Two separate apartments NOT a villa or luxury.
Stayed for a week in Aug 2024. Family of 3 children (one a teenager, two younger). The property is not described accurately. It is actually 2 separate small apartments with external access only with separate keys. Lower apartment has only two bedrooms so third child had to be upstairs in different property. This was not in description or informed before arrival. This separated our family and is very wrong not to be clear about this in the description. It is missold.
Other rooms in upstairs apartment are locked. Access possible to upstairs balcony from outside, but at check in we were informed “it is not clean” - it wasn’t and was pointless to use.
Had a problem that oven/cooker is so old that dials were all rubbed off so no idea how to use or control temperature. Local agent tried but could not help adequately. Owner initially responded and then cut all communication when I pointed out that this was not safe. Neither owner or agent pointed us to some manuals tucked away in a drawer which when found helped somewhat. At checkout I mentioned the oven, the local agent said they had informed the owner many times before.
Apartments are small and basic, reasonably well equipped kitchen but like the rest of the property not luxury as described. Rustic is a better description. Photos on VRBO are out of date and property now more tired. Handles on back door gate and outside shower came off in our hands. Microwave has only 3 feet so wobbles.
Pool is nice and clean. Location is good.
