Cute cozy studio in great area

Very lovely little apartment in a great location! Check in and check out instructions were slightly unclear, so heads up to contact the owner/manager your time for arrival as they will be personally giving you the key. Overall, lovely experience and would visit again.

The room was very nice and had plenty of space. It was quiet at night and had tons of natural light. It is in a great location, making it very easy to get around. Even without AC, the room stayed fairly cool and was very pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Combining work with leasure

Wonderful room, with a rooftop view of the Beaubourg, at the top of an old master's mansion. I really recommend it, unless you have difficulty climbing stairs!

Fantastic stay!

Quiet location in the bustling Marais. Charming and comfortable place for a solo traveler, great communication from the lovely host and would absolutely stay there again! Close to the Metro, the Pompidou and the Picasso museum. Thanks again!

Beautiful Stay in Le Marais

We loved staying at this charming place which had so much Parisian history. It had everything we needed for a week long visit. The neighborhood has incredible energy while the apartment was very quiet. The host was attentive, kind and welcoming. We loved everything about this place.

Perfect location

Compact apartment with everything you require for a short stay to explore Paris. Location is wonderful; lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants close to hand. The apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs but this adds to the charm of the apartment.

Lovely studio apartment

The studio is in the city centre close to Hôtel de Ville, a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, the metro and grocery stores. The check-in process was smooth, and we received a warm welcome. The studio was well-equipped for a short visit, and it was immaculate. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

Don't miss this place right in the heart of 'Le Marais'.

Location is absolutely everything, if you want to be in the centre of a vibrant community. thriving with interesting and open- minded people etc etc this is tge place to stay. Although, right in the Marais, this side street is lovely and calming. The owner is a pleasant person and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place. I'm coming back anyway.

Wonderful stay

Great apt and i personally loved the building and the work out of some stairs as unit is on 4th floor. Im left Paris more fit than when i arrived. Quiet and very nice apt. Good amount of room for 2 people and luggage. There was some confusion about meeting for check in. I didnt realize it was necessary to meet someone and at a designated time waiting just for you, so my only suggestion would be more detailed communication regarding what is needed from the guest , that someone would be waiting (so not entirely flexible) and when i said we would be late i didnt initially hear back any details of someone is there waiting . So many check ins are with lock box and instructions that i was unaware of the timing issue and they were waiting for us. I felt badly we inconvenienced them accidentally by over 2 hours. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Location cant be beat.

Wonderful Paris retreat in perfect location

The location is unbeatable... This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything you could ask for was steps away in the heart of a vibrant community. Host was extremely nice, accommodating, informative and a pleasure to deal with from booking process to arrival all the way through departure.. Room was clean and well equipped with everything you would need.. this was the perfect place to stay for our trip and would absolutely stay again. With full transparency, as others have stated, this room is on the fourth floor, so there are several steps (94 to be exact). We didn't find it to be an issue at all and made up for all the croissant and baguettes we had. Again, very pleased in every way with our stay. Thank you so much to our host for your hospitality and offering up your wonderful place.

Rassicurante piacevole tranquillo

Ruhig und zentral

Die Rue Aubriot ist eine sehr ruhige Straße im ansonsten lebendigen Marais-Viertel. Wer die 95 Stufen zu dem kleinen Appartement hinaufsteigt, hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Von dort aus lässt sich die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden.

El mejor barrio el mejor recibimiento y estadia

Petit Appart dans le Marais

C’est tel que décrit. Propre, silencieux et propriétaire accueillant et accommodant. C’est toutefois très petit et l’absence de fenêtre standard nous a dérangé plus que je ne l’aurais imaginé.
