Special long renting price on request. 300 m from the large sandy beach of Tejita near Montana Roja and El Medano (nice seaside resort) and 10 minutes from the airport. beautiful modern apartment 70 m2 (55 m2 of living space + 15 m2 of terraces, on the top floor (3rd) of a secure residence, 1 bedroom (King size bed) with view of the bed on the Teide, we can accommodate a baby, bed umbrella (+ mattress + sheets) and high chair, 2 sunny terraces including a small overlooking the Teide (in summer, you can admire the sunset) and a large wind protected with views of the sea, the pool and the garden with all the furniture to relax and eat in front of the entrance door of the apartment. A convertible sofa for 2 people suppl. in the living room, with Netflix big flat screen TV and unlimited free wifi, The fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and shower with porthole on the ceiling that brightens the room. An elevator, a parking space and a cellar on the ground floor to deposit your surf or windsurfing or other. Long renting possible with special price. For information, there is a ball-shaped security camera near the television that turns off via the switch as a lamp. Thank you to check if it has been cut before your arrival, otherwise, just turn it off via the switch. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning is included. Pets are not accepted. Bus stop in front of the residence. Shopping center with restaurants in front of the residence. The Tejita and El Medano are known for water sports: surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle, ... you can rent all the equipment on site. Ideal location to visit the island. High quality, top floor apartment with lovely views.

Very well fitted out apartment with good quality equipment. Everywhere is very clean and in good order. The apartment is on the top floor of a very well maintained and designed complex, with a large quiet pool with ample room for sunbathing. It is near the airport but because it is at the side of the airport and not under the flight path the noise from the planes is minimal. Not as noisey for example as either Golf del Sur or El Medano. There is a beatifull beach, good shops and restaurants within walking distance. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Ruhiger schöner Ort. Strandnah und tolle Restaurants im kleinen EKZ

Apartment F 135 im Portal 4 war mega gut ausgestattet mit eigener Terrasse und 2 Sonnenliegen. Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und mehr, Salatschleuder, Pürierstab und und und alles da :)

Rundum alles OK

Für unseren 7 Wochen Aufenthalt war alles was man dafür braucht vorhanden. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Besonders angenehm waren die beiden Terrassen. Es gab Liegestühle, einen ausklappbaren Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen Sonnenschirm. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Michele war immer gut zu erreichen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Super: Rolläden an den Fenstern vorhanden. Wer gern mit offenem Fenster schläft und keinen tiefen Schlaf hat, wird leider von einem undefinierbaren Federvieh teilweise vor 4 Uhr geweckt, etwas später kommt dann auch noch der Hahn dazu.

Tolles Appartment mit schönem Poolbereich

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem schönen kleinen Apartment. Sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihrer Bekannten vor Ort, die mit uns den Check-in gemacht hat, sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool inklusive Kinderpool, den wir gerne mit unserer einjährigen Tochter genutzt haben. Für die Lage des Apartments ist es allerdings ratsam ein Mietauto zu haben. Es fährt zwar stündlich ein Bus nach El Medano, aber für alle anderen Ausflugsziele ist es schon recht schwierig und zeitintensiv auf den Bus angewiesen zu sein. Der Strand war etwas weiter entfernt als wir dachten. Da es auch recht windig war (was wir allerdings vorher schon wussten) haben wir dort auch nicht all zu viel Zeit verbracht. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist, was super war. Auch ein paar Restaurants und Bars sind dort zu finden, was für uns mit Kleinkind allerdings weniger interessant war. Insgesamt können wir das Appartment weiterempfehlen, würden beim nächsten Mal allerdings einen Mietwagen dazu buchen.

Schöner Langzeiturlaub in ruhiger Ferienanlage.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in direkter Umgebung nur hundert Meter entfernt. Für das Auto hatten wie einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgerage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber, gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Auch die Poolanlage war sauber und wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Man hatte schon vom Bett einen tollen Blick auf den Teide, der Luftverkehr des Flughafen störte uns nicht, sondern war durch meine berufliche Tätigkeit in Luftfahrtbranche sehr interessant. Wenn man es eher etwas ruhiger mag, außerhalb der großen Urlaubszentren, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Zunächst positiv, leider entsprachen die Internetfotos vom kleinen Balkon nicht der Realität.

Leider war in der Wohnung eine funktionsfähige Überwachungskamera aufgestellt. Das geht überhaupt nicht!! Es wurde auch nicht erwähnt, dass man vom kleinen Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf die Start- und Landebahn des Flughafens schaut. Flugfans wären begeistert gewesen, dass Starten und Landen aus nächster Nähe zu erleben. Dementsprechend war es auch in der Nacht sehr laut und hell, so dass Fenster und Rolläden geschlossen werden mussten. Der tolle Ausblick zum Teide hin wurde getrübt durch Bauschutt und Sperrmüll auf dem Brachgelände zwischen der Ferienanlage und den Treibhausplantagen. Die große Sonnenterasse mit Meerblick, erreicht man über den Flur, sie liegt auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes im Lärmschatten. Hier entsprach der Fluglärm unseren Erfahrungen in El Médano.
