Recently restored cottage on 2 levels .At the ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom, 3 with 140 beds and 1 with 2 beds of 90. 2 Separate toilets.
Outside covered barbecue accompanied by a table and chairs for 10 people.
This pretty typical Perigord stone house, independent, is located 8 km from Sarlat, 4 km from Carlux, enjoy lunch in the shade of the courtyard .. Enjoy the comfort and quiet of the place, while a few miles from Sarlat and therefore major sites (Domme, LA ROQUE GAGEAC, Lascaux, Rocamadour, PADIRAC ......) and various activities offered on Perigord.
If you love beautiful gardens, you can, for example, in the immediate vicinity, from visiting Cadiot Gardens, the gardens of Eyrignac, Marqueyssac thegardens, water gardens of Carsac ....

Propriétaire très arrangeant et très sympathique. Logement conforme et très bien équipé. Chambres et salles de bains spacieux. Logement très bien situé pour faire des visites. Pourriez-vous mettre au minimum un jeu de cartes pour les jours pluvieux. Nous conseillons cette location et toutes autres locations avec ces propriétaires

Agréable séjour en Dordogne

Une semaine en Dordogne pour découvrir la région entre balades (petites à cause de la chaleur) et baignades dans la Dordogne et dans un plan d'eau proche. Gite très agréable avec tout le confort, frais quand il faisait trop chaud à l'extérieur et convivial pour les repas dans la cour le reste du temps. Hôtesse accueillante et à l'écoute. Un beau séjour.

superbe gîte

gîte au calme mais bien placé pour découvrir Sarlat et ses environs. Gite très bien équipé, propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et très réactifs suite à nos demandes. On a passé un superbe séjour entre amis. De plus, chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bains, c'est hyper appréciable

Une belle et grande maison, agréable !

Nous avons séjourné le temps d'un week end dans cette maison afin d'être à proximité de la fête de la truffe et du foie gras à Sarlat et avons apprécié les grands volumes qu'offre cette maison. A l'extérieur, vue sur les prés givrés du mois de janvier. Nous recommandons.

Séjour au gîte des tilleuls à LHOMOND

Nous avons séjourné du 16 au 21 mai 2022 au gîte des tilleuls à LHOMOND avec le désir de découvrir cette belle région. Nos espérances ont été comblées !! Le gîte est confortable ,spacieux ,très bien équipé et surtout très propre 5 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain ,plus pratique et rapide pour bouger la troupe pour le programme des visites aux alentours La proximité de Sarlat et des sites touristiques incontournables est aussi un point fort de cette location Merci à madame LABATUT pour son accueil sa confiance et sa disponibilité Nous reviendrons sans hésiter afin de poursuivre notre visite de ce beau Périgord et surtout au gîte des Tilleuls,que je recommande aux familles qui aiment le cadre bucolique et reposant de la campagne périgourdine Elisabeth de Toulouse

Le gîte est parfait pour passer une semaine agréable, confortable et avec tranquillité. Le gîte dispose de pièces bien agencées, tout est fonctionnel, le matériel à disposition est parfait. Que dire de plus, si que les hôtes sont charmants, accueil sympathique, disponibles si besoin. La terrasse couverte et son barbecue sont parfaits pour passer des bons moments de convivialité. Situation du gîte parfaite pour se détendre dans le calme et tellement de choses à voir aux alentours que sa situation est également parfaite. Si vous voulez, aucune hésitation à avoir.
