Downstairs has a lounge with TV and separate games room / office. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. The dining table is also in the kitchen and seats 6. Outside is a secure garden with table and seating.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 - Top floor - Double bed and wardrobes
Bedrooom 3 - Middle floor - Double bed and wardrobes
The main bathroom on the middle floor has a full size bath, toilet and a shower over the bath. The second bathroom between ground and middle floors has a toilet and a shower cubicle.
This property is located on a main road, although it is normally fairly quiet. Car parking is in nearby streets away from the beach. Dogs are welcome in this property. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.
Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be available for your arrival, so you can relax and freshen up before starting your holiday. Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. We also provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
Please also note that this is self-catering, so we provide some essentials for your arrival, but we do not provide unlimited toilet rolls or other things you may find in a hotel.
