes et reposantes

Appartement spacieux avec belle terrasse donnant sur la mer et montagne, situé dans un environnement agréable. Un tres bon accueil que ce soit avec Barth par messagerie ou Dean en contact direct. Toutefois un point negatif au sujet des ustensiles de cuisine , une seule casserole et des poêles à renouveler . Cet appartement fait partie de nos locations préférées.

De très bonnes vacances

Idéalement située pour visiter les alentours nombreux villages et cabo de Gâta , Almeria… La plage, les commerces et les nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied il faut être tout de fois un peu sportif et aimer la marche , attention la location est sur une colline et il y a 3 étages à descendre pour la rejoindre. La literie est très bonne, le mobilier extérieur est moyen. Pas d’ombre sur la terrasse pas de parasol ni de support pour en fixer un , pour la vaisselle il faut absolument renouveler toutes les poêles aucune ne sont utilisables. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la vue est très agréable, l’endroit est calme, la piscine est parfaite et très peu fréquentée, il y a une esplanade le long de la plage pour se promener en toute sécurité. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et si tout de fois vous n’aimez pas marcher vous pouvez utiliser la voiture sans problème .
