At the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, a beautiful stone farmhouse in quiet, overlooking a large lot with a panoramic view of the valley.

Completely renovated, the house has a large living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms with two bathrooms, a games room for children with two sofa beds, and two shady terraces.

Located 15 minutes from the villages Vans and out of a charming hamlet you walking access to the river for swimming but also for hiking and cycling.

Many activities nearby: canoeing / kayaking, canyoning, climbing, caving, horseback riding, mountain biking, Tree ... etc.

You can also walk to the many typical markets surrounding villages.

Belle maison de caractère dans un cadre époustouflant offrant tout le confort attendu.

La terrasse avec sa couverture et son orientation nous a offert un endroit extrêmement agréable pour les yeux et pour passer de bons moments lors des repas à toute heure malgré les fortes températures. La maison dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires...cependant nos enfants n'ont pas demandé d'allumer le téléviseur ! En effet, la région permet de nombreuses activités de plein air en restant dans une ambiance relaxante loin de l'affluence touristique estivale. Séjour à programmer absolument pour qui recherche des vacances au calme près de la nature.

Bon séjour

Le gite est au calme, spacieux et propre dans l'ensemble. Nous avons eu besoin de recourir au chauffage, il fonctionne impec, ce qui d'expérience n'est pas toujours le cas dans le secteur. Il y a de la place pour se garer pour 3/4 véhicules. Attention cependant à la pente si votre véhicule est un peu plus long que la moyenne, le bas de caisse peut frotter. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème lors du séjour, nos hôtes ont immédiatement pris les mesures nécessaires, le cas a été très rapidement résolu. Merci à eux.

séjour extraordinaire en Ardèche

La maison est un véritable havre de paix. Elle est extrêmement bien équipée. Sa localisation est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent être au calme et pouvoir profiter des activités sportives ou autres du Sud Ardèche. La terrasse face à la vallée est juste l'endroit idéal pour se relaxer.

Séjour sympathique dans un endroit magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison décorée avec goût, au calme et bénéficiant d une vue splendide. A 2 couples et 3 enfants, nous avions tous notre espace. La cuisine est bien équipée et les repas sur la terrasse sont très agréables. Nous avons également apprécié les jeux à disposition. Quand nous avons eu besoin, la propriétaire a été très réactive. Nous recommandons.

Séjour en Ardèche du sud

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en découvrant l'Ardèche, ses magnifiques paysages, ses rivières, ses gorges, ses villages plein d'histoire et ses superbes falaises... Maison merveilleuse

Nous avons passé un mois très agréable la maison de Nadine. Tout est beau et calme ! Les lits sont très confortables, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et la vue est à couper le souffle. Les baignades dans la rivière ont ravi nos enfants ! Nous reviendrons avec joie.

Natur pur

Wir können diese Objekt für alle empfehlen, die im Urlaub entschleunigen wollen und keine Animation für ihre Kinder brauchen. Für uns perfekter Ort, um als Familie mit Labi und drei grösseren Kindern die Natur zu geniessen, im Chassezac zu baden, zu wandern, Kanu zu fahren und ohne mobile Endgeräte Spass zu haben. Auch Ardeche und diverse Höhlen lassen sich prima erreichen. In der ersten Julihälfte noch sehr wenig Urlauber, dieses Jahr allerdings ungewöhnlich heiss... Im Haus gibt es, wie der Beschreibung zu entnehmen ist, kein WLAN, Funk- und mobiles Internet sind sehr schwach. Das sollte man wissen, aber gerade das macht diesen Ort besonders reizvoll. Herrliche Aussicht von einer grosszügigen Terasse auf Baumfalke und Co. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Les Vans, das muss man planen. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, da macht das gemeinsame Kochen Spass. Kleines Restaurant direkt im Ort, wenn man dazu mal keine Lust hat. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung . Abwicklung völlig unkomplizert, unsere Fragen wurden direkt von der Vermieterin beantwortet. Die Verwalterin vor Ort spricht auch Englisch und war gut zu erreichen. Und: man kann wohl auch nur das untere Stockwerk mieten, wenn man mit weniger Personen anreist.

Een prachtig huis en een hele mooie plek

We verbleven 2 heerlijke weken in dit mooie oude stenen huis op de grens van de Ardèche en de Cevennen. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer bijzonder is het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het overdekte terras. Ook blijft het huis bij grote hitte goed koel. Een huis om terug te komen!

très contents de notre semaine

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce gîte spacieux, agréable et calme. Néanmoins sans vouloir vexer les gestionnaires, il serait souhaitable pour l'avenir d'être un tout petit peu plus vigilant sur le ménage et quelques petits objets à vérifier avant l'arrivée des locataires : tapis de bain manquant, épingles à linge cassées, barbecue pas nettoyé. Mooie ruime woning met veel comfort. De woning heeft een overdekt terras met uitzicht op het dal.

Een heel gerieflijke woning en van alle gemakken voorzien: vaatwasser, wasmachine en 2 badkamers en 3 slaapkamers verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen en nog een zitruimte op de eerste verdieping. De woning heeft een mooie ligging met uitzicht op het dal. Er is weinig verkeer en het is er lekker rustig. We hebben schitterende tochten gemaakt in de omgeving op de racefiets. Het gaat hier behoorlijk op en af maar daar zijn we dan ook voor gekomen. De markt in Les Vans (10 minuten) op zaterdag is zeker een bezoekje waard. Al met al een heel geslaagde vakantie en voor herhaling vatbaar.
