The apartment located in Venice, in the district of Santa Croce, near the ancient church of San Simeon Grande.
The apartment is in a central area very easy to reach from the train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal of Venice) and very well connected to every area of the city. Most of the attractions are walking distance from the apartment however there is also at less than 100 meters from the apartment the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" from where you can reach any place in Venice without having to walk.
The apartment is large (130 square meters) and has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with all comforts, three 51 inch televisions, air conditioning and wi-fi. There are 2 bedroom with King size (each bedroom also has a single bed). Each bedroom has a 51 inch smart TV, AC and free wifi. There is a spacious living room with 51 inch flat TV, AC and free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, etc.), a dining room and large bathroom.

Ideal Location to Enjoy Venice

Large apartment in a fantastic area, near train, bus station, as well as the Vaporetto stop close by. Welcomed at the Vaporetto stop, taken to the apartment and made sure we had a good restaurant to eat and drink. Very clean, well equipped and near great restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended.

The property is in an excellent location for wandering around Santa Croce. The apartment was clean & well equipped. The only downside is the noise from the nearby accommodations at all hours. If you want a peaceful break, this is not the apartment for you.

Large, clean and conveniently located

We really appreciated Costante's help in ensuring that we were able to locate her home and making certain we were met at an easy to find place. This is not an easy feat in Venice. The apartment was immaculate spacious and well ,located. Our stay was short, but I certain would stay there agin if I travelled to Venice. Thank you Constante!

Great place, great location and Costante the owner was very helpful

Great location to Rialto and St Marks square. Catch the orange route Acqualuna from the airport to guglie and you literally have a 10 min stroll to the apartment. Close to bars, restaurants and low cost takeaway if that’s your thing. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean with two nice bedrooms, separate lounge, kitchen and dining room. TVs in all rooms, washer and dishwasher both worked and supplied with tablets etc. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great area

We have never been to Venice before but we loved this area. It was far enough away from the crowds to offer peace and tranquillity but easy access to everything via waterbus/taxi or walking. The apartment has everything you need and we were greeted very speedily and pleasantly on arrival. The owner was very helpful with everything. A couple of minor cosmetic issues prevented 5 stars but we would definitely come back to this apartment again.

What a beautiful stay

Costante was a brilliant host and so helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was fab and even larger than we expected once we got there plus it kept so warm which was a blessing with the icey weather outside. The apartment is the perfect distance out of the main part of Venice to feel like you're not being a typical tourist and staying so close to the Rialto bridge, but a beautiful short walk in and close to all the restaurants and hotels meaning you'll naturally see a lot more of Venice. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! Georgia and Lewis

Totally unsafe for young children!

The apartment looks great in the online photos and met a lot our expectations. Our host, Costante, was friendly and accommodating only until we had cause to complain, when he chose to ignore my email! The apartment was spacious and well equipped BUT we were horrified to discover that: - Two electrical sockets were hanging off the wall (one in the living room at toddler height, one in the bathroom above the washbasin). - One of the curtain poles in the living room was not secured and narrowly avoided landing on our heads when we tried to close the curtains. - The toilet lid was not connected to the seat, and so couldn't be closed. - The clips securing the kickboard below the kitchen cupboards were broken, so that it kept falling on our toes! -Some of the outside window shutters were impossible to close (and the curtains were too flimsy to keep out the light.) - One of the single beds we had requested proved to be a damaged, fold-up, occasional bed, which collapsed on the first night! We didn't consider this to be at all satisfactory for a relatively expensive holiday rental and were most disappointed that the host chose not to respond to our complaints.

Delightful and beautifully spacious apartment, close to water taxi station and main sights

This is just a lovely apartment. There is no direct view of the canal but it is just round the corner from the River De Basio Water taxi station. Lots of restaurants and a great ice cream parlour (try the ginger ice cream) near by. The apartment itself is fantastic. It is on the first floor and is very light and spacious. Large bedrooms and a great living room and kitchen. All the facilities are excellent. It is ideally situated if you wish to get a water taxi or just wander around Venice. To be honest it is surprisingly easy to walk and although slightly outside the centre it takes no time to get down to St Mark's Square or all the other major sights. I really have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this apartment or where it is situated. Federica, Costante's assistant was excellent. Sending us directions and helping us to find the apartment and waiting for us when we were delayed in our arrival. A real joy and a great find. Thank you.

Spacious,stylish,comfortable and convenient

Great apartment in a brilliant location,it was very easy to explore this beautiful city,which has so much to offer,a wonder around every corner,returning to the apartment and taking advantage of the very local amenities.Great Supermarket,bars and eateries within an easy stroll.Highly recommended,thank you Costante.

Pleasant stay

2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We were there for only a very short time but the place was just as listed. Very clean. Good communication. She let us keep our bags in the apartment until 12:30pm the following day while we were still exploring.

Charming spot for first time in Venice

Spacious and clean, loved the 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. Great kitchen. Nice AC except livingroom unit hose needed to be connected better to the wall. Convenient, quiet location. It was so nice to be met at the pier and an easy walk with all our luggage to the apartment .We would certainly stay there again.

Big place could sleep 10

Beautiful place a bit out of the way but nice and quiet. I feel we were robbed for the tourist tax but not sure it was a bit confusing and I can seem to get the host to respond.
