Pleasant house in all seasons for its comfort and its exceptional location 50 m from the beach, behind the dune and facing the national forest, which makes it a calm and peaceful place suitable for walks even in winter. Its small garden is surrounded by greenery and sheltered from the west winds by the forest of holm oaks. The house benefits from the European classification '2 stars' thanks to its comfort and its equipment (electric heating for winter, sink with mixer tap, hob, oven with rotisserie, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, television, DVD player, radio, telephone with card, Internet, Wifi, its kitchen utensils, its household linen provided (sheets, hand towels, bath mat and tea towels), its storage cupboards. On the ground floor: living room with a kitchenette, double bedroom (two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together), bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Upstairs a bedroom on the rock (2 beds of 80 can be pushed together into a bed of 1.60m) and its lounge-reading area with sofa bed.
The interest is threefold: house with quality bedding and complete equipment, calm and sheltered garden, starting point for many walks, proximity to the sea, the sandy and rocky beach, facing due south and sheltered from the swell of the ocean by the Ile de Ré. In addition, the swimming areas are supervised in summer and separated from the base of the windsurf boards. The village with many shops is 800m from the house. For its climate and sunshine the site is remarkable. Private parking: place n ° 4. Price per night from 1st september to 30 june (80€ and 10% dicount for 8 night and 15 % for 14 nights . Charmantes kleines Ferienhaus

Für 4-5 Personen wäre das Haus vielleicht etwas eng, aber für mich mit Hund mehr als ausreichend. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (wirklich auch für mehrere Personen!), und es war herrlich ruhig. Der Strand gleich um die Ecke ist herrlich, und es gibt auch im Wald sehr schöne Spazierwege. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und nett, sie spricht auch gut deutsch, und das kontaktlose Einchecken mit Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert. Wem es nichts ausmacht, dass die Einrichtung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird hier perfekte Tage verbringen.

A deux pas de l océan

Jolie maison proche de la plage et des commerces, c est petit mais rien ne manque.nous avons apprécié le petit jardin sans vis à vis et bien clôturé.un seul bémol une semaine c est trop court.😉

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette petite maison très agréable, confortable, propre, fonctionnelle et idéalement située. Les balades le long du littoral ou de la forêt pratiquement au départ de la maison c'est génial. Pas besoin de la voiture pour aller flâner au port ou dans la rue piétonne ou aller au restaurant. Bel agencement et situation idéale

Tres agréable

Petite mais agréable cette maison est très bien meublée. La mezzanine est grande et le petit jardin est bien exposé. Il ne manque rien. La plage a proximité est un plus. Je la conseille pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants surtout en été.

Un bol d'air marin !

Petite maisonnette très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée en matière de cuisine, à deux pas de l'océan, du sentier du littoral, de la forêt et du centre de Jard. Une literie au top ! Juste un petit bémol sur la propreté du logement (poussière, toiles d'araignée). Une belle adresse !

La maison est très bien située au bord de l'océan, on entend l'océan du jardin. On a apprécié que le linge de maison soit fourni avec la location. La maison est plutôt bien équipée. Elle serait plutôt optimale pour trois quatre personnes maximum. Le bémol reste sur la propreté et l'état général, les toiles d'araignées, le joint de la douche, le chauffage et le manque de Vmc (odeurs) Mais bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble pour la saison

Location très bien localisée, à 100 m de la plage,de très belles promenades à faire à pied .Petit commerce à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie...) Séjour très agréable avec beau temps.😊

bel endroit super calme maison très bien avec tout le confort pour 5 l' espace mézanine en haut mes filles on adoré nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances et belle ballades à coté je pense que nous reviendrons car nous aimons le coin de jard sur mer dommage cas cette saison il y a peu de magasin ouvert.Je vous recommande cette maison fortement.

super maison.très bien équipée. idéalement située à 50m de la plage.

Petit bémol, l'intérieur pourrait être un peu rénové ( douche, déco un peu poussiéreuses) et surtout toiles d'araignées enlevées ! Peut être mettre un relax pour profiter pleinement de la cour. Sinon, ce fut un séjour super qui nous a permis de nous reposer et de nous ressourcer par de longues ballades tant dans la forêt que sur la plage. Nous avons aussi apprécié la tranquillité de ce mois de septembre où le soleil était présent. Nous espérons y revenir.
