The pool is wonderful, a real place to rest and keep healthy. Thanks to the mild climate of this part of the Mediterranean you can swim from the first week of May until the end of October. And you can also enjoy the sea which lies at a distance of a few minutes by foot. Even in fall water temperature of the Costa Blanca remains enjoyable.
The terrace is a also a great place. You can eat and enjoy the breeze of the Mediterranean and the view of the bay.
The apartment is ideal for four people, as it has two bedrooms, a dining room and two bathrooms. In the dining room there is a sofa bed. The house is very comfortable and there are fitted wardrobes in all rooms.
The kitchen has been renovated recently and is very well equipped with everything you need for a good stay.
The apartment is located in a residential complex where you will have access to tennis courts, mini football and basketball. There is also a playground for children.
The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Alicante, reachable by bus or car. Car owners have at their disposal a reserved covered parking space in the basement of the building.

Great stay in Albufereta

We're just back from a great stay at the property - all I can say is that we loved it and hope to go back. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony and car parking. It comes equipped with everything you will need. We loved the location and it's easy to get into Alicante or further afield - walk, bus or tram. And Isabel was a great help and was always available to speak to when we needed some advice.

A very lovely apartment

We were greeted by Isabel, Anna's friend, who was so friendly and helpful. We were given a travel card with 10 paid trips either by bus or tram in the Alicante area, not outside Alicante. We topped our card up when we left but im sure its not expected. The flat situated on the outskirts of Alicante city but only a 5 minute bus ride away on the number 22 The flat was clean and homely with more than enough appliances, cleaning materials, loo rolls and a cupboard full of games, tennis rackets, balls and basketballs The balcony is large, gets the afternoon sun and overlooks the gardens, pool and sea. There is another balcony to the back overlooking the mountains.r Supermarket 5/10 min walk away. There are ways to the apartment both via a steep hill.

That was a really good one!

dotat, plasat intr-o zona deosebita, cu o panorama minunata. Plaja la 2 pasi, efectiv, + o piscina imensa. Super usor de comunicat cu proprietarul. Despre Isabel, persoana de contact, numai cuvinte de lauda. Este foarte amabila si mie, personal, mi-a fost de mare ajutor. Pe scurt, daca vrei sa iti petreci vacanta in Alicante, acesta este un apartament care bifeaza cam tot ce ai nevoie. A very good apartment, well equipped, located in a special area, with a wonderful view. The beach is 2 steps away, actually, + a huge swimming pool. Super easy to communicate with the owner. About Isabel, the contact person, only words of praise. She is very kind and personally, she was a great help to me. In short, if you want to spend your vacation in Alicante, this is an apartment that ticks almost everything you need.

Nice and cozy place for relax by the sea and close to Alicante

We (2 adults and 2 kids) where very glad that we choose this exact appartement. There are 5 min walk to beach and 2 min down to bus for city ( takes 10-15 min) to promenade. Kitchen is well equiped and Ana arranged both water and orange juice for us on arrival! Her helper Isabel was helpfull and arrange key delivery and answered practical questions during our stay! Ther eare 15 min walk from nearest supermarket, however there is a small chineez minimakret near by - it closes around 22 but you can get small stuff like beer / vine and chips there. There was a card for tram in appartment, nice! Thanks for it. We charged it by TRAM underground automat in city and its only 10 - 20 or 30 trips you can buy a time! Apartment has a great view from balcony, as there is a pool downstair also! We rate this apartment as 5 stars - sine all was fine and we would really love to get back here some other time! Thanks for letting us stay to Ana and Izabel! :-)

Relaxing holidays

The apartment, its location close to the beach and the pool were amazing. Isabel who took care of the keys and gave us helpful tips for excursions was so lovely and could always be contacted when needed. She was really sweet! We went as a family and enjoyed every minute! We would like to come back!!

Vacances en famille avec toutes les commodités

Très bel appartement traverssant avec une belle vue et toutes les commodités nécessaires très grand balcon une place de parking sécurisée la résidence est très propre et présente toutes les commodités pour passer un excellent séjour piscine géante terrain sport pétanque et appareils de musculation du bruit la nuit du fait de la proximité de la route un air marin en permanence donc la chaleur est très supportable même en plein été la plage est à 300m très belle plage propre avec douche Appartement a 5mn en voiture d alicante ville superbe à visiter Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Jeg synes, at ferieboligen var godt indrettet og at svømmepøl, tennisbaner m.m. var perfekt.

Ferieboligen var godt indrettet med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser - godt for en familie med 2 teenagere. Lejligheden var også godt udstyret med møbler og køkkenudstyr, som kunne klare alle ønsker. Noget af det bedste var de dejlige stunder på terrassen med fin udsigt over Middelhavet og Alicante. Der var mange faciliteter knyttet til ferieboligen - garageanlæg, tennisbaner, boldbaner, en dejlig swimmingpool og et flot haveanlæg. Stranden lå ca, 5 minutter væk og der var gode og billige busforbindelser til og fra Alicante. Til de små daglige indkøb var der gode indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder tæt på ferieboligen. Alt i alt en dejlig ferie i en god lejlighed.

Great swimming pool

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Ana's apartment in Cisneros Blanca. We were welcomed by Isobel who was wonderful. The apartment was fully appointed and facilities like the swimming pool were world class. The beach was close by and it was easy to get to the CBD on the bus. The apartment ticked all our boxes and we had a good relaxing holiday there.

¡Genial! ¡Nos ha encantado!

El apartamento es perfecto. Tiene de todo. Y está súper limpio. Y la piscina es genial. Enorme y tranquila. Además siempre corre una brisa muy agradable, incluso cuando hace calor en la playa.

El apartamento es fabuloso, con 2 dormitorios muy amplios perfectamente equipados, dos baños amplios y súper cómodos, un salón espectacular con vistas al mar, una terraza impresionante desde donde se ve toda la bahía de Alicante y lo mejor de todo, la cocina, que está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y todo tipo de utensilios y tiene un acceso al exterior por donde se baja directamente a tú plaza de garaje. El piso es súper fresquito, no hace falta el aire acondicionado. La piscina es impresionante y el recinto espectacular y muy bien cuidado. Está muy cerquita de la playa. La playa es pequeñita y muy tranquila, con un chiringuito donde tienen de todo. Está muy cerca de Alicante centro y de San Juan, en definitiva es un apartamento perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones geniales en familia. Isabel es un sol de mujer que te ayuda en lo que necesites.

EXCEPTIONNEL!

très très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités, résidence au top, piscine magnifique,proche du centre ville et des plages, pas besoin de voiture, et surtout quelle vue!!!! sur la baie d’alicante. Merci Ana de nous avoir accueilli chez toi, et surtout merci Isabelle qui était au petit soins pour nous.

Le top. Appartement idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

L appartement est sur équipé. Tout à disposition, comme à la maison. (Papier de toilette, aspirateur, produits ménager, serviettes,etc. ) Une vue magnifique depuis le balcon, sur la mer et Alicante. Isabella qui se occupe de l accueil pour l appartement, est très sympa et serviable. Isabella donne pleins d informations pour visiter Alicante et ses environs. L appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de 2 supermarchés à moins de 15 minutes à pied, à l arrière de la propriété,vous avez une splendide vue sur LUCENTUM, des vestiges romaine à visiter absolument. La piscine de la propriété, est la taille d une piscine municipale. Avec un secouriste pour surveiller la baignade. Les commerçants à proximité sont très sympa. On a passé des vacances formidables. Je pense que nous reviendrons certainement un jour.

Good base for a holiday

We had a good holiday and the apartment was a good base for our golf holiday. The property was a good size for us as we had a lot of sporting equipment so needed the room. It was also reasonably close to the golf course so we were able to walk to it in 30mins. The facilities were good and there is a great sea view. Isabel who lives in the building and gave us the tour when we arrived was very nice. She couldn't do more for us, providing advice, arranging taxis, fixing the WIFI, and giving us jars of honey that her husband makes....

Agréablement bien

Magnifique appartement, on a passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé avec un bacon donnant sur une vue sur mer, bien placé et très propre. Situé entre le centre d'Alicante (10 min bus) et la plage de San Juan (5min par bus), d'ailleurs la plage d'Albufereta n'a rien a envier aux autres lieux touristiques. L'accueil était plus que chaleureux grâce notamment à Isabelle qui nous a bien orienté sur les différents lieu à visiter, en plus elle maîtrise assez bien la langue de Molière. Je remercie aussi Ana pour sa réactivité lors de la réservation, ce qui est sûr si je reviendrai un jour à Alicante c'est bien évidement dans cet appartement que je séjournerai. Merci

Appartement agréable avec une belle vue mer

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 150 mètres de la plage et tout proche des arrêts d'autobus/tram. La vue de la terrasse et très belle. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Un grand MERCI à Isabel qui nous a accueilli et qui nous a été d'une aide précieuse lors de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer

J'ai passé 13 nuits dans le très bel appartement d'Ana. J'ai été accueilli par sa formidable voisine Isabel qui était aux petits soins pour moi et de bons conseils pour les visites, les courses, les transports en commun.... L'appartement est situé près d'un arrêt de bus et à 10 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de tramway, qui vous emmène en 10 minutes au centre d'Alicante. La sympathique plage de l'albuferata n'est qu'à quelques pas ainsi que quelques commerces et restaurants. La propriété dispose également d'une (très) grande piscine, de cours de tennis, de terrains de basket, football et pétanque.Tout est réuni pour y passer un séjour sportif et agréable

Très belle Surprise.

Bel appartement avec une vue superbe sur la mer. El perfecto apartamento para una escapada

El apartamento esta muy muy cerquita de la playa y bien comunicado con autobus y tranvía para no tener que mover coche. La plaza de parking estupenda y cerca de la puerta. El apartamento es ESPECTACULAR bonito y practico. Camas estupendas y baños grandes, pero lo mejor sin duda la cocina y la terraza con las magnificas vistas a la playa y a la piscina. Correcto trato con la propietaria (ningún problema) y un magnifico trato por parte de Isabel quien nos recibió y ayudo en todo y más (mil gracias). Recomendable al 100%, todo tipo de facilidades.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar!

La playa no está masificada, la piscina es inmejorable, las vistas al mar desde la tarraza son increíbles pero lo mejor de todo es ISABEL, la persona que se encarga del alquiler... amable, simpática y siempre dispuesta a complacer las necesidades del inquilino. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

TRES BIEN

Tré bon acceuil d'Isabelle, Bel appartement très bien situé, très propre il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. La piscine géniale, Beaucoup de choses a voir dans un périmètre très proche (ile de Tabarca, Bénidorm, Alicante). Je pense que nous reviendrons, je conseille cette location.
