Located in a small quiet hamlet but 2 minutes by car from the small town of Mussidan with its four supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants. The park of the house is fenced and private like the swimming pool secured by a fence and a gate. There is a ground floor bedroom with a large bed and on the mezzanine a large bed and a single bed. A large shower room is separate from the toilet. You have a barbecue to fully enjoy the great outdoors and nature. The cottage is air conditioned.

Exploring the region

Great location if you want to explore! one direction is long sandy beaches, the other beautiful cobbled street villages and towns full of history and lovely food. host was welcoming and gite very clean

Perfect Holiday

We have just spent 12 nights in this charming gite. It was spotless throughout and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a wonderful way to stay cool during the hot days and evenings and the availability of bikes and other outdoor games really added to our enjoyment, especially for my two boys. The owner and his girlfriend could not have been more helpful or hospitable. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances parfaites à se reposer dans cette charmante petite maison disposant de tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire ainsi que d'une piscine privative dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et recharger ses batteries !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. La jolie maison est très propre et comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement la piscine compte tenu de la période très chaude vécue durant notre séjour. La région est magnifique et regorge de belles voies vertes permettant de belles escapades à vélo. Tout était donc réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci beaucoup à David.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons trouvé une maison comme on aime à la campagne. Balades à pied à faire tout autour . Des grandes surfaces à proximité. David est un hôte très disponible et conciliant . Très facile à joindre et tout proche de la maison donc s'il y a un souci , il est là au plus vite . La maison est bien agencée et bien équipée. La piscine est bien clôturée ( un plus pour les enfants ) .

Clean and spacious home with private pool

Our family of 4 (2 children) greatly enjoyed our relaxing 2 week stay at David's home. Nicely equipped with bbq, private pool, wifi and bikes mafe available. The Kids are missing picking apples and feeding them to the friendly horse on the other side of the fence. The owner resides in a neighboring house on the property, the tenants next-door are quiet and discrete . Lovely tranquil vacations . Thank you David and your girlfriend Angie for your nice welcome and kind hospitality.

Séjour paisible au coeur de la Dordogne

Ancienne grange bien rénovée, piscine privée ; grand terrain. Convient à une famille avec 2 ou 3 grands enfants (mezzanine). Village très calme et proche des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, boucherie-traiteur). Situation du gîte permettant de rayonner pour découvrir le Périgord ou Bordeaux. Propriétaire accueillant et discret qui habite dans le village.

Tranquillité totale

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison est dans un lieu dit très mignon et très calme. La tranquillité est totale aussi bien pour se reposer que pour profiter de l'extérieur entre amis ou en famille sans avoir peur de déranger. La piscine est idéale et les propriétaires sympathiques, discrets pendant le séjour et arrangeants. Je recommande !

Une jolie maison dans le Perigord

Un séjour très agréable, dans une maison propre et confortable agencée avec gout et un piscine bien appréciable avec les 38 degrés durant notre semaine. De plus là où est située la maison à côté du village de Sourzac permet de faire de belles balades vers Sarlat, découvrir les environs de Catelnaud en Montgolfière.
