Beautiful detached chalet on 2 levels of 107m2 in the middle of a pretty garden and view on the mountains. 20 minutes from the lake and Annecy by car
The chalet has:
3 bedrooms: all equipped with beds 90X200 with duvets and pillows, baby bed
2 bathrooms: a shower and a bathtub; and 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
Open plan kitchen opening onto a beautiful living / dining room, overlooking a balcony and terrace.
At the bottom, in addition to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, a garage is available to store your sports equipment, with the washing machine.
A large garden surrounds the chalet with a beautiful shaded terrace and barbecue.
The chalet is in a small village 20 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and 45 minutes from Geneva.

Annecy chalet

Lovely quiet chalet close to Annecy which is a great base to explore the local area. Its only a short drive from here to the local beaches, shopping and forests. The house itself was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would want for a family with lots of attention to detail making the stay stress free. The host lives next door and is easily contactable for help if needed but you are very much left to enjoy the peace and quiet and views it offers. Overall a great choice in a lovely area of Annecy.

A great base

The property is spacious and well equipped with a great garden for the kids to play in. The property is well located in a quiet village and Annecy is a 15 minute drive away.

Peaceful haven, ideally located for Annecy & surrounding area

The chalet is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and in a quiet rural location. Ideal for our family of 4 with older teenagers who could have their 'own space' on the lower level. Good location for visiting Annecy and the beautiful surrounding area (car essential) to enjoy the host of activities on offer. Small supermarket, bakery & excellent pizza cabin in Villaz, a few minutes away. The owner, Nathalie, is extremely helpful, very quick to respond to any questions and speaks excellent English. We visited at the end of August and the weather was glorious. Annecy was very busy during the day (but quieter in the evening) and the Sunday market was heaving! The chalet was a haven to return to at the end of a busy day.

The property looked great in the photos, but when we got there it was even better than we had imagined. Absolutely perfect for our needs and a great base for touring the Annecy area of the French Alps.

An ideal base for exploring the local area, and for day trips to Geneva, Lyon and Chamonix/Mont Blanc. Plenty of things to do in the Annecy area even for non-adventurous types!

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet bien équipé et bien aménagé.En parfait etat, très pratique pour 2 couples avec des enfants.Par contre, il ne faut pas être trop grand..Communication très facile avec le propriétaire..

superbe chalet

Superbe chalet avec tous ce qu’il faut ! Le gros plus les lit fait et linge de toilette directement sur place. Propreté impeccable Nous n’avons manqué de rien il y a tous ce qu’il faut sur place. Les espaces sont grand ainsi que l’extérieur idéal pour 6 adultes. Emplacement parfait entre lac d’Annecy et les montagnes et à 30min de station de ski la clusaz.a 1h De chamonix mont blanc ou nous avons pris le tramway du mont blanc superbe ! Un grand merci à vous ! Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons sans hésité !

Chalet agreable très bien équipé avec un grand jardin

Le chalet est grand, très propre et vraiment avec tout dont on a besoin à l’interieur et l’extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin avec des endroits ensoleillés et à l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le lac et Annecy sont à 25 minutes. Il y a tout ce qui faut à 5 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont d’´une grande gentillesse, une de mes meilleures locations!

Belle parenthèse nature au pieds des montagnes

Cadre idéal dans un écrin de nature au pieds des montagnes. Séjour parfait dans le chalet tout confort. Appréciable d'avoir tout le matériel pour notre fille de 2 ans (portique pour escalier, chaise haute, lit parapluie, vaisselle). Nous avons pleinement profité du jardin ainsi que de la terrasse pour les repas. On reviendra ! Merci Nathalie

Un très bel endroit

Franchement le logement était magnifique, l'endroit n'est pas difficile (faut juste s'habituer à conduire en montagne) mais je recommande a 100% !

Encore merci à Nathalie pour son accueil et sa fléxibilité sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Très beau chalet, très confortable et très bien équipé, avec à l'arrivée lits faits et serviettes de toilette prévue. Un joli jardin et belle vue dégagée ! Nous et nos petits enfants y avons passé un très bon séjour, et avons profité des stations de ski alentours. Cerise sur le gâteau une excellente pâtisserie à 2km

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le chalet est douillet, très bien équipé et très spacieux. Nous avons découvert les environs riches en randonnée, ski et ballades. A 10 min à peine du lac d'Annecy et 30 min des pistes du Grand Bornand ou La Clusaz. Nous recommandons vivement.
