The main bus and train stations are within a 500-metre reach, while Pula International Airport is 8 km from the apartment. You can get from the airport by taxi or city bus.

Pearl of Pula

Lovely apartment which has everything you could wish for to make your stay in Pula a pleasant one. Easily accessed by elevator and with being located on top floor benefits from superb views over Pula Marina. Its location is superb and allows you to explore all the nearby tourist sites on foot . We caught the Krilo lines ferry to explore some of the islands and also took bus to several nearby towns . Saša left comprehensive details in apartment as to recommendations , maps, timetables etc and also sent details at time of booking in electronic form which allowed us to plan and prebook. Saša provided clear instructions as to check in/ out and communication ideal. Our second time in Pula and so glad we chose this location. We hope to be back again sometime someday, and would definitely only stay here- thanks Saša , slainte😃

Beautiful sea view appointment 😍

Beautiful sea view apartment is exactly that. Very well equipped. Nice decoration. Home from home. The location is perfect for visiting all the historic places of interest. There are lot's of lovely cafe's and restaurants in the beautiful streets around the apartment. The view is amazing. Never get tired of sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming and going. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Would love to go back.

Homely Apartment with Lovely Views

Great apartment with a thoughtful and helpful host. Sasha provided great communication before and during our stay in Pula. Good location within easy walking distance of main tourist attractions, historic centre and local shops/amenities. Great balcony overlooking marina with beautiful sunsets over a drink or two. Good location for transfers - ferry port and bus station within easy walking distance. Clean, tidy and good facilities in apartment. Welcome drink bottle of wine - much appreciated. In summary - great homely apartment with lovely balcony and helpful/supportive owner.

Great holiday apartment

The apartment was clean and fresh, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the flat was located within walking distance of all the attractions in Pula. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walk (cobble stones so no stilettos!) and the view from the balcony was lovely; at night with the sunset and later with the cranes lit up it was super. Having the private parking was a real bonus.The only downside was the noise from the road below, and the fact that it was only narrow. The sun didn’t hit it until the late afternoon and evening. However, that didn’t spoil our stay and we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a base in Pula.

Brilliant location

The apartment is well placed for access to the city of Pula and beyond. The apartment itself was immaculate and well equipped. The owner Sasa went out of his way to provide details of restaurants and all there is is to see and do around Pula. Worth a visit for the sunsets over the bay of Pula itself

nice Apartment

488/5000 A highly recommended place to stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean and is very centrally located with a beautiful outlook on the marina. Shops are within easy reach, walk to the weekly market, or 5 minutes by car to several major supermarkets. If you have questions Sasa or his neighbor quickly cares about it. So you are always approachable. We stayed 14 days in the apartment, there was nothing missing and we can recommend it to anyone.

A great apartment with the best view near the center of Pula

Sasa the owner of the apartment made us very welcome from the start, sending plenty of information about the apartment, the town and the surrounding area, he also contacted us a couple of times to see if we were ok or if he could help in any way, many thanks Sasa! The apartment had all the amenities you need for a week away with many extras including a bottle of wine a plate of local ham and cheese. The shower room was great, the bed comfortable, the kitchen/diner had everything you needed and the lounge was lovely with a TV that had some English channels. There was a balcony overlooking the harbour and marina, it was great watching the boats and the activities in the harbour. There were plenty of bars and restaurants next door and it was only a short walk to the center of town. I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wanting a stay in Pula.

Immaculate Apartment with superb views over the Marina

This is a really great Apartment, located on the 6th floor, with beautiful views over the Marina and beyond. There is always something different to see from the balcony each day, which is quite entertaining. The Apartment itself is very well furnished, and has everything you are likely to need for your stay, it even has a washing machine, if you are in the mood to wash whilst you are there. We were met by Petra, who lives next door, she showed us around the Apartment, and gave us a plate of local meat and cheese, which was delicious. She also gave us a bottle of wine, and some fruit, which was really welcome, as we arrived after the shops had closed. The owner, Sasa, rang us shortly after arriving at the Apartment, to check that everything was to our liking, and he also rang us on our last day, to see if we had enjoyed our holiday, and he organised a taxi to take us to the Airport, which arrived perfectly on time. We would highly recommend this Apartment, as it has a superb location, and is only a short walk to Pula town centre, with all its amenities.

Stunning view - incredibly great accomodation

This vacation was actually the best, we ever had. First of all the offered service of the owners Saša and Nikolina was far more than average, it was like staying in the flat of familymembers. They are so nice, helpful, generous and attentively, almost unbelieveable. It was a honor for us to meet Saša, we stayed 3 weeks in his apartement and he kept always contact with us, asking if we needed something. We did'nt, since everything there was perfect, but I'm sure, if we had any wishes, he would have fulfilled them immediately. After leaving, I forgot a dress, Saša sent it to me, without asking for anything. The nicest hosts you can imagine. The apartement itself is simply great, exactly, as you can see it on the pictures. Beautiful renovated with everything you need , really nothing is missing. Staying there is like beeing at home, just better. The most impressing is the stunning view from the balcony, right above the Marina Pula. We spent really a lot of time there, watching the sailing boats, ferries, ships and the colourful cranes at the shipyard at night . This was so relaxing and energizing . The apartment is situated at the 6th floor of a building in the middle of Pula. Everything important is in walking distance, the Arena, where we visited a concert, the inner city, the Augustus temple, the castle etc. - you can just walk there. In the summer evenings there are offered many different events, every evening we just walked through Pula and enjoyed a lot of music at different corners. Pula is a loveable small town with great offers. The beaches at Stoja or Verudela are not far away, they are reachable by bus or car in a few minutes. If you come by car, you have a private parking place behind a fence, very useful , when staying in the town. Then you can also easily reach all the other must sees in Istria, like Rovinj and Co. I can highly recommend the stay at this apartement and I deeply hope, that we can also come back next year. As I already said in the beginning: the best holidays we ever had ! We are very thankful.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

This apartment has everything you need and more. Sasa cares about his guests and nothing is too much trouble. He went out of his way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. There are lots to do and see within walking distance, we hired a car and drove to many beautiful places. The people are so very friendly and helpful, Pula is so very clean, it's clear to see the locals love their town. We will certainly return to this perfect apartment, if you want the best then look no further. Mr&Mrs Benham.

Ideal location,super apartment.

The location was exactly what we wanted: part of the old town, on the sea front with a wonderful view from the balcony, a 15 minute walk from both the rail and bus stations. The apartment itself was extremely well appointed and spacious for the 2 of us. It was clean and the air-conditioning was quiet, which makes a refreshing change! It lacked a dishwasher but as we ate out in one of the many restaurants each evening there was only our breakfast and salad lunches to deal with. Sasha met us on our arrival with his welcome package of wine, meat and cheese salad, and spent an hour showing us how everything worked, which were the best places to go and visit, the restaurants to eat in and where the supermarkets were. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even ordered us a taxi for our return flight to the airport. I strongly recommend this apartment, certainly for adults, as we only found shingle beaches as opposed to sandy ones which younger children prefer. It fit the bill for us and was one of the best apartments we have stayed in!.

Well-equipped apartment with fabulous view and brilliant owners

This is a real gem! Even before our arrival, the owner Sasha gave us lots of information and pictures of the area. In over 30 years of world-wide travel, we have never received such a welcome...home baking, wine, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a 2-day cheese and ham breakfast platter. The apartment was comfortable, and had satellite TV, while the kitchen had everything required. The panoramic view was superb....always something to watch each evening after a long day exploring. The old city is characterful, with the amphitheatre, castle and a great aquarium with a wealth of english interpretation. Highlights included trips to the Brijuni Islands, Ravinje and Rabac, but the best was to Motovan. Sasha provided a huge amount of information in the apartment, and made sure our week was a resounding success.

A Gem

The apartment is on the sixth floor of a six story apartment building across the street and overlooking the harbor. There is a deck to enjoy the harbor, outer islands, and night lights. The apartment has been remodeled tastefully and is comfortable, quiet, modern, and obvious attraction to detail. The apartment has a secure gated parking area The hosts communicated perfect directions to the apartment in writing and on the phone. They left many pamphlets and information on the area. They made it clear that they wanted our stay to be perfect, and it was.

The perfect Pula property

This is the second time we've stayed in this apartment, and it was just as enjoyable for an autumn break as in the springtime. Sasa and Nikolina are the perfect hosts, and left us a fridge full of fruit, vegetables, ham, cheese and wine, as well as huge bowl of gorgeous home-made pastries, all of which were delicious - thank you! They provided loads of information about what to do in and around the area, both in advance via email, and with helpful brochures in the apartment. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable for two people. We had a couple of rainy days and were more than happy just to lounge around, read, look out over the harbour and watch DVDs, and cook in the very well-equipped kitchen. It really is a home from home (but with a much better view than ours!). Thank you Sasa and Nikolina, we will definitely be back for a third time.

Beautiful appartement and very friendly owner

The house from the outside is really not beautiful but the appartement is really great, clean and beautiful !! The owner and hif wife are verry friendly and if there would be a problem they will solve this directely but there were no problems. The view is great !! A very nice apartment in the central part of Pula, with everything nearby. Nice view. Parking.

Fabulous location - immaculate property

On arrival we were met by the owner's wife who greeted us with some local pastries, a bottle of wine and a plate of local cheese and prosciutto, all of which was delicious. Everything was provided for our stay - plenty of towels, toiletries, washing up liquid etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony lovely. The location is ideal and all sights and the city are within walking distance. The buses are easy to use to get to the beaches and Sasa, the owner, provided us with an easy guide to the routes so that we had no trouble getting anywhere. This information was very helpful. Sasa was always available on email or text to answer questions if needed. He came to our rescue when I was ill and needed to see a doctor and I am so grateful for his assistance. I can highly recommend this apartment and we would book it again if we return to Pula.

Fabtastic location

There are 3 main reasons for the 5 stars. One is the stunning view and the other two are the owners Sasa and Nikolina. They were very welcoming and Sasa checked in regularly by text to ensure everything was still ok. Nikolina helped with our departure and was able to sot things out when our pick-up taxi was late. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed but the star quality was the view from the balcony. Sometimes the traffic noise from the road below was intrusive but shutting the door muffled it well. The upside of hearing sounds from below was that one evening were heard singing and looked out to see a religious procession led by a choir. Pula itself has plenty of interesting features, mostly close to the apartment but the quaint back streets on the promenade at the marina were paved with flagstones and the uneven texture made for hard work pushing my wife's wheelchair. People were very helpful and kind and we were able to use the local buses and taxis when we needed them. The old town has loads of cafes, bars and restaurants for sitting in the shade with a drinking and people watching. An easy-paced holiday. Thanks again to Sasa and Nikolina.

Perfect apartment, amazing location

This apartment is everything it says in the description, and so much more. The accommodation is very clean and modern, and has everything you could need, or want. The living room is uncluttered and comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped, the bathroom is large and bright with an excellent shower, and the bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in. But the best part of the apartment has to be the balcony, where you can spend hours watching the boats coming and going from the marina and harbour, and being mesmerised by the sunset and the lights on the cranes at night. There are a bakery, ice creams, small shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk, and the indoor market, Gardenia, the amphitheatre and Kastel are less than ten minutes away. And if you want to go further you can get a boat trip from the harbour or catch a bus from just outside the gates out to the aquarium or round the coast. Sasa and Nicolina are the perfect hosts, answering all our questions in advance, providing us with local pastries, wine and home-smoked ham and cheese when we arrived, and even booking us a taxi for our return to the airport. We stayed for 10 days and are already planning to go back, as weve only just begun to scratch the surface of Pula. Thank you Sasa and Nicolina.

Amazing view.

We had a wonderful week in Pula despite weather being a bit changeable. Sasa and his wife were the perfect hosts, and on hand at all times if we had questions. They even left us a delightful personalised gift. The appartment was spotless and had an amazing view over the harbour ( don't miss the dancing lit up cranes on the left at night) There is also a view of the amphitheatre from the front door. Pula itself is a lovely unspoilt town with a great selection of restaurants immediately behind the appartment is a quaint pizza restaurant called Jupiter eat in or take out. On the ground floor an excellent bread shop and delicious ice creams next door. We did not hire a car because we found the buses so easy to use. Everyone is so helpful and most speak a little English and very willing to help. We went by bus to Rovinj a buzzing harbour town , a bit more touristy but a must place to see. We hope that we can visit again when we can swim in the sea a bit more ( it was a bit cold in early May ) we did go in though!,!! Thank you to great hosts.

A truly memorable holiday in Pula

We have just returned after spending 10 wonderful nights at the Beautiful Sea View apartment in Pula which has everything listed and so much more. Right from the initial contact to book right through until we were leaving Sasa and Nikolina made everything so easy, providing us with lots of info about places to visit, restaurants to use and what buses to get to go to the various beaches. They were always available throughout our stay to give advise and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very modern and stylish and equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday. It really does feel like a home from home and is so central to all the many historical sights around Pula and the numerous restaurants and bars. The bus stop for the different beaches is just round the corner and you only have to cross the street at the front of the apartment to access the many boat trips which are available from Pula. There is also a brilliant bakery at the front of the apartments where we purchased freshly baked bread and croissants every morning. Pula is a beautiful place with lots of history dating back to Roman times with the main amphitheatre "the Arena" less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Pula is an absolutely lovely place to walk around, with the Forum Square a great place to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying beautiful ice cream or a few drinks and taking in the free entertainment in the evenings. While the central location and the quality of the apartment were great the thing that made this holiday so special was the fantastic view from the apartment's terrace. We quickly discovered why it is called "Beautiful Sea View Apartment" as the views over the marina and bay are just fantastic - I doubt if you will get a better view in all of Pula. There was always lots going on with the various yachts and cruisers coming and going, sea planes landing and taking off and then the beautiful sunsets. All in all we had a truly memorable holiday in Pula and would definitely return to the beautiful sea view apartment.
