About this property

We offer you our familiar apartment entirely renovated with a clean and modern style, offering maximum confort, ideal to make you spend an unforgettable vacation time.

It is located in front of the beach with unbeatable views seen on its open spacious terrace.

It has 75 m2 distributed in a commodious dining room with two confortable sofas, a 43” LED Androit TV, AACC and central.

Free Wi-Fi access.

The kitchen, which is integrated inside the dining room, is composed by a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, coffee maker, range hood...

Two bedrooms; the former with double bed, 160 x 200cm , the latter with two beds (nest) 90 x 200cm. Both bedrooms are equiped with build -in wardrobes. A bathroom with shower and WC. There's also a laundry room equiped with a washing machine. It has two balconies; the first one, with 10m2 ,is overlooking at the beach. The second one, with 4m2, is placed at the back of the apartment.

It is located on a charming and quiet area, far away from the hustle and bustle. Shops in the area are familiar and environmentaly friendly with rest time.

In order to adjust to the current legality in Balearic Islands (Spain).

The rent of our apartment is regulated by the L.A.U (Law of urban lease).

We are not subjects to the holiday’s rent law because it is not regulated and not allowed to this day in the Balearic Islands for apartments and flats.

For this reason us:

1º- We don't charge nor raise the touristic taxation.

2º- We don't make touristic services like cleaning, change of bed linens and towels during the rent period.

To adjust to the current law of L.A.U. 29/1994.

Once delivery the keys and contract signature, the ownership is available to the tenants during the period that appears in the contract.

Out of season short stay

We had a fantastic short stay at Toni’s apartment. It was better than the photographs. It is 1 of the best equipped places we have stayed in. Everything was well thought out for the comfort of guests. Situated so close to the beach with every amenity on your doorstep.Toni was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we booked until the day of departure. Great communication. Will recommend to friends and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Christmas break!

From the moment of booking until after we left our host Toni was so helpful in everyway possible. The apartment is in a great location with everything you could need and the view from the balcony was everything we had hoped it would be! It helped that the sun was out too. Wonderful apartment

We loved Toni's apartment. It has everything for a perfect holiday on the beach in wonderful Mallorca. The apartment was super clean (probably the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in) and it was perfectly equipped. Its location couldn't have been better - right on the beach with a plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops around. It is also a very good spot for exploring the island. Toni is super nice and helpful. We recommend it highly to other guests and will be back in the future. Thank you so much, Toni!

Excellent apartment with a great sea view

This apartment was lovely. It felt very spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly liked the balcony and enjoyed looking at the sea and promenade whilst sitting on the comfy chairs. Also Toni made us feel very welcome.

Perfect in every way

We have just returned from 8 days staying in Toni's apartment and cannot recommend it enough. It is beautiful, everything looks brand new and it is one of the cleanest apartments I have ever stayed in, there was not a spot of dust anywhere, the cutlery the plates everything was like it had just been bought from a shop and put straight in the draw. We got the bus from the airport, it cost 3 euros and it takes you literally to the centre of Can Pastilla and about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Toni was there to meet us even though our flight had been delayed over 2.5 hours. What a lovely guy ! He was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony watching the world go past with the sun on our backs, bliss !! Every evening we went out for our evening meal and found the prices to be reasonable with an average of about 8-10 euros for a main course. The apartment has everything in you could wish for and was like I said immaculately clean. We hired a stand up paddle board most days with prices ranging from 10 euros for an hour to 25 euros for half a day (5 hours). The sea was great for young children as it didn't get deep until you were quite a way out. My husband and son do kitesurfing and on our last day it was windy enough for all the locals to come out which was fab to watch, there was plenty of windsurfers too. All in all it was one of our best holidays and I am sure we will go back soon and will definitely stay in Toni's apartment again. Thank you Toni for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic Contemporary Property Right on the Beach

This contemporary apartment is perfect for a family stay or two couples. The owner, Toni, couldn't have done more to make us welcome and everything you could want is provided. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained and is thoughtfully laid out. Toni answered any queries we had very promptly (despite us speaking next to no Spanish) The décor is brand new, tasteful and the whole apartment offers a perfect place to relax. All the appliances are new. There's a dish washer, combination microwave and induction hob plus a washing machine which is neatly stored in a utility cupboard area. Location is perfect, literally steps away from a good beach with easy access along a level promenade to the resorts of Arenal and Calla Estancia. Numerous bars and restaurants adjoin the promenade. For a snack meal you cannot beat Tomy's , right next door to the apartment! The staff there were friendly, attentive and were very welcoming. Next door to Tomy's is Palm Beach Bar, where excellent reasonably priced cocktails are served. You really don't have to go far to find all you need for a week....If you do want to venture further then there are a few car hire places offering reasonable rates (around 35 Euro per day all inclusive) All in all if you are looking at Can Pastilla or the local area you would be hard pushed to find a better apartment with such great friendly service as provided by Toni! Fabulous

No podría estar más impresionado con el servicio que ha prestado y las instalaciones en el apartamento. que incluso nos encontró un gimnasio y se le pedirá al propietario del restaurante local para cuidar de nosotros. simplemente estás molesto no estás disponible cuando volvamos en 7 semanas. recomendamos encarecidamente que usted y el apartamento está perfectamente situado.

Toller Aufenthalt im Januar

Wir hatten in einer tollen Wohnung eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit Meerblick, sie ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch im Winter sehr zu empfehlen, da sie durch die Klimanlage gut beheizt werden kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert . Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert

Schöne Auszeit im November

Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr schön, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben dort eine wunderbare Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Toni hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, hätten Toni aber jederzeit erreichen können. Die Lage und Umgebung waren für uns perfekt. Excellent Location and Apartment

This was our first time to Mallorca. Toni was incredibly helpful in contacting us well before our stay and meeting us at the apartment. He gave us great suggestions for restaurants and also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get back to the airport. The balcony and view of the beach was outstanding, even better than we had expected. The apartment was very clean, modern and had all amenities we needed. The building was just steps to the beach and right in the middle of the restaurants and grocery stores. When we go back to Mallorca we will definitely stay at the same place. Thanks Toni!!!

Sommerurlaub als Familie

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, einfach über die Straße und schon steht man im Sand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles neuwertig. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hört man ein bisschen, wir fanden es aber nicht sonderlich störend und auch die Kinder konnten ungestört schlafen. Wenn mal die Bierfässer getauscht werden, hört man es rumpeln, aber das dauert nicht lange. Das hat ja auch der Vermieter nicht in der Hand.

Excellent!

L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et lumineux. Nous étions une famille de 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants) et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La communication avec Toni est parfaite et il est très serviable (horaire d'arrivée, réservation taxi, indication pour les bus etc...). De quoi faire quelques courses à 5 minutes de l'appartement et de nombreux restaurants directement en sortant de l'appartement. Pour la plage, il suffit de traverser la rue. En revanche, plage pas top avec les enfants selon le vent avec beaucoup d'algues ramenées au bord en début de baignade mais ça, Toni n'y peut rien!

Apartment was clean, Toni the host was very helpful and hospitable. Location was not what I was expecting but it was on the beach with restaurants available. There was 3 doors with 3 different locks to get from the street into the apartment, which it sucks, it would be nice if this would be some sort keypad. The second bedroom is very tiny with only one twin bed which thankfully we only had one teenager sleeping in there, apartment had good natural light and good air conditioning. Building is old and needs painting etc.

Tolles Apartment - toller Blick aufs Meer

Tony war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der alles vorher genau erklärte und uns auch sehr freundlich begrüßte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, den Balkon konnten wir im Februar nicht nutzen und es war schön, dass der hamburger-laden unter uns geschlossen hatte. Nach Palma kommt man ganz bequem mit den Express-Bussen, die sehr häufig fahren. Ein Parkplatz zu finden war im Februar auch sehr einfach.

Wonderful Property and Even Better Host

We travel often and have stayed at many properties, but by far this was the best provisioned one- everything you could possibly need is provided right down to spices for cooking, detergent for laundry, beach chairs, reusable bags for shopping, and everything else under the sun. The view from the unit is phenomenal and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the separate washer and dryer machines made quick work of our laundry. There are multiple markets within walking distance and a bus stop nearby. Though the property was wonderful, Toni was an unbelievably gracious host! We missed our ferry to Palma the first night and he offered to let us extend our stay which we would have loved to taken him up on, but we had a schedule to keep. Despite it being 6:00am Christmas Eve, he met us personally at the property, carried our luggage up the stairs, gave us clear instructions, and made himself available for any questions. He even arranged a taxi to pick us up on departure! He was so friendly and a pleasure to meet. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfekt!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Toni und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, um Palma innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen, oder die nah gelegenen Golfplätze mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Toni war super schnell und klar. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Toni und bis bald!

Summer holiday

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Ein sehr sauberes Apartment direkt am Meer mit tollem Blick zum Strand. Man erreicht zu Fuß viele Restaurants, Bars und um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ganz hübsch eingerichtet und der Besitzer hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. In 7 Minuten ist man vom Flughafen am Haus. Sehr praktisch für ein Wochenende auf Mallorca.

Alles war wirklich perfekt Unkomplizierte Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe. Dasselbe bei der Abreise, vielen Dank dafür an den Vermieter und seinen Sohn. Auch danke schön dafür, dass wir Nichts kaufen mußten nach der Anreise, es war alles vorhanden. Sogar Kaffee!! Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Heizung/Klima, alles vorhanden. Parkplatz für Leihwagen war kein Problem. Zehn Minuten zum Flughafen, aber kein störender Fluglärm. Wir kommen wieder.
