Rural charm

The views are amazing and the villa is private and secluded. The owner checks the pool every day and comes and goes without you knowing. The road to Lu Bagnu is down a track which is drivable and good fun in the dark. There is so much wildlife it is a real adventure. We did plenty of walking and exploring while we were there. The Villa was clean and tidy and we were given a bath and hand towel each for the 10 night stay. The villa is looking a little tired and be prepared for things to not work as you would imagine. The toilet was temperamental and the shower fell off the wall as we were leaving. There are also some very large structural cracks between the master bedroom and the outside wall. It’s not going to fall down anytime soon but It probably will need some major work on it at some point. The owner is on hand if anything goes wrong and will always help out if he can. So long as you go not expecting a 5 star experience you will enjoy it. The views and pool are by far the best part of the villa and we had a good time. Go with an open mind!

Perfect Isolation

From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was 1st class. We had to rearrange our dates from last year due to covid restrictions and this was no problem and quickly organised. Correspondence prior to travel was responded to promptly and all questions answered. We hike a lot whilst we are away so WiFi is a must so we can route plan. The WiFi regularly didn't work or was too slow however 2 messages to the staff and on several occasions this was rectified the same day. Excellent! We loved the remoteness of this property to fully unwind. Views of fields and surrounding land from the pool is spectacular as are the sunrises and sunsets. We ate most evenings at the house with a coal and gas barbecue you can use. Est supermarkets are Conad in Castelsardo or Eurospin 10 mins away. Maybe the house and utensils could do with a bit of updating, some windows shutters wont open and a few lights didnt work (unwired) which made the kitchen dark in the evenings but I guess that's its charm.

Dépaysement et calme assurés

Vacances reposantes dans un havre de paix avec vue sur la nature et sur la mer. Antonio est un hôte disponible, serviable et d’une extrême gentillesse. Voiture indispensable pour accéder au logement et rayonner. Logement conforme aux photos, un peu vieillissant pour certains mais loin d’être dérangeant.

Prächtige Aussicht

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. In Lu Bagnu, nicht weit entfernt, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein schöner kleiner Strand mit Kiosk. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war etwas spärlich,doch Verwalter Michele hat geholfen, wo er konnte, alle Geräte im Haus haben funktioniert. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nichts für Fahranfänger, Motorradfahrer wie wir sollten etwas Geländeerfahrung haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auf jeden Fall voll in Ordnung

Ruhige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Michelle hat mit uns einen Treffpunkt in Tergu vereinbart. Grundsätzlich hätten wir sogar früher als vorgegeben einchecken können, jedoch hatte unsere Fähre Verspätung. Also war absolute Flexibilität vorhanden. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich aber machbar. Oben hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf Castelsardo. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Evtl. könnte das Geschirr ersetzt und / oder erweitert werden. Der Pool wurde von Michelle gepflegt. Die Terrasse des Pools müsste erneuert werden, da einige Splitter herausragen. Das Internet funktioniert auch mit mehreren Streams gleichzeitig sehr gut. Man ist schnell am Meer mit dem Auto gefahren und es gibt wunderschöne Strände. Tolle Ausflüge sind aber auch Castelsardo, Alghero, Asinara, Stintino usw.

Ruhe mit schönem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hügel über Lu Bagu. Man hat einen super Ausblick auf den Ort und das Meer. Michele hat uns im nahegelegenen Ort abgeholt und uns hingeführt, da es keine echte Adresse gibt und der Weg zum Haus relativ abenteuerlich ist. 😅 Also man braucht definitiv ein Auto. Das Haus war sauber, auch wenn das eine oder andere vielleicht mal renoviert werden müsste, besonders die Terrasse am Pool. Wir hatten zweimal kurz Stromausfall, aber Michele hat das ungehend behoben. Ganz Italienisch, bzw. auf südländisch Weise eben. 😉 Der Pool war herrlich und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals gereinigt. Generell ist Michele jederzeit erreichbar gewesen und bemüht, auch wenn man ihn gar nicht gesehen hat. 😁 Ein defekter Sonnenschirm wurde prompt ausgetauscht. Der Tennisplatz ist in einem guten Zustand, als Laienspieler. In Lu Bagu kann man abends gut Essen und in Castelsardo einkaufen. Sardinien wurde seinem Ruf, als Sonneninsel voll gerecht. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und konnten uns gut erholen.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Lage bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht ist hier am richtigen Fleck. Der Pool wird von Michele sehr gut und diskret gepflegt. Das Haus ist einfach bietet aber alles was man braucht. Für mehr als 2 Personen ist jedoch etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Idyllisch gelegen in den Bergen hinter Tergu

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Betreuung vorort war sehr gut! Das Objekt könnte generell etwas Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher spartanisch. Da das Haus in den Bergen liegt, geht man nicht mal eben zum Essen. Passionierte Köche sollten sich ihre wichtigsten Utensilien mitbringen. Es war alles sauber und beim Ameisenproblem wurde umgehend geholfen. Der Pool, die Stille und die Aussicht waren unsere Highlights !!! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Agréable maison avec piscine et vue extraordinaire

Endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. La petite maison est située en pleine nature (voiture indispensable) avec une piscine très agréable sans vis à vis . Michèle est gentil , serviable et très discret. La maison est fonctionnelle . Il y aurait cependant de petites choses à améliorer (luminaires, ustensiles de base dans la cuisine …), mais cela ne gâche en rien le séjour.

Prachtige locatie maar ....

Spijtig genoeg hadden we heel wat problemen bij het inchecken (Airco, wifi en TV functioneerden niet). Uiteindelijk werd er besloten om ons een ander verblijf aan te bieden. Hier kregen we tijdens ons verblijf ook problemen met de WIFI. De eigenaar probeerde ons zelf naar de dichtsbijzijnde shop te laten gaan (ongeveer 15 à 20 kilometer), maar toen dit door ons geweigerd werd deed hijzelf het nodige. Algemeen kunnen we stellen dat dit een prachtlocatie is, maar wordt spijtig genoeg wat verwaarloosd de eigenaar. Ook het aanwezig keukengerief laat wat te wensen over. (Veel te weinig vb. maar 2 koffielepels). Ik zou zeggen doe wat aan onderhoud zodat je deze superlocatie verder kan verhuren zonder dat er voordurend moet worden gecommuniceerd over tekortkomingen. Ook de terugstorting van de waarborg is na 4 dagen nog niet gebeurd. Hopelijk wordt dit niet het volgende twistpunt.

Perfektes Feriendomizil in ruhiger Lage

Das Objekt steht auf einem Berg. Hierdurch ist es immer ein wenig kühler, als in Castelsardo. Nur 5 Häuschen bieten eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Aussicht aus dem Pool oder vom Tennisplatz ist grandios. Die Anfahrt ist auch nicht so schlimm, wie von einigen beschrieben. In 15 Minuten ist man vom Berg runter und mitten in Castelsardo. Der Verwalter Michele ist hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die sehr billige und unzureichende Ausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfen und Gläsern. Weingläser gab es bei uns gar keine, lediglich Sektgläser. Die Töpfe und insbesondere die Pfannen bedürfen dringend einem Austausch.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön abseits vom Touristentrubel. Der Pool war herrlich. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und vor allem flexibel bei den An- und Abreisezeiten. Bei Fragen gab es immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Mehr Ruhe geht nicht!

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war bereits vor unserer Reise sehr gut. Da unser Flug verschoben wurde mussten wir später anreisen, Antonio und Michele waren dabei sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wirklich abenteuerlich. Wir sind immer einen Umweg durch Tergu gefahren um eine befestigte Straße nutzen zu können. Vom Haus bis ins Zentrum von Lu Bagnu benötigt man gute 15 Minuten. Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage auf einem Berg, deshalb ist auch Stromversorgung etwas schwierig. Einige Dinge könnten mal erneuert werden, trotzdem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit für einen super guten Preis.

Wunderschöner Ausblick in nettem Häuschen mit Pool in herrlicher Ruhe

Nach einer abenteuerlichen Fahrt hinauf auf den Berg wird man hier mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf Castelsardo und das Meer belohnt. Zur Ferienhütte gehört ein kleiner Pool, da wir Anfang Mai die einzigen Gäste waren dürften wir auch den großen Pool (dieser gehört zum größeren Häuschen) benutzen. Die Ausstattung des Häuschens ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Sogar ein fester Grill ist vorhanden. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten bei Gelegenheit einmal erneuert werden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbar ruhigen Aufenthalt. Antonio war jederzeit gerne für uns erreichbar und versorgte uns mit tollen Empfehlungen für Sehenswertes und Restaurants. Vielen Dank.
