The house has been designed for family holidays, comfort and relaxation. Ideally located in the heart of the forest Domaniale, you can walk (300 m) to the beach. At low tide, the young will enjoy the natural pools between the rocks while waiting for high tide. The house is 400 m from the daily market. Many activities and visits are possible on the island (lighthouse Chassiron, Ile d'Aix, Fort Boyard and many bike paths). What delight young and old for a successful holiday.

Entre forêt et mer

Très bonne expérience, la maison est idéalement située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage (vagues). Marché tous les jours au village, locations de vélo, boulangerie et épicerie. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire et également très calme!

Maison idéale proche mer

La maison est très bien équipée, très agréable et au calme. Bien située à proximité du marché de Domino et de la plage (moins de 10 minutes à pied). L’accueil a été fait par téléphone mais les infos étaient suffisantes pour trouver et s’organiser. Parfait avec un bébé. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf Île d'Oléron

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (3, 6 und 8) zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Île d'Oléron verbracht. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir sehr nett von Sarah in Empfang genommen. Die Verständigung ging nur auf französisch, aber dank Inernetübersetzter stellte dies kein Problem dar ... zumindest solange man Empfang hat ;) was auf der Insel und auch in der Unterkunft nicht immer der Fall ist. Aber am Ende hat das noch mehr zur Entschleunigung beigetragen. Gleichwohl ist es natürlich schon nett, Abends nach dem nächsten Ausflug Ziel im Netz zu suchen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unterstützend. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Kleine Verbesserungsidee: Für die Kinder wäre eine kleine Sandkiste und für uns ein Schneidebrett mehr toll gewesen.

tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus, das ich jederzeit wieder mieten würde! Der Garten ist recht klein, hat aber für uns gereicht. Fahrradverleih nur 300m weg. Nachbarschaft nett und fast nur französisch. Es ist auch ausreichend Natur in der Umgebung. Ein bißchen aufpassen bei der Kontaktaufnahme: die kam bei uns am Anreisetag per Mail, nicht per SMS oder Anruf. War aber alles sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Break en bord de la mer

Ce qui a failli gâcher nos vacances : à l'arrivée le réfrigérateur non nettoyé, toute la vaisselle et les couverts à relaver, ménage et poussière à faire. La maison est très confortable, bien aménagé et bien équipée, si on aime cuisiner, et elle est très proche de la plage (dunes et grande plage à 3 minutes à pieds). Les petits commerces sont accessibles à pieds : la boulangerie à moins de 10 minutes, marché à 1/4 heure.... Piste cyclable à 5 minutes. Calme et reposant. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et très agréable. Le charme de l'île opére rapidement
