About this property
Annedd Lon: 4 Bed house with sea views and a short walk to the beach and village
Annedd Lon is a bright and spacious house with EV charger situated in the Cae Du holiday home estate which has a friendly community feel. It's a short walk to the golden sandy beach as well as to the centre of the popular village with its plethora of shops, restaurants and bars.
The living spaces are on the first floor and designed to take advantage of the sea views, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. The living spaces include open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a separate balcony room leading out onto the large balcony.
We've focussed on the little touches that make a comfortable stay, clean and modern furnishings and decorations, installing blackout rails and curtains in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, quality linens, fluffy towels and a kitchen filled with all the utensils and gadgets you might need.
Family entertainment includes board games, jigsaws, cards, a Bluetooth speaker and satellite TV plus a football table and giant Jenga in the garage.
You'll be able to dine on the balcony in plush furniture, or simply enjoy relaxing with the tranquil vista of the sea and St Tudswals Island.
Abersoch is a thriving pretty village on the Lynn Peninsula that hosts sporting events, coastal trails and water sports as well as historic castles and nature reserves in the vicinity. You will be spoiled for choice with beaches and the delights that the picturesque Welsh countryside has to offer.
