100 square meters, high ceilings of 3.10 m and 4 large windows give this apartment a feeling of space and volume. It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a typical 4-story building in Valencia and overlooks a square in the center of Valencia.
Spacious and bright rooms that welcome you in a highly modern comfort (Broadband Wifi, cable flat screen TV with over 80 national and international channels).
Very large kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped - there is even a medicine cabinet and a sewing kit for small 'hiccups' in life :). In fact, we tried to think of everything you might need for you to have a comfortable, pleasant and safe!

Lovely apartment

This place is very well situated on a busy street about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The shutters are so effective we were not really bothered by noise. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need for either a short or long stay.

Great apartment

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in lovely area within walking distance of most attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all nearby. The Turia river bed gardens and beach are a short bus journey away. Host was very accommodating allowing us an early check in after our early flight. Having left items at the apartment on our departure, the host kindly posted these to me free of charge. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

Great apt and location

We were so lucky to find this gem in a truly Valencian quarter of the city- not touristy, safe, well located, easy walk or bus to the old center. In the flat all the commodities you could need for a family holiday, we had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday here. We will visit again for sure.

Lovely well appointed but very noisy strett

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Well furnished, great beds and linen. Big drawback noise from outside. A bar below open till late. Bins below emptied early. Traffic noise. And don't be there when they empty the glass container!!!!

A nice week in Valencia

The property is in a quieter area full of families and locals as opposed as tourists. It is well situated for walking to major part of the city. 5 minutes away there is a metro station. The only thing is it can sometimes be a bit noisy but there is a rear bedroom to retreat to. Loli is an excellent hostess and really cares about her visitors. We had one mishap on a Sunday. Not knowing how the door security worked we managed to lock ourselves out. However, Loli came to the rescue and was very responsive in arranging for us to be let back in. Her local contact, Roberto was very helpful. Loli also kept in touch during the week. In all, we had a great week. Sylvie & Ray

Great Place to Stay

A lovely apartment on a busy crossroads with a number 9 bus into central Valencia very close and a tabac (where you can buy bus tickets) next door. El Pederniz restaurant is recommended for eating out. Tourist Information is a short walk away at Joaquin Sorolla train station where staff were helpful. Our only problem: we speak no Spanish and Elba, who greeted us on our arrival, speaks no English so Google Translate was the only means of communication.

Great sized apartment and has everything you'll need

Stayed here in July for a week, 2 parents, 1 child. Apartment and has everything you'll need especially if you like to cook. 3 bedrooms and shower room are ideal. Living room has plenty of entertainment options if you're going to be in. Downstairs there's a nice little cafe/bar that's open until late so you can always get a snack or drink. Supermarket very close as well, and lots of fruit shops. Location is a little bit outside of the main central area but only by about 10 minutes on foot, or bus if you prefer. We ended up eating out locally as there's lots to choose from round about the apartment but you can walk/bus further afield easily enough. Jesus is the best Metro stop and you can get 10 journeys for 7~8 Euro. This was fine for us for the whole week. Only downside was the noise from the traffic outside the apartment (and neighbors dog nearby) - it was very hot so had the windows open all the time and it could get quite noisy during the day/evening/early morning. Air-con is there but we kept it to a minimum - excessive electricity usage will be extra so we didn't use it too much, but i'm told you get enough allowance to be comfortable - just don't use it 24/7. Overall very good apartment, if a bit noisy, but its a city center so that's to be expected.

Lovely apartment close to Valencia centre

The apartment is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable yet stylish. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathroom lovely. It is 15-20 minutes walk from centre, and quiet at night , in a pleasant neighbourhood. Bakery and supermarket on the doorstep so easy to get breakfast and any other shopping you need. Elba who was there to welcome us was very friendly, managed to understand each other without much Spanish. The apartment was ideal for us, plenty of room in three double bedrooms, and location good if you don't want to be right in the centre of town.

Perfect break in Valencia

The apartment was perfect for us. It was beautifully clean, very homey and kitted out with everything we needed. It had plenty of storage and comfortable beds. We travelled with our 3 children and felt very safe there. The locals were all very friendly. Roberto met us at the apartment and he was lovely and helpful. Valencia itself is a beautiful city. It was small enough that we could walk almost everywhere. The beach was an easy journey using metro & tram. The beach was quiet and very clean. Also the journey too and from the airport was easy on the metro with the nearest metro station to the apartment only being a short walk away. We would definitely look at coming back and staying in Loli’s apartment again. We went for our daughters16th birthday and Loli even arranged for a beautiful cake to be there for our arrival which was very much appreciated. Thank you Loli.

Real Valencia

This property is absolutely amazing. Not only is it immaculate but it is so spread out and each person staying there has his or her own privacy and beautiful room. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the linens were so crisp, cool and clean and smelled divine. The living area is spacious and looks out in these wonderful windows and doors and the dining area is beautiful as well. The kitchen is inviting and has everything you could ask for And the bathroom is larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very nice. lots of hot water and no problems with maintenance in anyway. The VRBO is in a very safe neighborhood, with lots of nice neighbors and fun places to walk. There is a market right around the corner and there’s a pastry shop right around the corner and there are several local bars right around the corner. It was truly of Valencia stay as a real Spanish vacation. The owner and operator is very open and in contact constantly, and we had no problems whatsoever. If you want to get a taste of real Spain and a beautiful area, this is the place. Transportation using the bus or Metro or Ubers or taxis is very easy. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful gem in Valencia.

Excellent place to stay!

This apartment surpassed our expectations. The host Loli is super friendly, helpful, accommodating and responds very quickly. She provided a lot of helpful and useful information. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and there are large wardrobes for your clothes. The apartment building is quiet and located close to bus stops and subway stations. We like to walk and often it would take just as long to walk as it would to take transportation. It is very easy to get to Malvarrosa beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. There are grocery stores, fruit and vegetable stands and bakeries minutes from the flat. This apartment felt like a family vacation home and not a rental. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Location

The best thing is that it is not in a tourist area. Fairly close to the city centre. Possibly the best thing is the bar next door. We had a great time engaging with the locals and making new friends. Fruit shop and supermarket all within a stones throw. The beach at El Cabanyal is not too far away, and a beautiful beach it is.

What a lovely Flat in a beautiful city

We were in Valencia for the first time and looked for an apartment for a while and found one at Loli's. The apartment is super nice, as everyone else has already described. There were 5 of us in the family from Berlin and we felt very comfortable. The check-in time could be arranged individually with Roberto (Loli's very nice employee). Loli often asked via WhatsApp whether we had arrived safely in Valencia. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a bar (cafeteria). We are night owls and the bar doesn't bother us, the noise is normal. The living room has air conditioning (you have to empty the condensate if you use the system a lot - but it's not a problem at all), the kitchen is big, and you can also sit comfortably in the living room. In the chamber there is a parasol for the beach, a vacuum cleaner and an iron - everything you need! We felt like home. After we left, we forgot our phone charger in the apartment and Roberto sent it back to us to Berlin. Valencia is a very beautiful city and we can highly recommend Loli's apartment. The location is perfect!! All the best to Loli and Roberto. Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Valencia.
