On the ground floor, enjoy a large double-living room, a large fireplace, a dining room overlooking the valley and access to the panoramic terrace of 54m2, a large fully equipped kitchen and a heated loggia with gas barbecue and a lunch corner.

Christmas stay

We would like to thank so much to Arnaud for having us this Christmas. We had an amazing time. All was perfectly prepared and ready. Arnaud was extremely helpful and kind. We had experienced great french food, deserts and drinks. We had enjoyed evenings dips in hot tub and hot wine ;) We can’t express enough how happy we are that we chose Plein Air For our holidays. Lovely, well equipped chalet

On arrival nothing was too much trouble for Arnaud and he did everything to make us feel welcome. The bedrooms are well appointed and made up ready for us. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with every gadget you can imagine! Plenty of wood for the fire too! Wonderful place to spend Christmas with good friends. Thanks Arnaud 😀

Fantastic chalet!

We stayed in the chalet as a group of 4 families with 11 children ranging from 18 months to 12 years. The space in the chalet was perfect - particularly the entertainment area on the top floor, which even has English satellite tv and a PS4 (which went down well with the boys). You can tell that it’s the owner’s family-chalet and it’s well-maintained all round. The bedrooms are well laid out and the beds themselves are very comfortable. There was always plenty of hot water for a nice bath / shower after a days skiing. The hot tub is Nordic-style, which made a nice change from the plastic types you normally get. It’s set in its own little terrace overlooking the valley with lovely lighting, making it very atmospheric. The views from the chalet are stunning, and plenty of windows make the most of this. The drive to the ski lifts is about 15 minutes - it was a bit of a compromise, but in reality it’s not that much hassle and you only have to do it once each way every day. And it’s also a compromise worth making to stay in the chalet. Finally, Arnaud and Sebastien couldn’t have tried harder to make our holiday perfect. They really went the extra mile. The food was delicious and they were the nicest, most accommodating ‘hosts’ we’ve ever had.

Un gite ultra équipé et une vue exceptionnelle

Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils pour découvrir sportivement la région. Le gîte dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour la cuisine, le linge, des jeux de société, des livres, des jeux vidéos. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Beaucoup d’activités sportives à 20/45 min en voiture. Besoin d’un peu de rafraichissement pour certains éléments du gite, les abords de la piscine notamment.

Grande maison agréable

Vue exceptionnelle sur Cluse; maison spacieuse et bien équipée : appareil à fabriquer des glaçons, tireuse à bière, billard, beaucoup d'électroménager (avec quelques dysfonctionnement pour certains). Des sentiers de VTT à proximité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La piscine est agréable, mais mériterait toutefois un accès plus sécurisé : les marches en traverses de chemin de fer sont très glissantes, particulièrement lorsqu'il a plu. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci pour l’accueil.

Superbe Chalet au calme

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé ! Le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tôt que prévu et choisir l'agencement des chambres (draps fournis). Nous avons été conseillé sur les commerces environnant (nécessite un véhicule) et la possibilité de se faire livrer nos courses avant notre arrivée (réception par le propriétaire). Chalet situé au calme, proche de différentes activités ou centre d'intérêt. A environ 20 minutes de la station "Les Gets" et 35-40 minutes de Flaine. Balade et course à pied possible dans les environs (quelque peu boueux). Logement est très spacieux (nous étions au maximum 14 amis), très bien équipé en vaisselle et appareils ménagers (raclonnette, pierrade, machine à glaçons, ...) et les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup profité du bain nordique, qui demande un peu d'anticipation pour chauffer, mais cela était parfait. Nous avons passé un super séjour pour nouvel an et anniversaire dans ce chalet, merci !

Chalet confortable pour grande tribu

Notre séjour au Chalet Plein Air s'est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeant. Il est passé 2 fois dans la semaine pour s'occuper des poubelles et de l'entretien de la piscine, toujours avec beaucoup de discrétion. Petit contre-temps à l'arrivée, normalement prévue à 13h, car le chalet n'était finalement pas prêt avant 16h30, ce qui nous a un peu contrariés. A l'inverse, nous avons pu décaler la remise des clés prévue à la fin du séjour de 2h afin de faciliter l'organisation du départ de tous (nombreux enfants présents). Chalet bien placé entre différents points d'intérêts, ce qui permet de varier les activités. Il est très au calme mais éloigné de tous commerces, il faut donc un brin d'organisation quand on est très nombreux. Location spacieuse (nous étions 22 et nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit), très bien équipée (le nombre d'appareils électroménagers est impressionnant), et confortable (la literie est impeccable). La piscine sécurisée par une alarme anti-chute et une bâche (auto-portante selon le propriétaire, même si nous avons un doute à ce sujet) est un véritable atout quand il fait beau, nous en avons beaucoup profité. Petit point noir sur la propreté globale (la cuisine notamment), même s'il n'y avait rien à redire sur les draps, serviettes et salles de bains/WC. En conclusion, nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans le chalet de M.Jolif, propriétaire discret et efficace. Toutefois, le prix de la location nous a semblé élevé au regard de l'état général des lieux. A ce prix-là nous nous attendions à un chalet plus moderne et impeccable du point de vue de la propreté.

Alles aanwezig, maar te duur voor het geleverde.

Het huis ligt afgelegen in een klein buurtje van ca. 10 huizen op de berg, met prachtig uitzicht op Cluses. Het huis is groot, heeft een ruime kamer en grote keuken. Er zijn 6 slaapkamers waarvan een met mezzanine. Alle kamers hebben een badkamer. De kamer in de kelder is de minste, verwacht er niet teveel van. Wij waren met 17 personen (7 jongeren en 10 volwassenen). De jongeren sliepen op 1 kamer. De ouders waren verdeeld over de andere kamers. De hygiëne van het huis was onvoldoende. Hoewel alle benodigdheden ruim aanwezig zijn (te veel zelfs naar mijn mening), moet gezegd worden dat er her de der nog wel zaken niet in goede orde waren. Stoelen die op instorten staan, defecte lampen, vaatwasser moeilijk te bedienen, ed. De eigenaar is een aardige man die bereid is alles op te lossen, maar woont in Geneve dus je kunt van hem niet alles verwachten. Bij onze aankomst waren de ontvangst duidelijk niet goed geregeld (oorzaak autopech). Te weinig beddengoed en handdoeken. Wel door hem de volgende dag opgelost overigens. Er is veel gebruik gemaakt van de hottub. De centrale open haard is een genot. Voldoende hout aanwezig gelukkig. Het sneeuwde maar gelukkig werden de wegen goed schoongehouden. Voor het schoonvegen van de oprit is wel een motorische sneeuwveger beschikbaar, maar een gewone sneeuwschep was niet te vinden. Conclusie: Wel een leuke week gehad met het hele gezelschap. Maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is te mager.
