Lovely stay

Spacious and clean holiday home with great facilities and close to a number of restaurants and a little shop. Maria our host was most helpful and even let us check out later than permitted without extra charge or fuss. Would recommend

Fab half term family holiday 🌞

Lovely clean and well equipped Villa in a quiet residential location. 6 adults and 2 children. Easy walk down to the sea. Maria stocked us up with loads of essentials and a big bowl of fresh fruit. La Terraza restaurant/bar is lovely and the Spar and bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Old Town Alcúdia and the Marina area with sandy beach are just a short bus journey away. Market day is Tuesday in Alcúdia old town - lovely crafts, food, clothes and handbags 👍

Perfect

We had the most amazing time. The villa was perfect for our family. It had every amenity possible. The fridge was stocked for our first morning after arriving late. There was a plethora of beach umbrellas, chairs, picnic box, ice blocks and snorkelling equipment. A gym, fully equipped kitchen, immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. The balconies afford views of the island coastline and sparkling seas. Fresh lemons grow on the trees and perfect veranda and pool set in the lovely garden. Five minutes from a shop, quiet restaurants and the sea front. We hired a car and it was central enough to explore the island. Absolutely perfect. Many thanks to Maria. An absolutely perfect host xxx

Fantastic place to stay

I was staying in this property to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Alcudia. They were very helpful, allowing me to check in early and were really accommodating. We arrived to food in the fridge amongst other lovely gestures. The villa is very spacious and well kept. There are shops and bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this villa to anyone!!

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed,it was in a nice quiet area which was fine for us.Maria was a wonderful host,always helpful and even gave us a traditional Majorcan cake when we left.We would highly recommend the villa,although there were only two of us there was plenty of room for families or groups of friends.

Lovely Villa

We stayed August 2023 and found the villa perfect for a family with teenagers. The host was helpful and friendly and left lots of lovely food for when we arrived. The pool is deep and just the right size for teens. Good local bus route which finishes mid evening, about 40 mins walk to the port if staying out later. Local Spar handy , although we found the staff grumpy! Would stay here again

Wonderful week in Mallorca

We spent a fantastic week in the height of the summer in this lovely villa. Maria was a great host who was there when we arrived and had stocked the fridge for us so we didn't have to dash out after a day of travelling. The area is quiet and just a short walk (5mins) from the coast where there are a few restaurants and a SPAR shop. We had a lovely time and I can't recommend Maria and her villa enough :-) Muchas gracias!!!

Wonderful Villa and excellent Host in Maria.

Arrival slightly unusual due my being admitted to hospital early on day we were due to arrive. Maria arranged to stay late to ensure the rest of family were settled in. The excellent A/C and fans helped keep the villa comfortable despite the soaring temperature. Everyone was very pleased with all the facilities and especially when Maria cooked them a traditional meal one evening. Excellent villa wonderful host, what more can you say. Just sorry I missed it.

Lovely stay, wiuld highly recommend

The villa was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and with all of the utiities needed for our holiday. Quiet, residential area, only 5min walk to the bus stop where the local bus service into Alcudia was very reliable. Maria was an excellent host who responded very quickly to all of our questions and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxed stay in Alcanada

We have recently spent 10 days in this villa, very spacious with 4 double bedrooms and a lovely private pool which we spent most days around. Maria the owner was great and any problems we had we just sent her a message and she dealt with it straightaway. It was great to have plenty of towels including beach towels. Maria left us with fresh fruit and a few fresh groceries in the fridge which we appreciated with arriving late. There is a Spar shop 5 minutes away which we visited everyday for the freshly baked baguettes and croissants. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road which takes you to Alcudia port where there are loads of restaurants. The beach in Alcudia is a sandy beach which is lovely

Amazing

My family and I rented villa for 10 night, we had an amazing holiday. The property is ideally located in quiet residential area but within mins walk from beach, short walk to bus stop to go shopping or out for meals in Alcudia. We had 17 year old and two 19year olds with us and there was plenty room for everyone. Pool beautiful, outdoor space lovely had barbecue one evening. Maria our host was very welcoming had fridge filled with milk cheese etc as we arrived late evening. She was available for any queries and very helpful . We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house and great location

From the first minute to the last our stay could not have been better. The house is just beautiful, a wonderful master bedroom with en-suite and balcony, and 3 other double rooms. The living area was comfy and inviting though we spent most time outside around the pool. The pool was great, and got the sun all day. Just a short 2 min walk to the coast. Maria the host was amazing. Great communication, and could not have done more for us. There was so much wonderful food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and he husband and daughter were there to show us round and answer any questions. Great Wi-Fi, has BBQ, modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine with pods. Thank you so much Maria, we will definitely be back!

Great experience

Fabulous location and friendly host. Everything provided for our children to make the holiday easy, such as high chairs, and cots with linen. Lovely pool, great garden for dining in with its own lemon and lime trees. Short walk to small beach cove and restaurant, but also only a short taxi drive to the port with a great family friendly beach and vast choice for dining out. We had an amazing time and hope to be back. Thank you

Tremendous

The villa is very comfortable and like a home from home. My family and I have stayed in numerous villas in Alcanada as it is one of our favourite holiday destinations and this was by far our favourite. The home contains everything and more a family needs and we had absolutely no complaints. Maria the owner is very friendly and a lovely person, Communication with her from booking to departure was excellent. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely large house with pool near Alcudia

Property was clean and we were met by the owners on arrival easily. Great communication. Loved the pool! Plenty of deckchairs and shady space too. All rooms have air conditioning. 4 large double rooms, one of which we set up as twins for kids (5&2). Lots of toys in the garage and space to park and even a gym! Beautiful jasmine plant in garden and lemon tree. Cala Poncet small sandy beach a short walk away and Alcanada beach a little further which we didn’t like much as not sandy but very near to Port D’Alcudia and Port Pollensa both beautiful beaches and places to eat etc. Parents/brother walked to Alcudia in about 40 mins but too far for small children. Visited La Terraza restaurant but the service was terrible which let it down as the food was nice but too expensive. Lots of nice options in nearby Port Alcudia.

Alcudia Villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is clean and family friendly. Previous reviews are accurate. Maria is so helpful, thoughtful and caring. Plenty of room in the villa and outside. Pool very clean and fun. A car can be parked outside or in the garage. Everything you need is in the villa. Aircon in all the bedrooms. Remember though that tourist tax is payable now in Majorca. Check Tripadvisor for advice on eating places. We had great meals every night using this.

Youngsters & Elders Family holiday - June 2019

Would we stay here again? absolutely! The property owner (Maria) is lovely & very helpful. We were a group of 6 adults & 1 baby. We all enjoyed our stay in this property although only 1 bedroom was en-suite. The others are shared facilities & the shower to the downstairs bedroom is small. The pool is quite small but enough for our needs although it gets deep quickly so may not be suitable for families with small children. There are a couple of things that would have improved our stay. 1 - information about the plug in mosquito repellent would have been useful as we were all bitten substantially the first night. 2. There needs to be 2 bath towels supplied for each bathroom/shower. Some of the towels were more like hand towels. Other than that there are plenty of crockery /Glasses /Cutlery/Utensils etc. La Terraza is an excellent Bistro just 5 minutes walk away with beautiful seaviews. We were impressed with both the food & service in the Bistro & felt it was reasonable value for money. However, the same could not be said about the restaurant & we were disappointed.

The property is in a beautiful part of the island. The house was very clean and had enough room for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed the walk down to the beach. Maria and the family are nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to chill out.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Maria couldn't have been more helpful.

When we first arrived we were unsure about the location but Alcanada is away from the main part of Alcudia and it was perfect for us. It has a small beach with a great bar with terrific views next to it. Two of our party were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they went to the up-market restaurant nearby and had a very nice meal.. Alcudia Port was walkable and we all went in a few times. The old town was really nice but a bit more of a stretch. The little supermarket nearby was, as expected, not cheap, but we had a car for a couple of days and stocked up at the main supermarket which was much more reasonable. All in all we had a great holiday helped by perfect weather.

Large Family House with Excellent Facilities

We recently stayed in this property as a family group of three adult couples. House was excellent with a large bedroom for each couple with private bath/shower room. Even had a spare double leftover. Quiet location but only a mile from Port D'Alcudia, very easy to drive or walk too. Ideal for cylcing to if you feel energetic. Pool was good, although only abot 8 metres long, but deep, 1.5-1.8 metres. Maybe not ideal for small children. Ownwer, Maria, was helpful and unobtrusive, although communiaction was via Gogle Translate App it all wnet well.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief problemlos. Einziges Manko: die Besitzer sprechen ausschließlich spanisch. Aber mit Google Übersetzer ging es ganz gut. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage inmitten einer Ferien/Wohnhaussiedlung. Ein fussläufig erreichbarer Supermarkt, wäre wünschenswert.
