Lovely apartment

Just returned home, after a lovely relaxing stay in Vilamoura. We stayed at Alain’s spacious apartment for 7 days, it was exactly as advertised! A great sized apartment for the 4 of us. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you needed, for a self catering apartment! The Air conditioning and the Wifi worked well! The complex is in a quiet area, about 20 minutes walk to the marina & beach, ( Uber was under €5,) there is a cafe, restaurant and bar, a 5 minute walk away! And is immaculately kept! With a lovely pool area, that was never very crowded! Alain was a great host, always replying to any of my questions. Also, Thank you to Nelia, for her assistance. Would highly recommend 👍

Family break

The apartment is as advertised exactly. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need if you wish to cook. The apartment is very quiet with few other redidents about. Ideal for a quiet holiday away from the buzz perhaps a little too quiet for my 17 and 20 year old. Location a good 20 minutes walk to marina but the uber service is great. Overall a very chilled holiday .

Great Appartment

Very nice comfortable appartment with large terrace opening onto the garden area. Great location, just a 20 min walk to the Marina and restaurants and easy access to the local golf courses.

Fabulous stay

We Had a fantastic week with our 2yr old.Stunning Apt with everything we needed in beautiful grounds. Pool area was quiet & so enjoyable. Walked to & from the beach each morning & poolside in the afternoon. Travel cot & high chair provided were perfect. We used Uber app to order transport to the Marina in the evenings (€4 before 7pm & €6/€8 after) the local mini markets are fine for bread,water & small things but recommend getting an Uber/taxi to the Continente Modelo Quarteira at the start of your stay. We look forward to another trip & would absolutely recommend Alain & his property.

Lovely quiet week away

Booking process very easy, Alain the owner kept us updated on all check in details etc. Lovely spacious apartment and had everything you’d need, gardens very well keep and pool area lovely and well presented. 20 mins stroll to the marina and only 5 euros return in a taxi. Would definitely return again.

Great Appartment

Great Appartment has everything that you would need here! Lovely garden area which was perfect for baby to play. Travel cot and high chair available which was perfect! Pool area was lovely and very quiet (don’t know if this was because of Covid). Location was fine for us as able to walk however would note that it is a 20 minute walk into Vilamoura and there are no restaurants or bars on the way. The nearest shop is about 15 mins away as the closest one is closed. But would have been cheap enough to get a taxi into Vilamoura. Would have also been nice to have a cleaner giving the length of time we stayed. However overall absolutley loved the apartment and would recommend would just explain location distance to people first.

Excellent property

We had a fantastic stay here. The property is fantastic, much larger that the photos suggest. The gardens are beautiful and it was all so peaceful. Great location, a shop, restaurant and bar situated very close by or alternatively a 20 minute walk to the marina which is packed with restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes. Also we would recommend the dolphin safari, great couple of hours on a speed boat and we did get to see the dolphins which was amazing. Overall we would recommend this apparent and the area of Vilamora.

A Fabulous Apartment

Our family has been holidaying in Vilamoura annually for 15 years. We love the place. Alain's apartment is the best accommodation we've had the pleasure to stay in. Modern, spacious, comfortable, a beautiful garden and pool, a peaceful and tranquil setting and equipped with all necessary equipment. We will be back, hopefully next year. Only a five minute walk to a local Spar minimarket, Parky's bar and a cafe. Only a 20 minute walk to the glorious Marina and all its amenities, and a 20 minute walk to the stunning Falesia Beach. Taxis are cheap if you don't fancy the walk. Along the N125, it's a ten minute drive to Aquashow, a 15 minute drive to Albufeira Marina, a 20 minute drive to the Algarve Shopping Mall, a 25 minute drive to Zoomarine, a 30 minute drive to Aqualand and a 35 minute drive to Slide And Splash. If you like Motorsport, do visit the International Circuit of the Algarve, which is an incredible facility in the hills between Portimao and Lagos. It has one of the best Karting tracks in Europe. We loved every minute of our three-week holiday at Alain's apartment. Thanks for your hospitality, Alain.

Lovely apartment on outskirts of Vilamoura

Beautifully presented apartment with the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!! Apt a good 20 min walk from marina with the advantage of peace and quiet. Probably need a car if you don’t like walking although taxi service very efficient.

Fantastic place to stay

Alain was the perfect host, easy check in process and gave us all the information we needed in advance. The apartment is huge and very clean and modern. Alain left us a delicious bottle of local wine in the fridge on arrival which was a welcoming touch. Lovely complex with a pool less than 75metres from the terrace. The marina and beach are a 15-20min walk and the best Don Pedro golf courses are within 10minute drives. Can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend.

A great family holiday

This is the second consecutive year that we have stayed at Alain's fantastic little holiday home and we will be going back again next year. It's got great access to the Marina and beaches but is also far away enough to offer a bit of peace and tranquillity.

Superb.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week from 28th July. It is modern and well equipped with everything that you would need. Lovely terraced area looking onto the garden and a very short walk to the pool. Would highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic apartment!! 5 star

Fantastic ground floor property right beside a spacious pool. Located a 20min walk to the marina this place is ideal for those who a quiet relaxing holiday. It is a home from home with everything in the apartment that you’ll need to really enjoy a superb holiday. A car isn’t necessary as shops & bars are a 10min stroll. We stayed for 3 weeks June/ July 2018 & it absolutely flew by but thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it & were sad to leave. Alain’s apartment is impeccable, spacious & is truly worth a visit even if it is only for a short break, you’ll not want to go home. We hope to return again next year as it was one best holidays we’ve had in Vilamoura/ Quarteira! Thanks again Alain! Kind Regards Louise & Brendan

Very enjoyable family holiday

The complex was perfect for myself, wife and two children under six. The apartment is very large, attractive and comfortable whilst the sun is on the rear terrace until late afternoon. The swimming pools were very clean and never crowded. We had it to ourselves on several occasions. The location is ideal for both the beach and marina although a car is definitely recommended. Both Alain and the maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Stunning,Fabulous place to holiday for young & old

Arrived at this apartment on the 15th July 2016, and wow what an amazing apartment, it is well worth 5 star. Absolutely stunning and so convenient to the Marina, local shops, restaurants and bars. The outside grounds are stunning, everything is kept so well, from the gardens to around the pool area. Alain Pidou the owner is so helpful and was always at the other end of the line should you require him. HIghly recommended for young and old, very secure gated luxury apartment, can't wait to come back here again, thank you Alain xx

Belle prestation dans un endroit très calme

Situé dans une petite résidence à l'écart du bruit et l'agitation de Quarteira, l'appartement est grand, récent, modern, propre et bien équipé. Vous pouvez également profiter d'une terrasse extérieure, d'une petite piscine et d'une mini salle de sport. Contrairement à l'appartement, la piscine n'est pas très bien équipée avec seulement 5 parasols, pris d'assaut tôt le matin par le familles. Le seul véritable problème c'est les moustiques qui sont présents en abondance. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et commerces de proximité, ainsi qu'une plage dans un rayon de 30 min à pied, mais il vous faudra une voiture pour bien profiter de la région, car les plus belles plages de Algarve sont assez éloignées. La communication avec le propriétaire était très bonne.

Très bien

Conforme à la description, l’appartement ne manque de rien, un peu isolé mais proche commodités quand même. Beaucoup de moustique tigre cette année dans cette région. Certains propriétaires à la piscine vous font sentir qu’ils sont prioritaire sur nous vacanciers c’est dommage.
