Large, Comfy, and Welcoming

We stayed at the property for four days during the Django Reinhardt festival. The apartment is very spacious - the entire level is what you rent. We had a family of four in the space and had plenty of room to spread out. Sophie is very responsive and helpful. The flat is perfectly located to walk into the Chateau and explore the town or forest. If you can, definitely check out the market in the town square - so many fresh items to buy!!

Bel appartement bien situé à Fontainebleau

Nous avons été ravis de retrouver l'appartement de Sophie dans lequel nous avions déjà eu la joie de séjourner. Il est confortable, chaleureux, bien équipé et seulement à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces et du château. Merci encore à Sophie, qui a préparé notre arrivée avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Bel appartement spacieux

Un bel appartement avec de grands espaces, avec une déco qui a un cachet. On sent que par périodes des gens vivent vraiment dans ce lieu contrairement à de nombreux Airbnb à la déco passe-partout. Les grandes chambres et le grand salon meublés pour laisser l'espace se déployer sont fort agréables. La cuisine est tout aussi spacieuse. La salle de bains a un petite douche, qui nous allait très bien. Vraiment très agréable. La communication avec la gérante, par messages, est hyper simple et attentionnée. On se sent vraiment accueillis. Notez juste que la construction est dans des matériaux isolant peu du bruit : on entend voitures ou passants, et aussi d'une pièce à l'autre. Peut-être que des doubles vitrages aideraient. Mais aucun de souci de voisinage. On y retournerait.

Lovely, central, spacious two bedroom apartment.

Spent a very pleasant 5 nights in Madame Gauthier's two bedroom Fontainebleau apartment. Clean, spacious, airy rooms. Large separate kitchen, living room/dining room and two bedrooms, all with attractive views onto street and roof tops or a green garden to the back. Madame Gauthier was a very responsive landlady, present in town, yet respected our privacy. One of the highlights of our stay was inviting her for tea in her own apartment, where it was a pleasure to make her acquaintance, and we hope to stay in touch with her on future visits to Fontainebleau.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux.

Un bel appartement, bien agencé et à la deco contemporaine, tout en conservant le charme de l’ancien. D’une propreté irréprochable. Idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du centre et du château. Et, ce qui est un vrai plus, Sophie est particulièrement disponible, tout en étant discrète. Elle est aussi d’une grande flexibilité. Ainsi, on se sent vraiment en vacances, sans contrainte, mais aussi un peu comme chez soi. Bref, on s’y sent bien! Merci Sophie!

Lovely flat in a great location

Eine sehr schöne, helle und geräumige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Sophie ist eine wirklich unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Sie hat uns spät Abends vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für meine kleine Tochter (fast 2 Jahre) sogar Töpfchen, Babybadewanne & Co. besorgt. Sophie, vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine à Fontainebleau. L'appartement est très agréable. Clair, spacieux, et bien agencé, il associe le charme de l'ancien et une décoration sympathique qui apporte une touche personnelle. Il est en outre bien équipé et très propre. Il est situé dans une rue calme à quelques minutes à pied des rues piétonnes du centre ou du château. Possibilité de se garer dans le quartier pour un prix forfaitaire raisonnable (10 € la semaine). A recommander vivement !

Schöne helle Wohnung - Appartement trés bel et grand

Wir haben 3 Tage mit drei Kindern in dieser wunderschönen sehr großen hellen Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen tollen Bäcker/Patisserie sowie Supermarkt und Apotheke ganz in der Nähe. Sophie, die Vermieterin hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und umsorgt und uns sogar Kinderspielzeug rausgesucht! -Danke! Sie vermietet die Wohnung erst seit kurzem, viele Gebrauchsgegenstände sind neu. Alles in allem: einfach prima! Je l'essaie aussi en francais: On a passé trois jours avec trois enfants dans cet appartement très joli, trés grand et lumineux et se sentait très à l'aise. Il y a une bonne boulangerie/patisserie et aussi supermarché et pharmacie très proche. Sophie, la proprietaire, nous a acueillie très chaleureuse et même posé des jouets pour les enfants! - Merci! Elle vient de commencer à louer l'appartement, plusieurs choses d'utilisation sont neufs. En total: Super!
