The living/dining area has access to a terrace. There are four bedrooms: one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a walk-through room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long), and another room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) that leads to the garden. The villa also has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.
