The fully air-conditioned villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 3 bedrooms with dressing room individual R + 1 and a master suite of 80 m2 R + 2 with private terrace / patio, jacuzzi, and double dressing. The 5th bedroom is located at R + 1 of the pool house.

The villa has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful heated salt pool, and a separate laundry room.
The garden without vis-à-vis ends with the pool house with a summer kitchen for lunch near the pool and a night / relaxation area with toilet and bathroom.

A double garage completes this set.

A little oasis in Bègles

This house in Bègles was perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious and very well designed. The secluded garden with the pool was in much use when the sun came out. Renée and her brother JanJan were very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Perfect stay in an amazing place.

This was my second stay at this property and I can confirm it was as good as the first time. The property is amazing, great facilities and well stocked. The kids loved the pool and public transport for getting around Bordeaux was excellent. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Renee offered lifts to the supermarket to help us stock up. Really helpful for the first visit even though supermarket is within walking distance. Thank you Jan Jan/Renee for being super hosts!

Amazing villa

Amazing villa, very spacious and great outdoor area and pool. Host was speedy at responding and around to help when we needed it. Villa exceeded expectations, would definitely recommend to others!

Angry and rude owner

The property is lovely, however the owner does not understand any English. We explained that we would check out at 11am as we had a hour and a half trip north and had to be there at approximately 12.30. He turned up at the property at 7.30am with a group of cleaners and woke up everybody. He started screaming and was very threatening, he scared the two young children we had with us. We asked him to leave and come back at the check out time of 11pm. This owner was a disgrace and we would not recommend any family to stay here.

Family get away, close to a city

The owner is lovely and welcoming. His friend helps to translate and they go the extra mile to help you settle in, for us this included a guided tour and collecting our daughter from the train station. The owner responds to emails and queries quickly and allowed our daighter a later checkout which was much appreciate. The home is stunning and is very well equipped. We spent a lot of time around the pool and using the outdoor kitchen. The buses were easy to get into the city and theres a boulangerie across the road for fresh pastries. This is an excellent property for families or larger groups.

Joseph’s property is amazing, we had a fantastic stay, location is superb 10 minutes walk to 2 major supermarkets, Thai takeaway 2 minutes away, the number 5 bus stop takes a direct bus to the city and winerys, we asked for a private chef one night, this was accommodated easily, we will return

An outstanding property

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this house in Begles whilst we were in Bordeaux for a family wedding. Jan Jan was a pleasure to deal with and was very inviting. We had some challenges as our French speaking is very limited but he accommodated us well and used friends and family to help with any difficult translations. Our children thoroughly loved the pool, it was excellent and we also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting areas to relax on the warm evenings. The location is ideal and only a short drive or bus ride (use No 5 service) into central Bordeaux, less than 15mins. Also less than 1 hour to some splendid French beaches in the Archacon basin. The house is very well appointed in a modern moulin rouge style, with all of the mod cons you could ever want or need. I’d fully recommend staying here for a vacation in France, an exceptional home for all ages.

Absolutely stunning

Cannot express how amazing this villa is. Absolutely stunning with every gadget and extra you can imagine. Jan Jan and Renee are incredible hosts and Renee took us to the supermarket on our arrival to collect staples for our stay. Only wish we had stayed for longer. Will definitely be back and for longer next time!

Friends get together

This property is stunning. Plenty of room for a group of friends/family. Lovely having the pool for relaxing around and having a fun. The bus into Bordeaux is just around the corner from the property and runs every 10 mins. Patisserie/pizza/sandwich shop is 10 minute walk and supermarket is about 20min walk away. Jan the owner was very accomodating and his sister met us on arrival and took us to super market to get our provisions for the holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed out visit and look forward to returning

Superb Villa

Thank you for what was a beautiful and relaxing stay at your lovely villa. It was very stylish, fun and comfortable with everything to hand that we’d possibly need. Your kindness to help support in check in and local amenities was so kind, and the whole stay was perfect. We could easily enjoy Bordeaux and then retreat to a luxurious villa with pool. Perfect Urban Oasis

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids stayed for 2 nights while we explored Bordeaux. The property is tucked away in a residential neighborhood about 20 mins (by bus) from Bordeaux Town Center. The house was exceptionally clean and prepared for our arrival. The place is very modern and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed BBQ-ing and drinking wine. The bus stop is close and an easy way to get into Bordeaux. Jan Jan, the owner, met us on arrival with a big smile and provided a nice tour of the home. Would have loved to stay for longer as we really enjoyed our time there!

An amazing property in which to celebrate a special birthday

I booked this house to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family and couldn’t have wished for a more lovely place. The owner Jan Jan and his sister were lovely, even taking us to the local supermarket to help us buy our supplies. I would totally recommend this place. Thanks for making my special birthday that more special.

Perfect!

We had the most incredible long weekend in this house. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the showers are excellent, and having our own private outdoor area, pool and barbecue really was such a delight. Jan-Jan was incredibly kind and helpful, and overall everbody left incredibly satisfied (and wanting to come back!) The house is also conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you into town, and within walking distance from a huge supermarket, boulangerie and patisserie, which was perfect for us as we cooked a lot of our meals in the house (great kitchen, very well stocked with equipment). Overall we couldn’t reccomend this house enough - it’s brilliant.

Séjour à la Villa près de Bordeaux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette spacieuse maison. L’accueil chaleureux de Jean Jean et de sa sœur Renée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir chez nous. La déco vous en mettra plein les yeux. Visiter chaque pièce est un Délice pour les yeux. La maison est tellement bien situé pour visiter Bordeaux et les environs. Et la cour avec la piscine et toutes les belles fleurs et plantations rendent cet endroit paradisiaque. La maison est super bien équipée pour cuisiner et la cuisine d’été au fond de la cour aussi! Ils Ont pensé à tout.

Beautiful house in a peaceful setting

We loved our stay. The house is a perfect size for a large group and all the amenities were perfect. Would recommend renting a car as it is a little off the beaten path. The hosts are lovely, warm people who made us feel at home.

Superbe séjour en amoureux

Superbe villa avec piscine et tout le nécessaire pour profiter de l'extérieur lors des beaux jours (cuisine/bar extérieur, transats, piscine chauffée, salon de jardin etc). Villa très confortable, dans un endroit calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et nous ont réservé un très bel accueil. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons ce lieu à 100% et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
