This modern European-inspired-décor is ready for guests who expect the best and wish to have a holiday experience in luxury, without paying exorbitant 5 star hotel rates. It has four bedrooms (including two masters with King size beds) and three bathrooms. One baby bed and two high chairs are also available. When staying at the villa, you can expect nothing but the best.... flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55' TV with soundbar in the family room, Apple TV, Music system in all rooms, Free Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in all rooms, fine linens, hotel quality towels and a fully equipped kitchen. What about two fully air conditioned (unique) game rooms??!! One featuring a pool table and an air hockey table. The other one a PS4 room with brilliant games. Enjoy the privacy of your south-facing pool and Jacuzzi with stunning view and a lot of privacy.... six sun loungers and shaded dining table under a big lanai with a cooling ceiling fan. It’s all about location and our Villa is set in a quiet community of Orange Tree close to all the theme parks in the Orlando area…..for example Disney is only 15 minutes away, Seaworld 20 minutes and Universal 25 minutes. The Publix Supermarket is only 3 minutes away and Wal-Mart 5 minutes….not to mention over 100 restaurants within a 15 minutes drive. Besides that you will have at Orange Tree community tennis, basketball court, soccer pitch and free access to orange groves for juice oranges during the season.

House was a great fit

We have been to many villas over the years and whilst this is a little dated it has probably been the best. The pool could be bigger but was fine for what you needed but the garage conversion is great with pool table, table ice hockey and a ps4 but the garage is air conditioned which is a game changer and so we were in there loads. A lovely villa and will likely use again

Excellent villa in a great location

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. Lots of space, comfortable beds and an excellent place to come back to after a day at the parks. This villa is in a nice quiet location with a good supermarket close by. I noticed that other reviews talk about the traffic but we really didn’t find it too bad. Most of the time all parks were within a 30/40 minute drive away. We would highly recommend this villa.

Great villa, nice modern decoration and well maintained Love Orange Tree as an area to stay, but hoping the new Sanctuary development doesn’t impact too much on the conservation area behind

Fabulous Villa.. 5⭐

Do not hesitate to book this stunning villa! Spotlessly clean throughout with everything you could ever need and more. Great communication from the hosts too.. The villa itself is in a quiet area but still close enough to the parks and shops etc. The pool is Fabulous!! And the hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day in the parks.. If I am ever lucky enough to be back in Orlando I will be booking Villa Levi style again.. Thank you!

Amazing don't hesitate to book

Amazing from start to finish Clean , great location, not overlooked. Great to have no green plastic plants !! Beautiful, beds comfortable Outside area peaceful not overlooked plenty of beds Kitchen plenty of dishes cutlery Games /music room so much better than items being in a hot garage . Fully air-conditioned plenty to do. Daughter loved singing in there Thank you so much to Patrick (owners) Lynn maintenance amazing always there for anything Loved our stay. Holiday Home Near Theme Parks

This is a wonderful home from home. It is comfortable, spacious, entertaining and luxurious. There is enough space for everyone to spread out or to come together and socialise. The pool isn’t the biggest but it has a hot tub and there are plenty of sun beds. The games room has air conditioning and is actually part of the villa and not in a hot garage. The location is ideal for Disney and Universal theme parks and there is a Publix supermarket a short drive away. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Easter get away

The villa was superb yet again. This was our second stay. Home from home. Teenagers loved it especially games room. Adults loved heated spa at night. We highly recommend this villa and after staying in over 10 of them over past 14 years we say that with voice of experience. Excellent location. Beautiful decor. Just excellent.

Perfect Disney base

Loved it. Really comfortable and clean villa to return to after a long day at Disney. Great pool and super comfy beds. If we return to Disney, this will be our villa of choice! Owner really helpful and pleasant to deal with.

An oasis of calm

We stayed for two weeks with our son, his partner and an American friend. We chose the villa as we loved the feel of it and the quiet location. We were not disappointed. What a great place to chill out after a long day out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The minor problem we had was dealt with straight away. We would certainly recommend it.

Amazing villa

This villa has everything you need. It is spacious, comfortably and very homely. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. Publix is within walking distance. Our favourite thing to do after a full day exploring, was relax in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A fantastic home, highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful property. It was decorated well and presented to a high standard. There was plenty of room for the six of us with no fighting over bathrooms! The setting was lovely, backing onto land and it was within easy reach of shops and restaurants, as well as the Disney Parks. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. The pool is a good size and the hot tub was a nice luxury. The games room was a nice extra too. If we come back to Orlando, we would definitely try to stay at this home again.

Amazing luxury villa

Outstanding property with a luxury feel ,we are a family of 5 that thoroughly enjoyed the great pool and Jacuzzi area and the outdoor seating for evening meals .Very large villa inside with loads of space and quality furnishings.Location is great close to all attractions just a short drive away .Would defiantly book this 5*villa again .

Fantastic stylish villa!

We have just returned from 2 week sin Villa Levi Style and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The villa is tastefully decorated and modern with every amenity close at hand, superbly equipped and with a modern flair! High quality furnishings & a wonderful games room topped by the superb pool & spa with fantastic outlooks to the conservation area. We have stayed in the Clermont area a number of times before but have to say this is by far the best villa we've had the pleasure of staying in, from our very first contact with the owner Patrick we knew we had made the right choice. Nothing was any trouble and we had quick and friendly replies to any messages we sent. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to any of our friends or relatives, it really is a fantastic place and you could not ask for any more! Thank you for allowing us to rent it! Superb Property

They have thought of everything. A family of three generations we had the best time ever. The layout of the home is perfect giving privacy to each couple but perfect communal areas with lots of space. The pool is delightful and the house was very clean and had all the equipment you could need and more. There was even a potty for our 2 year old. The house is in a great location for the parks and there is a Walmart a short drive away which has a wide range of produce if you want to self cater. We were sad to leave and would have no hesitation in booking again. The owner is always available for queries and is a good communicator . Definitely 5 star accommodation and very stylish .

Amazing villa in a fabulous location.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Villa Levi. The villa is decorated to a high standard with every home comfort. We particularly enjoyed the location on a quiet and peaceful estate where you can escape from the crowds experienced at the parks. The pool area is relaxing, not being overlooked and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife. There is easy access to all the theme parks and eating establishments being a 15 to 25 minute drive away and the nearest supermarket which had everything we could need only 3 minutes away. We also visited Kennedy space center and Clearwater which are both around one and a half hours drive from Clermont where the villa is situated. We would highly recommend a stay at this villa and hopefully we can stay here again!

Luxury modern villa

The villa was brilliant, just what you want for a home from home. It was clean and well decorated and had all the facilities you need. The pool was a good size and the jacuzzi was great after a long day at the parks. The villa was centrally located for the parks and shopping. The owners were brilliant and very flexible. Can't wait for our next visit to Orlando.

Well located luxury residence

Very comfortable, well equipped villa with everything you need for a relaxed family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat outside by the pool, whilst being cooled by the fans. We also had a good few killer air hockey tournaments to round off long days spent at theme parks. Highly recommended particularly if you are planning to do Disney as it is ideally located for access from the freeway.

Stunning villa for a perfect holiday!

We have just returned from a two week stay at Levi Style Villa, in one word this villa is stunning. If you are thinking about booking it, do...you will not regret it! The villa has everything you could possibly need both inside and outside. It has been renovated to the highest standard, modern throughout with luxuries you'd expect from a top hotel. The pool area is lovely with sunshine throughout the day, beautiful views and without being overlooked. Location is good, various supermarkets within a 5 minute drive, disney around 25 minutes and I-drive approx 35 minutes. Patrick (part owner) was amazing, so helpful and friendly from our first enquiry right down to asking if we'd arrived home safely. A much appreciated personal touch that you wouldn't usually get. Thanks Patrick! Our one regret is only booking a two week stay as we didn't want to leave! Without a doubt we will return to Levi Style Villa and thoroughly recommend it to all!

Stunning villa in a wonderful location

What a fantastic villa!! We were a party of 2 families with two children that are 4 and 2 and a teenager. The games room and PS4 were a huge hit with them but the pool was the biggest draw by far. A huge amount of seating outside for everyone and the covered lanai is fantastic if you need to have shade from the sun or occasional rain. The villa itself is done to a high standard and the location is great with a Publix and WalMart within a few minutes drive. Plenty of restaurants nearby, we particularly enjoyed Hurricanes Bar and Grill just down the road. I would not hesitate in booking this villa again, thank you for making our vacation that little more special.

Beautiful, modern, well appointed villa

We had a fantastic time in Florida visiting the nearby parks (disney approx 15 mins drive away) and relaxing in this stunning villa. It really is in a beautiful location with amazing local wildlife viewable from the poolside. We were lucky enough to catch a view of, lizards, birds of prey, a racoon and an armadillo from behind the safety of the pool netting. After very busy days at the parks we enjoyed chilling out by the pool which was a hit with the kids and then relaxing inside the stylish interior of the villa. We would definitely recommend this villa to others and would love to go back ourselves in the future.
