Cozy studio (900 sq) situated in the lower level of a house with Queen bed , living area with 70 inch TV , ( Netflix available) kitchenette with microwave , coffee machine, electric tea pot,big size bathroom with shower , laundry room , garage . Location its very good , 10 minutes to downtown Kirkland ,Lake Washington 10 min .15 min to Bellevue , downtown Seattle probably 20 min via 520 bridge . Beautiful parks and trail close by . Less then 10 min to Bastyr University.Cascadia college is 15 min distance .Woodinville wineries 10 min away.Lots of great restaurants close by (10 min or less ).Private entrance and outdoor sitting area where u can enjoy an evening by the fire . Costco , Trader Joe , other groceries store very close by . Owner lives upstairs if you like more privacy than this rental might not be ideal for you .

Amazing space with kind and accomodating hosts. In a perfect world the secondary door that enters directly into the unit would have its own lock, but the primary lock is perfectly sufficient.

Great and cozy location!

We had a great time here. It was close enough to Seattle to go into the city for the day but in a nice suburb with plenty of other places to try. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive!

A GEM OF A STAY!

Our stay at this cozy little studio was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-stocked it was—literally everything you could possibly need, from personal care items to a rare Keurig machine. Emi was a fantastic host, making communication effortless from the time of our booking until the end of our stay. A wonderful experience!

We were in the area for a month visiting family. The studio was a wonderful retreat! The amenities were amazing, everything you could need! The treats that were left were an amazing addition and really made us feel welcome! Though the host lives upstairs it is quiet. Everything is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. Communication was excellent! Emi is an amazing host! This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was much more than we expected! We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Perfect for what I needed

I was in the Seattle area for 4 days and 3 nights, on a motorcycle trip at the end of September, and needed (wanted) a place to stay that had a garage available for the motorcycle, which this one did. That was a huge perk, especially as it was raining on the day I left and I was able to load the bike in a dry garage before heading out for a long day of riding in the rain. Access to the studio apartment is through the garage, and the apartment is the basement of the owner's house. They do have a cat upstairs, I'm pretty sure, but that was fine by me as I was missing my two cats while I was gone from home so I didn't mind hearing some "meowing" occasionally. The hot and cold water piping is reversed in the shower, and if I recall correctly, the kitchen sink. Once I figured out that detail everything was good. And everything was good! The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the studio apartment was clean and cozy (as titled), and I would choose to stay here anytime I'm in the Seattle area, assuming those future dates are available. The property was actually better than the pictures gave it credit for. For 2 of us it was perfect. Very close to the Woodinville wineries and easy to get onto the expressway and get anywhere else in Seattle. The owner was super responsive and went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. Next time we had out to that area, we will try here first...

Cozy, homestyle touches in a great location

So glad we found this lovely place to stay while we did some Seattle sightseeing. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated with many homestyle touches and spotless. The location is just off 405 with easy access to everything in the Seattle area. Emi is a great host with lots of suggestions for places to check out during your stay. Whenever we're back in the Seattle area, this will be our #1 choice for a home base. No need to look further.

I read the reviews, but I can't tell you how much our stay exceeded our expectations. From the fresh fruits and chocolates to the hand written note and chilled wine..We felt so welcomed and comfortable. We'd love to come back again and again.
