Great family holiday

Super equipped villa a real home from home everything you could need provided. Location a quiet residential area transport links ok taxis fairly reasonable bus easy to use tap in & out very cheap supermarket 2 mins walk great value and choice. Lots of restaurants within a 20 min walk Lovely beach and promenade and some really great restaurants just past the port/marina.

Excellent villa

We were a family group of 7 aged from 7 to 70. After a delayed arrival, it was lovely to find a starter pack in the kitchen and even sweets on the kids pillows. The villa was spotlessly clean, well presented and well equipped with items not normally provided in self-catering such as cleaning products and toiletries. Magdalena, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was ideal for our young children although the shallow end was 1.2m deep. It was well located for shops and transport and about 1/2 mile from the beachfront. The downsides were minor: very little food storage in the kitchen; lack of drawer space in the bedrooms; no full length mirror. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

First class!

We have just returned from a week’s stay at the property and everything about our stay was first class. Magdalena met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and also provided info on the local area and recommended restaurants etc. Our teenagers loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Absolutely recommend and we hope to return.

Excellent stay

Great stay - 4 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom ideal for our group. Great location and walking distance to supermarkets, beach, shops, restaurant and local bus stop. Pool perfect for a dip and outside space great for chilling or eating under the canopy. Great host who communicated well with us and allowed us a little later time to check out. Thank you Magdalena.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second time staying at this villa and it is perfect in every way. Great location for restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Perfect sized pool for smaller children. Great outdoor space and good sized bedrooms and a bathroom per room. We plan to visit again next year!

Great place for a family holiday

I took my elderly parents, my 2 sons and their partners to the villa and it was just perfect for us! 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one upstairs. All were ensuite which was just what we needed to keep some privacy. The villa was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, lounge comfortable. Outside there was a small swimming pool (perfect to cool off in), sunbeds and a table tennis table. We also made use of the BBQ a couple of times. The villa is in a quiet area but only 2 minutes to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from too. On top of that Magdalena, the owner, was lovely and really helpful. I thoroughly recommend and hope to go back again

Relaxing and comfortable

The property is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to the beach and local shops. A clean and well presented large vila with air con throughout. Lovely pool and outside area. Great for bbqs in the evening. Magdalana was a very friendly and helpful host. Welcoming and happy to help us with any questions before and during our stay.

Amazing Host

We just want to let everyone know that Magdalena is such an amazing host, who goes above and beyond what you would expect. Even before we left the country to go on our holiday, I was able to communicate with her and she was so helpful and supportive. When we arrived she had supplied us with everything we could possibly need in the villa before we could get to the supermarket - wine, beer, water, breakfast items. We were ‘blown away’. She continued to be helpful and supportive, with booking us a taxi and recommendations for dinner, helping us arrange hiring a boat for the day, advice on where to go with medical concerns. I would highly recommend this property. It was a great location for heading down to the beach every evening for dinner and cocktails. The supermarket is 5 mins away. Very convenient.

Villa was perfect for our needs. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Pool area great with table tennis and barbecue. We needed another sunbed which Magdalena was very quick to replace and the sink in one of the bathrooms leaking but again this was attended to straight away. Magdalena was the perfect host and easily contacted throughout the whole booking process and whilst we were in Can Picafort. The villa is situated close to all the amenities and approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped with all crockery and utensils required. Light, airy and clean. Thank you to Magdalena for a fantastic holiday

Brilliant Villa

This was the perfect villa for our group - we travelled as 2 families with 4 children aged 5-7. Communication with Magdelena before travel was great and check in was really smooth - the on arrival kit kats for the children was just what was needed! The villa is clean with everything you could need. A really lovely touch that things like oil, salt, washing up liquid, washing powder are all there for use. The pool is a great size for younger children as they can be in on their own safely. The location just a short and pleasant walk from the main restaurants and beach was great and the proxmity to the Mercadona was great too. We had a fabulous time and hope to be back again!

Great family getaway

Very good location, beach 10 minute walk, good choices of places to eat. Really enjoyed the garden, bbq, pool and table tennis Magdalena met us on arrival and very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed how a number of useful and thoughtful items were available on our arrival. Magdalena was also helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. Overall a really enjoyable 3 generation family holiday!!

Absolute fabulous stay

Thank you so much to Magdalena. We flew in late so pizzas were ordered for us. The location was perfect for us and teenagers, we could all walk in to town. Nice restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Can Gavella restaurant is amazing! The supermarket is so close which was fantastic. The villa suited our family. Clean, enough space and each room having its on bathroom! The pool is small but in no way affected our time there. Everything is provided and Magdalena will go out of her to help you or give advice. Thank you for a fabulous stay xx

Excellent stay. Immaculate and modern villa. Most excellent host.

We stayed for 5 weeks at the height of the summer. The villa was excellent and our stay fantastic from start to finish. The villa is spotless and modern and had all the amenities we needed for a young family. High chair and potty and baby bath were available and Magdalena the hair sourced another high chair for us when other members of the family arrived. The pool and air conditioning were welcome in the hot weather. The villa is in a Quiet residential neighbourhood right next door to a large mercadona supermarket which is well stocked. 3 minute drive to a big Lidl. Restaurants/shops/beach 15 minute walk away and easy access. Nearby there is a tennis club and large heated outdoor municipal pool and children pool which was enjoyed by the family too (free). Julia’s cafe across the road (open from 0600- perfect for young families) is lovely for breakfast. Marabans/nusa Dua down at the beach also worth a mention for brunch or dinner. Car parking always available outside of property. Magdalena deserves a special mention. She is an amazing host. Immediate reply to wattsapp queries and always there to help. She purchased another buggy for us via her Amazon account and dropped it off at the property. She offered a new blender to make purée for the children. Recommended some lovely restaurants nearby. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. Would Highly recommend this property and Magdalena as a host. Can picafort beach is not as nice as nearby alcudia (especially for children) but it is a short drive or easy bus journey away - and the bus goes from right outside the villa. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you Magdalena

Great for a family holiday

We had a super time at Villa Savina. Special thanks to Magdalena for being so helpful with the booking and our arrival and departure times and being there when we arrived. The Villa is as the photos, all very comfortable and now has a tablet tennis table outside. The supermarket is just round the corner so you can easily pop out for what ever you need. Its a short walk to the beach and also to the man restaurant area. We would recommend to ohers

Easter 2022

Amazing from beginning to end!! Magdalena as a host was fantastic and so helpful - even before we had arrived - and such a lovely lady to meet!l in person too! Her holiday home is immaculate and had everything you could think of!! We were very blessed with lovely weather during our stay, and managed to enjoy the swimming pool everyday, have a few bbq’s, walk to the beach each day and also eat out at some incredible restaurants (we highly recommend Vinicinis!) The villa was spotless and we were made to feel welcome and at home from the minute we arrived. There are plenty of shops around, and even though we arrived on Good Friday, there was still a small selection of shops open for us to buy some supplies to tide us over until the bigger shops opened the next day. There is also an incredible little bakery not too far away that sells the most delicious pastries!! The added bonus of a washing machine and clothes line was amazing and meant we didn’t have to return back home with loads of washing to do. Thanks again for everything Magdalena - it was the best birthday I’ve ever had, and the wonderful family memories that were made are priceless!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Mallorca - it’s was our first time and we all loved it!!

Lovely well equipped villa run by perfect host.

Magdalena is such a fantastic host, always happy to help you out and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The villa was the best equipped one we have ever been to. Beach towels, washing liquid, shower gel, charcoal etc. Welcome drinks cold in the fridge when we got there. The villa is very central for good supermarket, cafe, bar, restaurants and the beach. It was easy to get there from the airport by bus and could manage with out a hire car there no problem. All in all a very nice place that I would recommend. Thank you Magdalena for being so nice.

Highly recommended

A thoroughly charming host, Magdalena was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Villa Sabina was everything our two families required. The kids loved the pool, the Mums loved the air conditioning and the Dads loved the location, very close to the supermarket and an easy walk to the beach. Having towels for the beach included was a massive help as well as use of parasols and inflatables. We would definitely recommend this property and resort.

Villa in Can Picafort

A 4 bedroomed villa (with four bathrooms) in the resort of Can Picafort. 2 minute walk to large well priced supermarket, 2 minutes walk to nearest cafe (Julia's cafe - great for breakfast), and 10 minute walk to beach front with usual resort shops and sea front restaurants/facilities. Great location for exploring North Mallorca with it's beautiful coves, bays, beaches and mountains. We stayed as a family of 5 (with three teenage boys) plus granny who stayed for one of the weeks. The property was well equipped with household essentials as well as wifi and aircon in all rooms.The kitchen was compact but more than adequate for preparing family meals. Magdalena, the property host, was great. She made us feel very welcome and had left some refreshments in the fridge for our arrival. She was readily contactable via Whatsapp and responded to any queries we had. We rented a car from the airport, however, the property is well served with public transport and has good connections to neighbouring resorts and Palma. We enjoyed some activities with Seaiew Kayaks (guided sea kayaking) based in Can Picafort, and Coasteering/Cliff jumping with Mon d'Aventura who have their office base in Pollenca. We also enjoyed surf board lessons with Watersports Mallorca based in Playa de Muro just a few miles north of Can Picafort. One of our favourite beaches was Cala Barque, just north of Pollenca in Saint Vincenc, which was ideal for snorkelling. Overall the villa was ideal for us for a family holiday - providing us with independence and privacy, but with loads of facilities and options on our doorstep.

Fantastic villa, perfect for families

The villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. About 10 mins walk to a lovely beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The owner was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend this villa but if booking a transfer stay away from ABC transfers!!!

Lovely villa....

The lovely Magdalena was the perfect host. Answered all our questions promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. Even arranged a lunch booking on our first day. The villa was everything we wanted it to be for a family holiday with 6 adults and our grandson (16 months). Magdalena provided us with a cot, bath and high chair; all very good quality and brought us round a delicious Ensaimada mid week! The villa is very close to an excellent supermarket which meant we did not need a car and the beach was a short walk away. Would not hesitate to recommend!

5 star Holiday

We had a group of 8, plenty room to accommodate all. The rooms were spacious and modern and very clean. 4 bathrooms with walk in showers made it even more luxurious. All the amenities were available including utility room, kitchen utensils, microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, even a dishwasher :) Pool, sunbeds, towels, air conditioning in every room we could ask for anything more. Supermarket just round the corner to get shopping was a blessing. We had a fantastic stay at this Villa and only 10 minute walk to the beach with loads of shops,bars and restaurants for everyones taste. The beach, golden sands and sea was amazingly clear, you do have to pay for beds and umbrellas but was worth doing. Magdalena the owner was so polite and friendly she made you feel so welcome and very helpful if you needed anything and always with a wonderful smile. We are all fussy people and we couldn't fault any part of out stay. We had a fantastic holiday and didn't want to leave that says it all....... We would definitely recommend this place to stay and will be booking again soon.

Had such a lovely stay in this villa with my family. The villa has everything you need and is lovely and clean. The villa is in a great little resort near the beach, bars and restaurants. Magdalena was great with communicating with us right from the start and nothing is to much trouble for her. All in all had a great holiday and the weather was fantastic 😊😎

Perfectly located and well equipped villa

Beautiful villa great for large groups of friends or family. Magdalena is an attentive host, providing me with a baby bath and warm blankets on our last night. All the rooms are a good size and have lovely walk in showers (newly renovated bathrooms). The villa is barely 5 minutes from a good size supermarket, 15-20 minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Pool is lovely but a bit cold during our stay (weather wasn’t in our favour), the sun beds were in a lovely sun trap. Would definitely recommend staying here.
