A large villa on a large plot which gives this home a spacious feel inside and out. An extended pool deck offers lots of outside space for fun times around the pool with plenty of room for large families. With 5 bedrooms, including two masters it is ideal for large groups.

The living area downstairs is a great place to chill with the added bonus of a second living area/TV room upstairs especially welcome if 2 families share the accommodation. Both areas have large wall mounted 65' flat screen smart TV's.

The home has 2 Master en-suite bedrooms tastefully furnished and decorated both with large walk-in wardrobes. There is also a double bedroom connected via Jack n Jill En-suite bathroom to Twin Bedroom which would suit a family perfectly. There is a further Disney themed twin bedroom with bathroom next door.

The Kitchen area is a dream to use with granite work tops and all top appliances including large American style fridge freezer & dishwasher. The separate dining room and breakfast bar can seat up to 10 people in total.

There is a large 30 foot south facing heated pool with SPA. For those with small children there is a pool safety fence available if required. There are also lots of sun loungers provided for those long sunny days by the south facing pool. When it gets too hot there is a large covered lanai with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

Pool / Spa heating is included free of charge for bookings in November through to March. For April to October it can be added for an additional charge of £25 pounds per night for Pool & Spa heating or £12.50 per night for Spa only. A BBQ gas grill rental is available if required for an additional £75 pounds per week. There is one cot (pak n play) and one high chair although additional ones can be rented if required.

The villa has High Speed Internet.

A separate games room, converted from the double garage is fully floored and includes a full size American pool table, table football and electronic darts board.

Lovely stay in beautiful, well located and well equipped villa

We had an excellent 8 days in the villa which lived up to our high expectations. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. The games room in the garage was good fun and had lots to do and the pool/jacuzzi was big enough for us five adults. We enjoyed our time and were able to be in the Disney parks within 20-25 minutes, so everything was very convenient.

A lovely place

Stayed here last week, the place is lovely with excellent connections to parks and nearby shops. Instructions and access were clear, and comms from the host were great! My smallest issue is with the hot tub/spa. The temperature is too low, and the jets are to high pressure, resulting in a very loud, less than relaxing soak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to someone looking.

Great villa , quiet convenient easy access location. Really pleased , Phil been great host , easy to get hold of , fast to reply and really helpful . Organised great welcome pack . Absolutely Perfect

We had an excellent stay at this villa. It is in a superb condition in a ideal quiet location with Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and other parks just a 15 minute drive, Vineland Outlet a 25 minute drive and Busch Gardens was a 1 hour drive. Phil is an excellent owner that responds immediately to emails and catered for all our requirements which added to the luxury of our stay. The villa is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The pool area is an outstanding comfortable and fun place to be when you need a down day to relax and play. The simple answer to this review is would we stay again? Yes we will, without a doubt. Thanks Phil for providing us with a fantastic place to stay 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing property!

A Fabulous Place for the Entire Family

The house could not be more perfect. Plenty of room for Grand Parents, Parents and Kids to be together or find their own space. The Mickey Mouse bedroom was a hit from the start which helped add to the magic of the week. The house is equipped with everything you could need. If the grand kids were home, they were in the pool. The temperature was great and the size ideal for two or even the entire family of seven. Located in a very nice quiet neighbourhood with Greenspace behind the backyard, it was still ideally located to easily access not only the Disney Parks, but other attractions as well. Of course every restaurant imaginable is within a five minute drive. We would highly recommend the house for a great family vacation. During the entire process, Phil was a pleasure to deal with and totally attentive to any needs or questions we may have had.

Tip Top!!!

Could not have asked for more from a holiday home for a large family. All was perfect on arrival, very clean and tidy with the pool fence installed for the benefit of our grandkids and the pre-arrival information pack made the whole process so easy. The games room was a real success with the kids, young and old, but the spaciousness of the layout was the real star. Phil the owner was extremely helpful and kept in touch immediately to answer any questions we had which helpt to set our minds at ease prior to arrival. The house at no point impinged upon our vacation and actually enhanced it tremendously. I hope we can return again in the not too distant future. I would thoroughly recommend it to all. The property was in a very quiet neighbourhood and had lots of space for the family

Great Villa with lots of space. The kids loved the pool and the area was really quiet. A little futher away from the main 192 strip then we have stayed before, but only a few minutes by car (and closer to main Walmart). Overall really happy with property and our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place for your base were you can spend a few down days between parks and shopping this is a great choice!

Phil’s villa is modern, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We’ve just spent 2.5 weeks there and had an amazing time. The pool area was just perfect and despite some mixed weather the girls had a fantastic time playing in the water. Would not hestitate to book again.

Great family property with superb location especially for all Disney parks.

I visited with 6 adults and 2 young children (2&4 years old) and the villa was great for us all. Plenty of room and amenities to suit all. The second living area especially was a great feature allow the kids to entertain themselves separately during whilst the adults were cooking, getting ready etc The pool was fantastic and loved by all. We experienced a small problem with the pool settings but the local manangent company we round immediately to resolve and very helpful. Location was excellent for all Disney theme parks and water parks being a simple and quick drive to the central Disney area. Universal is only 30 minutes drive also and again the route is very simple. The restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding area and a good standard as are the local supermarkets. In summary my whole family had a great holiday at this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommended it to anyone. Thanks for the memories.

Great place and great location

As soon as we stepped inside the villa, we knew that we were going to be happy with it. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, and there was plenty of room to accommodate us. Not once did it feel overcrowded. The layout suited us perfectly and there were plenty of bathrooms. The pool area was wonderful with enough seating for everyone. The games in the garage came in handy for the adults when the children were in bed. The villa overall felt homely and we were sorry to leave. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely large family villa in a very nice area

Arrived home today after spending 16 nights in this impressive family villa. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to any friends or family. There is everything you could ever need ranging from a fully equipped kitchen, games room, pool and living areas to small things like an iron and hairdryer. Even better is that it's located within 15 minutes of most of the parks and there's plenty of dinning options on the 192 Kissimmee road. I would just like to add that we had a wonderful stay and thanks for the quick reply via email. Only downside was the WiFi which I found only worked very late at night and the fact we had to come home

We are a family who have enjoyed several holidays in Florida as the children grew up. Over the years, as small children they started out chasing Tigger's autograph at Disney and more recently as teenagers spend all day riding the biggest coasters. We've always stayed in villas when visiting Florida and enjoyed the space as well as the heated private pool. It's great visiting the theme parks and water parks in Orlando. Some days though, it's great to chill, splash around in the pool, a cold beer from the fridge and top up the tan!

Why they chose this property

We wanted a villa close to Disney and the main 192 with all the bars, restaurants and shopping. We also wanted a villa that was south facing so that we could enjoy the sun all day long, regardless of the time of year. We were looking for somewhere with a bit of privacy, not right on top of another villa and this one has no rear neighbours, overlooking woodland. The villa will provide our family with holidays in the sun and theme park fun for many years to come. The layout with 5 bedrooms including two master bedrooms works perfectly for us and our family as it expands in the years to come. The extended pool deck allows for lots of space around the pool even with a full house!

What makes this property unique

The south facing pool and extended deck overlooking woodland is peaceful and relaxing but close to the action. The bonus/loft TV room and games room are great for all the kids big & small. Villa is located very close to Sunset Walk which is a fantastic new area with shops, restaurants, bars, live music and classic car shows as well as the main H20 family water park.
