At the heart of Lanslevillard and Val Cenis, near the Vanoise National Park, we offer a detached village house with high housing new range (winter 2016) for 9 people, spacious, comfortable and quiet, away from large complexes and tourist areas for a relaxing stay.
In winter: 300m from the gondola of Val Cenis le Haut, Ski School gathering, daycare, indoor swimming pool, 50 meters from the shuttle that connects the villages and close to shops (bakery, grocery, butcher, tourist office ...)
The summer: Departure of many walks and hikes.

Great base to go skiing in Val Cenis

Lovely house, perfectly suited for two families of four. Ludo the host was attentive and has a really lovely house. Plenty of toilets and bathrooms, great showers, comfortable beds, blackout electric shutters on all windows, amazing boot room downstairs with heated racks for boots/gloves/hats etc. Perfect base from which to go skiing. Bakery 30 second walk away too for morning croissants & baguettes for sandwich making. Literally the only slight negative was the lack of 'comfy' seats in lounge area to flop on after a day's skiing but that's being picky. A fantastic skiing holiday rental, thank you Ludo.

Lovely Chalet, a few minor flaws

The property is great, comfy, modern, spacious, and I would stay again. Having to pay a large cash deposit is annoying though amd there should really have been soap in the bathrooms/kitchen when we arrived, hence only 4 stars for cleanliness

Excellent accommodation

Helpful owner - replied to our messages promptly and answered all our questions. High quality furnishings and smart decor. A treat to stay here - very smart. Perfectly clean. Beautiful views of the mountains. Fully equipped, even raclette and fondue equipment provided. Welcome treats from the owner were much appreciated! Handy to have so many bathrooms and toilets when lots of you are getting ready to go out skiing in the morning. The basement has boot and glove warmers and plenty of space for everyone to get ready. We also made use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. Everything we needed was there e.g. pegs for the drying rack. We went out a couple of evenings to very good restaurants nearby and the shops were very close. Easy to walk a few minutes to the boulangerie every morning for delicious fresh bread and croissant. Spar 5 mins as well. You can walk for 10 mins to the pistes but we decided to drive to make if easier for the children. Found parking every day. Val Cenis ski area suited us very well as intermediate and beginner skiers. Stopped for a crêpe and a drink a few times - the farm bar and the crêperie on the Escargot run. Children enjoyed ski school, we had excellent private lessons through ESF, children liked the snowpark near the crêperie. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation. NB the owner only speaks French so someone in your group needs to speak good French. We loved our stay here.

Impressive, well located accommodation.

The accommodation was excellent and very well situated in the beautiful village. Only yards from national walking routes and an excellent bakery. The village is small, but has a wealth of attractions eiyher within or close by. Would definitely book again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Ludovic. La maison est très confortable avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre. La navette pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques, la boulangerie et l'office de tourisme sont au bout de la rue Ludovic est serviable et sympathique

Appartement très bien équipé

Accueil parfait, bons échanges, et adaptation du propriétaire aux imprévus de la vie. Nous l'en remercions. Appartement très bien équipé, très bien conçu, avec local intégré à la buanderie pour entreposer le matériel. Permettant une bonne gestion des enfants, avec également possibilité de s'isoler (nous étions trois couples, et l'intimité de chacun fut préservé). Chauffage parfaitement réglé, ni trop chaud, ni froid. Eau chaude en quantité suffisante pour 10 personnes, sans se restreindre. Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Emplacement à proximité des commerces essentiels, à deux pas des pistes, des loueurs de ski, de l'office du tourisme, et à 50 m à pied, des navettes et bus de la station. Nous avons tous passé une très agréable semaine.

Pas assez près des pistes de ski mais une superbe terrasse ensoleillée avec vue imprenable sur la Dent Parrachée. Ceci compense cela. Je recommanderai cet hébergement à mes amis. compense cela.

Parfait

Location tout simplement parfaite et idéale pour venir avec une grosse famille ou comme nous entre amis, parents et 2 ados chacun. Tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances, les grandes pièces, les chambres - salle d'eau - toilettes séparées. Pour le ski, le local du bas permet de tout ranger et sécher, on ne salit pas les pièces de vie. Proche commerces et navette pour rejoindre les pistes. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires avec une petite attention à l'arrivée, merci encore. Un seul défaut : ce n'est pas notre résidence secondaire.
