About this property
Francis Cottage, Tenby
Built around 1850, Francis Cottage is situated within a stone's throw of the historic town walls in the wonderful seaside town of Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
With its own private, off-street parking for two cars adjacent, this pretty cottage is within a few minutes walk of the award-winning beaches of Tenby and all the delights of this famous seaside resort. Shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, miles of golden sandy beaches, the picture-postcard colourful harbour and the narrow cobbled streets of the medieval walled town are only a short walk away.
There are plenty of things to do and places to visit in this long-established holiday area: family attractions such as Folly Farm and Manor House Wildlife Park; boat trips for wildlife-spotting, fishing, or to visit the monastery on Caldey Island.
You can visit ancient castles, National Trust properties, and the unmissable Pembrokeshire coast with its 186-mile Coastal Path, breathtaking scenery, and renowned beaches. Saundersfoot, Coppet Hall, Wiseman's Bridge, Amroth, and Manorbier are just a short drive. Perfect for everyone.
A bus route is within walking distance with regular buses to many of the surrounding towns and villages, and the railway station is also only a short walk away should guests wish to travel by train.
Francis Cottage is always accessible by car as it is just outside the area which is pedestrianised during the summer.
