This large 160 m2 gite offers quality services, a sober and careful decor, and has a private terrace with garden. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
This cottage is located in the outbuildings of a great Charentaise that we inhabit. There are 2 other gites available for rent (see our website La Charmaie in Aigrefeuille d'Aunis)
We will therefore be present on your arrival / departure and remain at your disposal for any information needs throughout your stay
It has 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and adjoining private bathroom (Italian shower) and WC
1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed
1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm
A second bathroom with a large Italian shower and WC
Beds made on arrival, towels available.
A dining area with fully fitted and equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, American fridge (ice cubes, crushed ice, freezer, etc.), washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker. ..
Table + iron, clothes line, vacuum cleaner ...
Hair dryer.
In summer you can have lunch on the terrace: table, chairs, barbecue and Chilean to rest
A lounge area with a large sofa and large TV, DVD player, Wii games, free internet access ...
Cleaning provided at end of stay.
For babies and on request, provision of high chair, travel cot.
