schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Böschung und das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Würde vom Aufenthalt dort abraten

Ärgerlich! Wohnung lieblos, unordentlich, z.T. schmutzig, nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend. Ich glaube, dassso ein Angebot einem Vermittler wie FeWo schadet, möchte aber hier nicht alles genau aufzählen, weil es viel ist. Fotos habe ich gemacht, falls jemand es genauer wissen will. Grüße

Zeer goede ligging

Prachtig panoramisch zicht op zee en zeedijk. Sober maar net appartement. Ideaal voor max 4 personen (6, indien extra op de couch). Goede prijs/kwaliteit!

Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Gute Wohnung, die zwar alt ist BJ Haus ca1970 aber durchaus für einen Urlaub geeignet ist. Leider war die Reinigung vor der Anmietung nicht wirklich gründlich. Schmutzige Wäsche lag noch auf dem Boden, Bad nicht sauber und in der Spülmaschine waren noch Sachen. Auch ein alter Kaffeefilter sagte hallo. Da ist definitiv sehr viel Luft nach oben. Die Ausstattung ist aber völlig ausreichend und für einen erholsamen Urlaub geeignet. Und die Lage und Aussicht sind spitze.

Ongelooflijk uitzicht, kilometers strand en ook de grote verkeersweg. TV was ontregeld en is tijdens ons verblijf niet in orde gekomen.

Great location; property needs work and supplies

The location of this property is amazing - it's right across from the beach with a lifeguard stand; close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Very close to a tram stop if you want to cruise up the coast. The actual unit needs....a lot. It came with nothing - no toilet paper, no soap, no trash bags. We had to pay extra for towels and linens and to have the unit cleaned unless we wanted to do it. (Not sure how we would have done that, there was a vacuum and mop but no cleaning supplies.) After renting the unit I contacted the owner and asked about linens and towels and so I did know I would need to pay extra for those, but only because I asked. There were no trash bags and after check in we went back to the property manager and asked about that and were told we had to supply our own trash bags (who brings trash bags on a vacation?) and we had to dispose of our own trash. And the dumpster was right outside but you had to pay 50 euro cents to dump the trash. The only recycling was for glass bottles, which was free. There was no toilet paper in the unit! What on earth? There was a dishwasher with no dishwasher cleaner. None of this was noted in the listing. The property managers didn't even tell us about the trash until we asked about it. The unit also needs a lot of work. It has been lived in hard. Windows broken, curtains broken, blinds in disrepair, water marks and other damage to walls. Not the worst place I've stayed but by far not the best.

Appartement tres bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Equipements complets Mise en route du chauffage un peu complexe Seul defaut, ascenceur pour aller aux appartement vraiment tres petit.

Es gab keinen Aufenthalt

Die Agentur vergisst, die Unterlagen in den vorgesehenen Briefkasten zu legen, wir warten 3 Std. Keine Alternative vorhanden! Wir fahren zurück nach Düsseldorf, das Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Frau einfach gecrasht. Wir warten immer noch auf die Bestätigung, dass wir das Geld zurückbekommen und wohin wir die Tankfüllung belasten können!!!

Petite amélioration à apporter à ce bel appartement

Petit bémol, à notre arrivée, absence des télécommandes de la télévision. Prise de contact avec l'hôte et le gérant de l'agence, pas de réaction... Petite attention au nettoyage , nous avons rendus l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée !!! Cuisine, frigo tout était gras ! Beaucoup de poussière en général. Dommage pour ces petits désagréments faciles à solutionner. Dommage, malgré ça nous avons apprécié l'appartement et l'emplacement de celui-ci.

appartement lumineux et fonctionnel

Super we entre amis sous le soleil. Appartement bien situé (nous allions voir un spectacle au COREtec Dôme à quelques minutes à pied). Parkings, commerces, terrasses et restaurants à proximité. Espace intérieur fonctionnel (nombreux espaces de rangement) Juste un manque de vaisselle (assiettes creuses, couverts, verres,...) et un miroir au dessus du lavabo de la chambre et c'est sera parfait ! A recommander !

Toller Blick, Zusatzkosten und ein dunkles Schlafzimmer

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung, können diese aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und hat durch Ecklage einen ziemlich genialen Blick auf das Meer und nach Ostende. Die große Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer lässt sich teilweise weit öffnen, so dass man das Meer fast im Zimmer hat ;-) Die Küche ist modern und ganz gut ausgestattet, mit Meeresblick. Ein Schlafzimmer hat auch Meeresblick, das war auch schön. Eher nicht so schön ist die Wohnung, wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen anreist, denn das 2. Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus, dort hat man nur einen engen Innenhof zwischen den Häusern, trotz 6. Stock ein dunkler, sehr windiger Schlauch. HIer ist auch ein Balkon, der dort natürlich wenig bringt, aber sich gut als Lager für viele hilfreiche Strandutensilien macht. Wir fanden dort z.B. mehrere Windschutze. Das Bad ist klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat sogar eine Badewanne. Ich würde es immer weiter empfehlen für 2 Personen und eingeschränkt für eine kleine Familie. Bitte beachten: für Bettzeug und Endreinigung muss extra gezahlt werden, dies klärt man in der Immobilien Agentur im gleichen Haus, die leider etwas chaotisch organisiert ist.

Magnifique vue et appartement top

L'appartement est spacieux, très lumineux, la vue est magnifique (sauf dans une des chambres mais ce n'est pas grave), l'immeuble est au pied de la plage mais assez éloigné du centre, ce qui permet de pouvoir se garer assez facilement sur la rue (attention stationnement payant). Rien à redire, tout était parfait.

Es fing schon mal an als wir an kamen das unsere buchung nicht gefunden wurde und die akentur mich paarmal fragte ob ich privat gebucht habe fewo kannten sie nicht die Betten haben matratzenschutz in denen Haare waren wir hatten unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei Freitags war ich in dieser Agentur und habe gefragt wie das läuft mit der Übergabe der Wohnung das wir eine Begehung machen so kenn ich das aus meinen bisherigen Urlauben aber dies wurde verneint wir sollen den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten werfen ich habe dann am Freitag abend alles abgewischt gesaugt den Boden gewischt und jetzt kommt der absolute Witz zuhause angekommen bekomm ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung von 100 Euro die Wohnung wäre total dreckig gewesen und ihrgend was war mit den matratzenschoner was genau damit gemeint ist versteh ich net so ganz aber ich werde glaube beschuldigt ich hätte die versifften Dinger gestohlen also seit vorsichtig mit der Übergabe der Wohnung macht vorher nachher Bilder
